It is so user-friendly and connects to all the accounts we need it to!
After almost a year of daily use not much.
We can write content for multiple platforms in one place and only edit slightly for each. We can have more than one user to create posts that go into the same queue.
I researched multiple schedulers and SocialPilot was the best one for me. It allowed the most social accounts for the best price. It's super easy to use!
Right now, I really can't think of anything that I don't like.
I can schedule several weeks of social media posts for several clients and the automatically post and I don't have to think about them until it's time to schedule more.
SocialPilot allows me to schedule and post content with ease across multiple platforms. I especially appreciate the curated content section, which provides searchable content related to any subject matter.
Sometimes it can be a bit challenging to tag pages in a post. If you plan to use that feature, I would suggest researching the company handle in advance, as the search feature can be slow-moving.
SocialPilot helps me create and organize content efficiently. I schedule content in advance and know it will be posted on the selected date and time. This feature is a huge time saver.
I can find content within the software! Which is helpful for writers block.
I can't customize Instagram dates. So I have to make sure I pull my reports on time.
I have multiple team members and a growing marketing agency. I am able to assign scheduling to my team, generate reports, find content, and there are so many other features as well. I honestly don't use them all but it is nice to know that when I grow I can use them.
Social media isn't a large part of our business, but we still provide it for each client. Socialpilot makes it easy to quickly schedule posts at scale via CSV, and the process is easily repeatable and the results reliable. RSS feeds are a nice feature.
There are no downsides of note: the software does what it says it will do, and we are able to get our clients social media set up at the beginning of onboarding and then forget about it.
We used to use other automated RSS feed distribution systems that proved ultimately to be unreliable. Socialpilot solved that problem. Our main goal was to not be forced to revist the same problem over and over.
I consider that time from any point of view is of utmost importance, so one of the things that we like most as an organization of the SocialPilot platform is the ease it provides through its tools to administer and manage correctly and effectively all our social networks from one place. We like that this platform has quite considerable prices for licensing packages to acquire the license compared to platforms found as competition in the market. It has a very comfortable and easy interface to learn to use quickly. In the time we have been using SocialPilot they have been concerned about constantly releasing updates to offer new tools with essential functionalities.
Sincerely we have very little to say regarding dislikes. However, we have noticed that sometimes the accounts tend to close or not make the scheduled publication; because of this, we must be attentive to address the problem when it happens and link the report back to the platform; we are not sure if it is a problem with our internet service provider or the forum. On the other hand, it would be beneficial to have a different and more detailed visualization of the calendar.
Undoubtedly one of the most significant benefits that SocialPilot has given us is time savings; thanks to it, we have been able to focus much of our energy and attention as an organization on solving alternative problems that we were facing, and we had not been able to address because of the time it took us our social media management. Today we delegate almost all this responsibility to this platform with complete confidence because its results have made us grow significantly.

Very flexible for posting unique content to each platform/account or duplicate content to several platforms/accounts. Love the previews and the opportunity to add a first comment on platforms like Instagram.
In the calendar view of posts I don't see a way to adjust the grid size to see more than three posts per day, without clicking the +xx more link.
