I like that it is relatively easy to use and learn. The technical support is excellent and friendly.
How it prints out documents - fonts and margins are too small. Suggestions to put in people's names instead of titles in documents is incorrect in my opinion.
Having all important documentation in one place and having it organized is invaluable
I like how they keep adding new features such as integrated videos. It's also super easy to organize so that everyone in the organization knows where things are when they need them. I also like how I am able to restrict certain sections for "need to know" information.
From what I've seen what you put into it is what you get out. It would be interesting to see Trainual grow and provide more guiding content for young companies and start ups on how to organize everything.
Some problems we are solving with Trainual are documenting internal knowledge for everyone in the organization so that they are able to easily look things up. This has benefited us as instead of interrupting someone's workflow to ask a question they can go straight to Trainual and identify whatever they needed resulting in better productivity.
Organization for sure! I work remotely with a lot of people you never meet. It's' hard to know who has what or who is in charge of specific tasks. With everything organized online along with pictures and bios of your co-workers, it makes a large and spread-out workforce a lot smaller.
The colors and design are a bit bland. After watching several training videos during my first couple of days after being hired, the lack of color, in my opinion, makes me less engaged.
It helps to organize the products the company offers by keeping a detailed description of each item. Even months after my hire date, I can go back and double-check things I may have grazed over the first time through. My teammates and I are never confused over what something is or what it is used for.
The ease of use, even someone without a ton of learning & development experience can develop trainings
The UX is a little basic for users, trainers have to be conscience to make training material interactive and interesting to make up for the interface
Anyone can develop training, we use it for all departments, from new hire to ongoing trainings.
I liked the simplicity of it all, best of all.
The downsides of using Trainual are none.
Problems are being solved with Trainual by having answers to questions readily available.
I liked how all people from the company can contribute to building the procedures. Also, I like the way I can have everything organized in carpets and topics from personal interest
The only that I was afraid of was that I haven't received the emails of the changes made in different procedures, I only received the notification on the platform.
Organization of our procedures. We had all of this info in a different platform and was a completely disaster, this Is a better way to keep update all company about our processes
The design and how easy it is to navigate. I like how you can set up access level to people in your organization.
Nothing at the moment. Maybe after more time using it I will provide feedback.
We are completing our training program. The feedback from our employees is positive having them use this platform as part of their tranining.
AWESOME Client Experience: Great training / onboarding. Phenomenal customer service & follow up. Rich resources & training available to maximize the tools in the system.
Nothing to do with Trainual. I just acknowledge that it takes commitment (time & effort) to load in the assets to support the team/business.
Leveraging my time as Team Leader / Business Owner. Giving team members tools & resources to better execute their key functions. Recruiting tool to attract Top Talent.
Trainual is extremely practical, fast to implement and quickly updated as changes in procedures occur. Our company is going through a consulting process in a year of rapid growth, with several hires, and tool made a lot of difference
So far, working with about 40 people on the team, I haven't been able to identify any problems or lack of functionality that is relevant to mention about the tool.
The advantages are numerous, but among them I can highlight: clarity in the definition and review of the operational procedure and in technical and behavioral training, monitoring the evolution of new and old employees in the knowledge of the company's culture, centralization of guides and tutorials from all departments of company and the possibility of delegating sectors to different employees who are responsible for keeping their procedures up to date.
Easy to document and adjust procedures. Available online. Assigning training to roles is a great way for team members to advance their positions.
Not much. The platform is meeting our needs at the moment.
We are systemizing the way we operate. The platform is a great way to have a central reference for staff. We are setting standards within our company.
