While Square Online (formerly Weebly) is often seen as an entry-level website and CMS for businesses, marketers, and content publishers, its revamped and robust features offer so much more. Offering a free version and paid options, Weebly enables its users to build the websites and the content properties that they want, the way they want it. Responsive themes ensure mobile compatibility and optimized user experience across all screen sizes while powerful design capabilities pave the way for engaging, visually enticing, and on-brand content. In addition, native e-commerce functionalities such as order and inventory management, secure checkout and payment processing, and sales analytics make it a viable option among merchants to sell physical products, services, and digital goods.

People feel more confident in Google than Weebly therefore it is a great addition. I like having all the google features at my disposal for my small business.
I actually like each part of what this offers. Weebly is great for entry level web designers. The deeper you go the more you realize what you cannot do with Weebly. If you are a first time web designer or a small business owner that needs a website, Weebly is a great first step. If you are working on your SEO and online presence and you have a weebly site, it may be time to upgrade to the next level of web platforms.
Having a Gmail address and other google features for our small business provides a level of credibility without breaking the bank!
Weebly is great for those starting out in web design. Having used Wordpress, Wix and Weebly extensively in my career I have found that Weebly is the easiest for beginners. My favorite this about it is how seamlessly you can creat a beautiful and minimalist site perfect for your brand. Drag and drop make it’s very easy to move things around when you’re adjusting your layout.
As I said before, Weebly is my favorite out of the three main Ws. The only problem I’ve run into with it is not everyone is as familiarized with the way it works as say, Wordpress. Most people in Marketing have use Wordpress in one way or another, from my experience the same cannot be said for Weebly. Thus it’s more likely you’ll have to train people.
Multiple times I have helped small businesses create their websites with Weebly. Being a marketing professional they have brought me in to design and get their website off the ground running and then I’ve gone on to train their staff to keep up the momentum. This has been great for small businesses trying to gain a web presence. For the most part I have found Weebly is very easy for even the least-tech savvy person to get the hang of.
Weebly is a reliable website platform and very user friendly.
Weebly can be simplistic and rather basic in comparison to other websites.
It fits our needs if we would like to highlight a smaller event or department
Easy to use. The layout and templates available to choose from are beautiful and it’s easy to add textboxs and photos
Nothing. The website allowed you to easily add or delete anything you wanted.
I had to create a website to introduce students to the class. It allowed me to Show them exactly how to navigate the class and how to contact me
It is easy to upload new material and take away material that you no longer need. Very user friendly.
It is a little slow at times to upload new material.
Putting all information in one place that is easy for everyone to access.
Weebly is quite possibly the easiest and most intuitive platform to build a website on. I love the drag and drop ability when building pages.
I dislike the Weebly Store features - they could definitely be refined and more user-friendly. I would also love the option to have store orders be sent to different and/or multiple email addresses, other than the primary account holder's address. We have multiple stores and it can be challenging to sort through the different orders from one email account.
Weebly hosts all of our websites, and it also now serves as our online store.
I like that it's drag and drop and has pretty advanced features that require no knowledge of HTML or any other coding. I like that it allows third-party developers to submit apps that integrate with Weebly for more advanced functionality.
I dislike that the pricing has gone up lately. I dislike that the pricing includes the cost of domain registration because I prefer to and have registered my domain with another provider.
I made my business website and other websites. Weebly has allowed me to build a professional website that looks on par with professionally-designed sites I've seen. The Weebly templates and features really allow someone to build a great website without paying a designer.
Templates are built in and there are lot of options, adding new pages and buttons are all very easy.
It would be nice to be able to combine elements from different templates.

The software allows for easy navigation and streamlined processes for creating your website.
I honestly can’t say I have any dislikes about the product.
Weekly allows our company to create an internal webpage for employees to use for submitting reports and other issues.
Easy to use, lots of valuable features, SEO friendly, fully customizable with CSS
Could be a bit more robust, could use an update.
Included eCommerce tools, simple Analytics and data.
Easy adding everything from connections to Twitter accounts to word documents and beyond, Weebly has been an exemplary platform for my class website. Being able to see parents using it and respond via the form application has made it worthwhile.
Sometimes, it can be difficult to navigate at first, but to get all the bells and whistles, feel free to upgrade.
Two way communication with my clients (students and parents) as well as relaying information easily for test reviews has made my life simpler.
I love that I can easily and quickly update my company's website - even from a mobile device! I can design new pages quickly and feel great about how they look and feel to someone visiting them. There are a lot of great templates to start with - easy-to-use build tools, and a great deal of content, videos, etc. to help with questions. And Weebly customer service is fantastic - they are quick to respond and always knowledgeable.
I wish that Weebly worked well on all browsers. I use MS Edge for most of my work-related browsing, but have to use Chrome when I'm building in Weebly because some features don't seem to work properly in Edge.
We no longer have to hire anyone to manage our website or design pages or changes. This saves us a lot of time, gives us greater flexibility, and saves money, too!
Weebly is great for amateurs who are trying their hand at web design. The site is user friendly, and shows you page stats so you can see how often you're getting views.
It would be nice if there was an easier way to edit the content on a page rather than having to delete and start again.
It is great to see website stats to let you know how often your content is viewed.
It is easy to drag and drop features and add neat scrolling affects as people scroll down your pages.
It’s not really conducive to e-commerce.
If you’re looking for a fast way to get a beautiful website up and running, this is a great short term fix.
It has a very easy drag and drop format! Several options allow amateurs to create a professional website. They also offer building services. And it's free!
Sometimes the choice of backgrounds are a bit boring.
Communication! This is a great way to communicate with a large number of people without using paper!
I like all the available themes and and free hosting on their domain if it's only basic purposes.
They have limited themes. The themes are not great for anything beyond portfolios.
I have created portfolio for my clients. My clients are happy with the results.
I love that weebly is user friendly and can be used on any computer, tablet or mobile device. I definitely love that it has a free version as well.
I have run into some issues designing web pages due to formatting on laptop computers.
I like having it as a blog in addition to our website. I feel like we can express ourselves more freely and talk about other subjects To engage our patients.
Weebly is a powerful free website tool which I prefer to Wix. I am using it for a personal site so that I can trial various Marketing tools prior to bringing them on to business site, and to recommend for my company if successful. Also to learn more about analytics. The themes are nice and the pre-loaded templates offer enough variety and are easily customizable, so that everyone using Wix doesn't have the exact same website.
Although the free templates are high quality and there is a variety to choose from, I always have to request more :). There are some text and spacing limitations when trying to enter larger blocks of text but it is to be expected based on the design of the template.
It is nice to have a free tool to build a site to test out various Marketing tools prior to purchasing on a larger scale, and Weebly allows for a quick and simple way to build a website to do just that. The templates are user friendly and pleasing to the eye - although there could be a few more options or a few more customization options - overall it is an impressive free web builder.
Builds beautiful websites easily. Very intuitive software.
I wish the ecommence feature was cheaper
It is an easy way to create fresh and attractive websites.
I like the drag-and-drop editor. It makes setting up a website so fast and so easy.
I wish there was a little bit more customization with where things can be places and the layouts of the text grids.
I used Weebly to create my personal website. I was able to set up an entire portfolio site in a matter of hours and I was even able to redirect my old URL to the new one within Weebly.
