Softr was my first experience with no-code and it helped me bring a lot of value to the start-up I work for. It's very easy to understand and makes any application look good and smooth.

Softr helps me organize large amounts of data from Airtable to make them beautiful and easier to understand. I also benefit a lot from the user account features so we can capture registrations and leads and have custom views for different kinds of members.

The designer is pretty flexible and can make great sites and apps, but there are some design limitations if you are looking to build something 100% bespoke

The absolut best thing is the responsiveness, creativity and ownership of the support. I feel like I have a Softr pro working in my team.
I found a lot of hacks that are not in the dokumentation. More opportunities for the community to add to the knowledge base would be great.
For me Softr solved the problem of launching fast without deep coding skills. I had my reverse marketplace live in a week and I was a newbie to no-code. As for the competition for my use case, Sharetribe Go does not even allow for reverse marketplaces.

perhaps the system of choice of the size of the objects which I find a little too purified, and not to have the possibility of changing more, and the possibility of not being able to change several elements at the same time (example: the color of all the CTA of the page)
creat quickly a web site with a low cost for test a product market fit, to create a very complete tool, easily and focus on the content and the success of his project rather than how to do this or that thing on my site
Softr software is our superglue between airtable as the data source and user interactions. Several integrations complete the picture, but Airtable and Softr are the perfect match and make building external/internal web or web app services a breeze. The core product is just great - but there s more when you consider how the team commits to further development. Two metrics outline, why I consider Softr outstanding: Time to respond is the first indicator that helps you at least to address your topic to the right person. The easiest way to do this is Softr Slack. Most topics have been addressed already and are already solved or on the roadmap. The community is an incredible source of inspiration. The second metric is "time to resolve" for a new request that hasn´t been on the roadmap. In my case, that related to the airtable API (internal exposure) and was neither production critical nor an obvious sales impact. Getting this on the roadmap and solved within 4 weeks is super fast - actually, with most complex tech stacks - I had expected a turnaround time of 6 months at least.
My 1o cent for further development and food for thought is to outline the backup restore process. However, Softr lives on AWS (nothing get´s lost on AWS), and eventually, something I just haven´t found. The SEO functionalities are early stage.
Softr is the user interface plus workflow solution that seamlessly integrates with the most relevant data sources directly or connects web services via API. We can easily build web apps and membership services - connect payment and build frontends - low code - and incredible speed.
Out of all the wondeful features I love the customer service. They chat (my prefered method) with you until the problem is solved which is honestly user error the two times I have had to chat with them. They have a slack where other users are happy to share ideas and softr employees are there to help if you have questions.
They are new so integrations are sometimes missing, but this isn't even as much of an issue lately as they are implementing in platform services comparable and integrations are growing rapidly
Softr can be used for so many different things but overall it's a huge in solving the issue of needing to know code to make websites, apps etc. No code is a movement that is picking up steam, but it's only due to platforms like softr, and with my knowledge ending at HTML this helped our non-profit team build a custom volunteer management system specific to our needs.
It's very intuitive and when you can't figure something out the support is excellent and there is also a great community who are always willing to help.
It's not a criticism but and not much of a negative point as softr is still quite a young company but it's still a little behind on the features but they are getting there with updates all the time!
It's a lightening quick way to get a customer portal up and running.
