It provides a good push to start on the video making journey, simplicity of UI is making us get started by picking any random template and eventually we end up utilising all the other features on the selected template and create a good end result.

Mixing of the multiple sections can be optimized more. more smoothness in the editor bar would make editing even more enjoyable.

I would say VEED has cracked the code for the people who want videos for presentation, Ads and Marketing campaigns. I feel it is less useful for the people who wants to edit large videos for youtube etc. For me, I has been the best tool to create my Marketing campaings and Ads.

Veed doesnt have lot of margin when it comes to animation or freeway while cropping things. And its totally online, if some software was available for offline editing it would have been best.

I love its user friendliness. I am not a video editor, however, I knew that I would need some type of video editing system to record my videos. I am an International Leadership Trainer and Speaker, so I know how to rock a stage. . . . Rocking software for editing, whole other story. Because it was so easy to use and learn, it made my experience a pleasant one. For any beginner, I would say this is a great place to start especially if you don't have a team of editors.

Wish there were more training videos on how to work different parts of VEED. I did a lot of learning through trial and error but think it would be easier if videos were present to watch.

VEED is helping me a great deal with Content Creation. I am new to this arena and sometimes I just want to get things out and done. Because its been easy to use, I can put out more content instead of spending (or wasting the time) trying to figure out how to actually do it.

The learning curve was very short and there are a wide variety of AI voices that I use for diverse-sounding text-to-speech for videos. The exports are simple and work seemlessly when I import them into Canva.

The AI voices are hit and miss when it comes to inflection and acronyms. I sometimes try two or three different voices before I find one that hits all the right notes.

VEED allows me to create professional sounding videos without having to record my own voice.

The process for captioning video is made incredibly easy when using Veed, the automatic captions are typically accurate to the audio and only require minor tweeking for perfection. The editing software is easy to use in a pinch and having it run online helps to make it so you can edit from anywhere at anytime.

I only wish they continue to add customization options in the future for the styles built into the software.

The ability to seamlessly upload a video from anywhere and generate legible captions on the fly enables my workflow to be much more open and fluid.

It is super easy to use. I am not a video editor and my transition to veed has been super easy. I use it for my video podcast editing and for minivideos. In a week I probably use the app about 4 times.

I feel from time to time when using a low end laptop that once you use subtitles it becomes very difficult to use. In fact it starts to move extremely slow.

I love how simple and robust VEED is. I am a tema of one and I feel like I can get things done in half the time that I used to. SO many features and so much time saved!

There are only two issues I've found with VEED: 1. Not being able to align objects like text (horizontal / vertical / spacing), even though there are guide lines, it would be so much easier to just click a button 2. I have to upload my clips from Riverside.fm with the subtitles already in them, so having to use two programs to accomplish one goal is frustrating, but it's something I've made part of my workflow.

VEED helps me get motion graphics / text done in a flash because of their easy to use presets and simple UI. I am a team of one and I am excited to bring on an assistant to manage a lot of these tasks. I love that I can just duplicate an existing project and change up the colors / context!

How fast it is to create or edit a high quality video.

I've been very impressed with their new AI avatars, And all-around ease of use you can build content quickly and easily with full-feature tools. Personally, with every program, there is something I wish they had, I've been able to find just what I need with VEED! I use it frequently on almost every project with ease of Integration. And VEED has excellent customer support.

I can't say I have anything that I dislike to call a deal breaker with VEED

VEED is easy to use, you don't need to have a design background. It's better quality and more customizable when we create content for social media. They have great customer support as well.

You need the paid version to remove the watermark. But it's well worth the investment!

Putting high end content out for our clients. All the other apps we've used we've always struggled with the quality of the content once exported.

VEED is super easy to use and we are able to create impactful videos quickly. The automated subtitles are more accurate than others I've used, and I like the option to create short clips of existing videos with AI. It also seems to be the case that they are constantly coming out with new features and making improvements.

I run into buffering issues way more often than I'd like.

I am a video editor so i am taking advatage of the AI eye contact and audio clean up featurres to run on full interviews before editing in Primere. Files come out looking good.

we've been using video editing software previously, and every time there is a need for third-party software or plugin to get things done, but with VEED, it's all there, never have to worry about the right format, export quality or size and million other things, not to mention the new AI tools are now doing a lot of heavy lifting for us.

Once or twice we had an issue with uploading a video, it froze in the uploading state, but that happened once or twice in hundreds of uses.

Making the process of editing, posting, and managing video projects a lot easier and faster.

I've used many different video editors over the years, ranging from super janky to the pinnacle of performance and technology. I've got to say that VEED is more than enough for probably 90% of anybody in the modern world looking to edit video in a quick, simple way. Nearly any tool, animation, etc you could ever need, loads of customization, and really cool modern options like Magic Cut, Eye Contact, and Transcription. The only thing I wouldn't use this for would be something like a high end TV or film production. Great stuff, highly reccomended!

Uploads of media sometimes fail at critical moments, however I'm not 100% sure if that issue si on my end or VEED's. Not really worth getting upset about, considering it doesn't happen all that often and everything they get RIGHT far outweighs this minor inconvenience.

It is allowing me to finally get all my editing DONE without needing a dedicated machine costing $20k.

It is easy to use, can start using it without any training, it is super straightforward. Support was also very helpful and responded instantly.

More options in the basic plan, as sometimes some features may be helpful, but are not available.

Cutting and adding subtitles.

Not many creative and productivity apps live up to their promises these days but Veed really does live up to its promises. I used to use Adobe Premier Pro as a seasoned user, but knew how long it would take for me to fiddle with and edit videos. Veed cuts out a lot of that time and, whilst it doesn't offer as much freedom, it's a fuss-free way of cutting, editing and exporting a video for social when time is limited.

I love the control it does give, but I'm hungry for just a bit more, for example adjustments and colour correction are a little basic. And whilst the Magic Cut feature is the biggest time saving element, it's far from accurate for videos with multiple bad takes, often splicing the wrong clips together. Still a time saver overall though. Finally, some of the features sat in higher up pricing tiers are a little frustrating - SRT downloads shouldn't be much to ask for if the text has been auto-generated.

It's solving my lack of time and helping me to speed up the process of editing videos.

I love the simplicity of the interface. The design uses all the best practices of most editing sofwares which makes it easy for someone like me, someone that uses Adobe and Davinci Resolve on a regular basis, to enter that space without a big change in workflow. VEED.io is often the second stage of my editing. Meaning, many of the tasks that would much more time in other editors takes much less time; Drag and drop. It's a nice compliment to my workflow, saving me countless hours and headaches.

Web-based editors are notorious for bugs and inconsistencies in functionality and VEED.io is no different. Things like errors when using certain elements, or longer than usual load times can be annoying at times. However, with a quick refreadh of the page, you're typically back in business.

For my business it's important that our video captions are accurate, and with Veed I have to do very limited editing, and the editing process is very simple.

We create a lot of videos and keeping them organized is important. While there is a folder system for organization it's clunky and takes more time than it should.

Veed makes captioning my videos easy and fast.

I started using VEED for the automated subtitles and have found that it does a brilliant job with almost 100% accuracy. I now use it exclusively for all captions physically burned onto videos and couldn't be happier with it. It has saved me a lot of time transcribing it and the style options have maded it more useful in the long run. Easy to apply and update the subtitles as needed as well.

The only downside is not being able to move subtitle sections seperately, some videos I can't leave them in the same spot all the way through because of various things. I have worked around this for now though butt that is my only issue.

The subtitling system is excellent, and it's easy to quickly reformat videos for different social platforms. A nice variety of transition effects, and I also appreciate the easy-to-use waveform creator.

Small glitches occur not infrequently when trying to edit a full video on this platform (i.e. videos not staying in the right place on the timeline). Nothing you can't overcome with a little patience though.

All good - using lots of the features - be cool to be able to edit more than one video at the time as another renders.

I was able to pick up and navigate the tool/platform swiftly and with ease. It's a very user-friendly and intuitive platform. I simply uploaded my video and then selected for automated captions. Veed then added accurate subtitles and highlighted any irregularities or words it wasn't confident in so I could manually asses. I've been able to use this without any support or formal training, it's a pick-up-and-go platform.

some of the subtitle word selections were a little glitchy but this could be don to user error as it's a feature I used for the first time.

I had recorded and edited videos which needed high-impact subtitles, other tools require hand trying or show basic white subtitles - veed has several options that have high impact AI generated subtitles that follow the rhythm of the recording. It saved me 30 mins for one video compared to other tools I've used - when I scales this up the time saving is huge.

The ease of use! It doesn't get much easier than this. I really love the intelligent features like the audio clean-ups and magic cuts; they make my job really easy. I'm not a professional video editor, so its great to have a toll that has a small learning curve and helps me get the job I need to do without bringing in a full-stack video team or editor. Also, love the substitling tool! Has saved me a lot of time.

Often renders take a little longer than one would want. Sometimes there are slight glitches in the final render as well. Nothing too insane but would be great if those weren't in there.

The best thing about VEED is the ease of use, and how literally anyone even without any prior knowledge of professioanl video editing softwares can use this on any machine. The fact that you don't have to install any heavy softwares to use VEED makes it amazing. Super easy to generate subtiles, which are pretty accurate. Lots of styles available for sriting the texts on the videos, etc.

They need to have better customer support system in place; it is not as robust as one would expect from a company running on cutting edge technology. A few more features they must incorporate like chaging the playback speed.

The biggest problem that VEED solves for me is the automatic subtitle generation and sometimes translation as well. Honestly, it is a life saver. Not only does it generates pretty accurate subtitles using voice recognition, it also gives several templates and customization options to change the apearance of the subtitles that appear on the text. It also makes it easy to divide work among the team without having to transfer data from one team member to another. Just upload the video on VEED and the team members can work on it until it reaches the audience. Then,, the fact that I do not need to carry bulky desktop machine everyhwere and I can log into practically any computer from around the world and finish my work, makes it super useful for me.

For my purposes, the best part about VEED is that it's a video editor designed with the most modern distribution platforms in mind. My business has a lot of video content that was originally created for the typical widescreen type of platform with no need for subtitles, hooks, or alternative looks. VEED is an all-in-one platform that allows me to easily edit and redistribute those videos for the specific platforms I want to target.

The downside of using VEED is that, as an online platform, videos occasionally glitch, skip, or buffer during playback--especially when editing and playing back small, detailed snippets of clips. It can be a little bit tricky getting an accurate playback of a clip that's, say, .5 seconds long. It's granular enough to cause smooth playback issues. Even with that in mind, that's just as much a reflection of my own internet speed as it is VEED's platform. It's an inherent flaw in having a video editing software that's online as opposed to one that's a desktop application.

My business has, for a while, needed to transition our video content to the newer, vertical platforms. With our old video software apps, repurposing our video content for the vertical platforms was a daunting task. VEED has cut the time it takes to repurpose those videos in half--easily.
