My favorite tool in Trainual is the super convenient and easy-to-use embedding tool for videos and pictures. Incorporating visual keys in training is super vital as it grabs attention, makes points more easily visualized and gives a professional look that will help our company prosper. Many of the trainings we do involves learning physical movements and scenarios, and making those videos easy to incorporate has been a HUGE part of our top tier training.

Trainual doesn't have many things I dislike, but I would like for them to add a comments, suggestions and corrections ability that other workers could use to critique other workers' projects. That way I don't always have to use Trainual as my final draft location. I could start, edit and finish a drafted project in Trainual, making it easier to organize all projects we perform and create.

Our biggest issue before training was not only making an easy-to-follow training course but also keeping track of the training we do. Having employees required to complete certain training sections and being able to log that has been crucial to improving our training. The best benefit we've reaped is organization, organization, organization. We can keep track of everything to a tee which makes logging our training hours and submitting them a breeze.

Learning processes and how each individual subject is broken down into sequence sections for each department and along with videos and tests also editing it is fun

Nothing really maybe add more tools to edit the trainual when adding sections to a department or area that needs to be updated due to the process we implemented

Trainual makes it really easy to list out steps and make sure that all things are done when completing a task. It is also a great tool to onboard and teach new employees how things are done.

Honestly, there aren't a lot of downsides to using Trainual. Figuring out how to create subjects can be a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it you realize how easy it is.

Trainual solves our problem of missing steps when doing repetitive tasks, such as registering clients for our events. We've become much smoother and more effective using Trainual.

The best part that I like is that it's easier to access heaps of our training videos. You can organize it accordingly, and it's amazing.

I have nothing to dislike so far! But I really hope soon we'll have more options to put designs.

When I have something missed from our training, I can easily access videos and can watch it multiple times without asking questions from my manager.

One of the features that I love best about Trainual is the integration with Loomly that allows video teaching and asynchronous learning with ease. I also really love the support!

Dislikes? I do not have any areas of the software application that I dislike. It has been easy to learn to use.

I am able to create an organized repository of information that is archived for the benefit of my team. No more teaching, and re-teaching of the same old subjects.

Ease of use. Trainual is very easy to learn to use and use on a day-to-day basis, including creating content and capturing reporting for completion. It's much easier and more engaging than other LMS that I've used in the past.

I'm not a big fan of the organization of Trainual. It seems to be overly complicated. Also, I don't particularly appreciate that I can't import a training or other content that has already been created in PowerPoint and adjust formatting as needed.

Currently, we have resolved issues with ensuring HIPAA training completion. We are looking to expand Trainual to cover the onboarding training and acknowledgements.

This platform is easy to use - from the initial steps of creating content to the daily access for commonly used documents and onboarding new team members.

I haven't come across any issues that were not immediately resolved by a Trainual expert.

The onboarding process for new hires is much more fluid. The organization of commonly used documents like scripts and checklists make them easily accessible to my team

I don't particularly appreciate how I can't add excel or word documents.

I love the way Trainual is easy to edit. When I log in, I simply switch to admin mode and can update or add any information with ease. In addition, I can share these changes with all users with the click of a button.

I wish that Trainual had a better dashboard (maybe tiles?) to organize content and to see all the content on one page with thumbnails.

When an employee asks a question, I simply send a Trainual link instead of taking the time to answer the same question over and over again. Such a timesaver!

I like the quizzing function. Being able to test others and be tested helps retain the information.

I think the navigation controls could be better - ex. finding different tabs but that may just be the way that my company has set up their account.

We are getting widespread company knowledge across to all of our employees, being that we all work from home in the US, Canada, Australia, South Africa etc.

Our company is growing, and top-notch employee training is our #1 priority. Providing training content and videos for our teams provides comfort when they don't have the information they need but know where to get it.

I like everything about Trainual, so far. Still learning my way around, and making and sure I'm sure it's going to get better and better the more i use it and involve our teams.

We have small teams, and there is so much information we want them to have to feel comfortable when speaking with clients. We want a one-stop-shop for SOP's and videos so that our employees feel confident and knowledgeable. Our employees also have great training ideas that we want to share with all teams.

Trainual is a fantastic tool to use for onboarding and training your entire team and staff. It is great because you can create the content once and continue to update it, and everyone can have quick and easy access to the information.

In the beginning, it is hard to navigate, but once you get the hang of where everything is located, it becomes easier and more manageable each time that you use the program.

I really like the new format and organization of the content. I appreciate the ability to organize into collections to group content and the quick access to the templates.

I dislike that I cannot accurately enter in our accountability chart and have to enter it as an org chart. As a small business, we have positions with many roles.

We are solving all of the problems when Trainual! Even ones that haven't come up yet! We can organize processes and information clearly for staff, and this allows efficient access to the information so that they can continue building independence within their roles.

I love how easy it is to create training materials and track completion. The system is so easy to use and saves so much time both in training new employees and in training for new products/procedures.

When we have tests already written elsewhere (PDF or .doc), we're unable to upload those. That feature would be extremely helpful in some cases.

Employees save so much time referring back to Trainual for questions, rather than asking multiple staff members to find answers. The search function saves so much time and the whole system has absolutely positively impacted productivity.

My company creates processes and Standard Operating Procedures for our clients. We use Trainual as the platform to deliver those processes so they don't get forgotten about, and can instead become part of their onboarding and training programs.

It is next to impossible to pick my top best feature of Trainual! Such a fantastic platform to use for onboarding new people and training them on all your companies processes! Phenomenal!

NOTHING! Such a great tool! Anything I wasn't happy with, quick customer service, and ways to accomplish what I was needing. I wouldn't change anything about the platform.

Our number 1 problem to solve was having a tool that encompassed both onboarding and training new employees. We are a virtual company, so being able to hand out a hard copy wasn't realistic. This go-to platform makes searching for things super simple. All of my employees have a Trainual tab open throughout the day so that can quickly find what they need!
