I am a customer and a content producer, thinkific is my next move to launch my course which is being produced. I love the layout and the whole concept.

Thinkific makes it fast and easy for everyone from beginners to experts to get courses out of their heads and onto the web. I especially appreciate the way the platform is optimized to promote learning. As an author, course creator and Thinkific expert, I help creative experts, entrepreneurs, innovators,and outside-the-box thinkers turn their unique intellectual property into high impact courses that deliver real transformation. I teach, coach, and consult in the areas of learning design and online course creation, and find that using Thinkific helps my students and clients get their courses set up easily, fast, and well. I also love the platform for presenting my own courses. I appreciate the way you can integrate a Thinkific school with your website in a way that is seamless, bringing the functionality and security features of a complete online school to your website. While there are many great course platforms out there, I find that Thinkific offers the best combination of functionality, easy of use, versatility, focus on learning design, security, and price, especially for experts and entrepreneurs who want to create courses for their own business without having to rely on an in-house IT department or security team.

I personally don't dislike anything about Thinkific, but as with all platforms, there are features that would make it even better. One improvement I would like to see would be a streamlined way for course participants to download and open PDF files. Another enhancement I would like to see, would be the addition of a learning object level beyond the current options of course level, chapter level, and lesson level. Thinkific is easy to use, but there can be a learning curve at first as users get used to how the interface works. If you think of the components of Thinkific as being like small building blocks that build on each other, rather than as being similar to the way things work in WordPress, it will be much easier to get the hang of things quickly.

Whether for myself or my clients, I've used (and helped many, many others use) Thinkific to create powerful learning in multiple ways. My Course Design Formula® Master Course uses a series of evergreen action plans (each of which is a separate short Thinkific course) bundled together within the context of a cohort-based main course, to provide a way for participants in my mastermind to get hands-on practice in applying the principles we discuss in our weekly live class meetings. I've helped clients create yearly subscription programs that drip out one month at a time and can be renewed for a second, third, or subsequent years if need be. I use Thinkific to create custom coaching areas for my long term coaching clients, and to help clients quickly see how their course idea is going to come together and take shape as a real course. The ability to copy lessons within a course (or from one course to another), and to copy whole courses, makes the platform very versatile. While you may not be able to do everything on Thinkific that a custom coder could set up, for me the ease and speed of use, enterprise-level security, supportive customer service, highly engaged community, and the many options provided by the ability to start by creating small building blocks and then combine them in various ways, are more valuable.

Unlimited course and students... no bandwidth limitations. Easy setup.. I launched the whole program in two days that was amazing. I just uploaded all my prerecorded videos and that's it few quizzes and assignment all done. More importantly I can have blended mode of training as well both live classes and on-demand classes. During COVID19 situation it was very hard for the travel and other arrangements but THINKIFIC solved those problems. With Course- admin feature I am now able to collaborate independently with many course creators in my platform itself. I liked the revenue sharing feature.

There is no dislike... but I like them to improve in user analytics side of the course. Now I think they have beta version, but more effective analytics will give us more control on the user engagement and experience. Frontend Customisation could be improved much more. Like introducing Liquid template or any other formatting method.

Before Thinkific I used to conduct in-person training programs, travelling places... My logistics overheads were huge but now I am able to training my course registrants from my home.

I have 7 different courses that are taken in order and once my students enter one class, they know how to prepare for the other courses. I am able to use videos, documents, quizzes and more in each class. I can make each weekly lesson as short or as long and I want. I can even upload multiple (video and documents) in one lesson.

I have to run a report to find out who tested and who didn't. I can't look on the platform to see this information without running the report.

Thinkific allows me to teach what I promote on YouTube. With my classes on Thinkific, I have successfully graduated a class that had a 100% success rate on a national certification exam.

The directions were clear and easy to follow. I felt very supported and had a very easy time creating the course.

Actually, there was nothing I did not like. As I said previously, I found the whole experience to be great.

I was looking for a platform that would allow me to share concepts from my book to mainstream America. I believe that the Thinkific online platform has allowed me to do just that.

Thinkific customer service is the best in any industry. Not only is their platform easy to use, but their support will make sure your projects will launch on time and with the best industry practices in mind. It is super easy to create courses, bundles and content in Thinkific. However, their separation is their dedication to their customers. They are also super responsive to customer requests.

While their reporting is a little bit on the weaker side, it is constantly getting better and more robust.

We have been able to launch our entire elearning ecosystem not only a head of time, but under budget. They have helped us identify weakness in our free trial experience and offered solid advice on how to improve our process. They are constantly evaluating our site and offering recommendations for improvements.

Thinkific has an amazing user interface, various themes to design the landing page, a better way to organize course content, a number of different content types are supported, gives feedback on the progress of learners, overall it reduces the burden of managing course content and time to design an online course.

The storage and management of Question Items need improvement in terms of different format like the .csv file and the support of the file types.

The problem I am trying to solve is hosting my personal course and keeping connected with students. I am greatly benefited by saving time and effort in organizing my course content.

I love the fact that I can have a professional training site for free that is entirely paced by the learner. I also love that I can track where they are throughout the training!

I don’t dislike much about the platform itself. I do wish that I could drip release the modules in the free version, but it’s amazing nonetheless.

I am able to connect my team with trainings that I have prerecorded in a way that feels like a professional e-course. It saves me tons of time and is effective.

Having a dedicated scale team has been invaluable as we migrated from a previous self-hosted LMS. We had a dedicated onboarding team and then the ongoing team that takes the time to learn our business goals has been a great change of pace.

There have been 1-2 times where I really wish there was weekend technical support available, to better align with my team's schedule.

Thinkific Plus allows us to focus more on content creation and significantly less on the headache of server management, technical oversight, etc

I started building my brand and growing my audience with the help of thinkific.

Onboarding was fantastic, our onboarding specialist Angela was really encouraging and looked after us through the setup, and was able to help facilitate a lot of requests and provided outstanding customer service. The support team are really friendly and very accomodating with my many many queries, and response times are fantastic. As we're based in Europe and Thinkific are in Canada there's always a guarantee that you'll have a response the next morning. The support team really care about the service they provide and believe in the product, and give their best to try and find a resolution. The platform itself is very easy to use and navigate, though limiting with customization features. Thinkific have taken a lot of our feedback and improvement suggestions on board and we're looking forward to seeing how they grow. It's a great platform that has so much potential to grow into an amazing one and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable LMS that is easy to administer. It's an ideal platform for anybody looking to delve into the world of eLearning, as it's incredibly user friendly and can offer a lot of support. With a lot of the API endpoints we've been able to creative and link Thinkific with Credly, allowing us to offer digital credentials and track these, and in turn grow our product. We've recently brought all of our training internally and have been able to really utilize what Thinkific offer with their API.

We've found some of the roadmap hasn't been clear in terms of where requests go and what the weighting looks like. e.g. there is a large emphasis on community which we don't and will never use, yet a lot of our requests for things like API endpoints would grow the platform massively but may never be implemented - this kind of option would offer so much more for users and cast a wider net. Even minor changes to the assessment (question order shuffle/cooldown on retaking quiz) would make it appealing for businesses. A lot of the customization features such as the course player and page designer have been really limiting. And some behaviours we have just had to live with; e.g. having to number the categories rather than add them in the order we want. We've also found the review tool to be very limiting and easily missed by users, which is really unfortunate as this would help sell our content to anyone considering taking our courses. With the site designer we'd had to 'get creative' quite a few times to meet our needs, this has unfortunately taken away from developing our own learning materials but we can't afford to keep going to partners. A lot of the templates for site building are fantastic but we find one of us editing a lot of the code to make it 'just right'. To credit Thinkific, they always work really hard to facilitate our requests.

We want to educate our users on our product (Make.com) and have pursued a learning pathway based around units/courses and bundles - Thinkific allows us to achieve this.

Simply put, Thinkific Plus offers. Us the best value for money of any LMS we have used, and we have tried quite a few! It is fast, user friendly, and the support we received from the Thinkific Team is absolutely excellent.

We're a bit disappointed that compatibility with SCORM content authored by our learning team can't be hosted, but we've managed to find workarounds for this and our content is looking great on the platform.

Thinkific Plus has a very competitively priced licensing model, which makes it easy for us to take bold decisions about new launches without having to worry about spiralling license costs. The integration with Salesforce is a key driver for us, and it makes data and reporting incredibly powerful, integrating learning data with data in our CRM system for all of our learners. We have been able to quickly roll out new courses, add content to existing ones and improve functionality and user experience using some of the plug ins that are available.

Thinkific has allowed us to quickly move to online and blended learning with our existing student base. The major benefit for us is the brand integration; many people do not realize that they have left our site.

You can set up everything and launch an online course in less than 24 hours. Thinkific is the cheapest in the market. They use Wistia for video hosting, which delivers the best user experience.

Lack of integration with other apps. The uploading is slow even with a fast internet connection, and sometimes it fails after maybe 99% of the uploading, and that happens with my students too, when they upload assignments.
