I have been using WebinarGeek regularly for over six months now and I am very satisfied with it. It's also great value for money.
That I need to upgrade to a premium version for more than 25 participants.

There are a lot of options to use. I have not used all of it yet. It looks professional too + good that we can choose our own colors and logo.
That I could only add two co-presenters even with the paid account.

I have not experienced any problems using WebinarGeek. Benefits are the fact that its easy to use and easy to integrate with other software (wordpress, MailBlue etc.)
The most handy part of WebinarGeek is that everything is customisable. From the registration page to the e-mails send by the platform. Also I really like all the additional options to export every bit of data that a customer could ask for.
Some features that we are missing are : Customization of background colors in text blocks on for example the registration page, pre-live videos and adjusting the logo in the top left corner in the webinar page. Also I would like to have an option to cut for example the first few minutes of the pre-live video so the on demand version starts right away.
WebinarGeek provides us a good high-end business to business solution with a professional appearance.

Because of firewall settings our first show was a problem. The support team worked great and fast to help us to solve this.
Never more forget to start the recording... And no troubles with muting all visitors, like in Google Meet.

The quality of the recordings of the webinars is not that good when you don't use an internet cable.
It makes it possible for me to give lectures to parents and teachers in times when it's not allowed to come together with big groups of adults.
It has a lot of possibilities that are very useful. Especially the statistics. You can see a lot that brings you valuable information.
I miss the possibility to upload a video from your desktop during the presentation. You can only use videos from YouTube.

There are so many options for giving presentations
Het kunnen toevoegen van je eigen slides is echt een must have als je een webinar geeft. Zo heb je geen gedoe met het delen van je scherm en kun je eenvoudig je volgende slides laten zien.
Als ik live een vraag stel aan de deelnemers dan duurt het vaak minimaal een miniuut voordat ik een reactie krijg in de chat. Ook als het een Ja of Nee vraag is. Hier lijkt een lange vertraging in te zitten is vaak even bewerkelijk. Daarnaast had ik problemen met het koppelen van een eigen opt-in pagina via mijn eigen website. Een standaard webinar gaat prima. Het inschrijven kun je koppelen met een webhook, maar als je een keuze geeft voor meerdere data, dan werkte dit niet lekker. Ik moet zeggen dat ik nog geen contact heb opgenomen met support of hier een oplossing voor is. De hoofdreden om dit te doen, is omdat mijn eigen website met de Facebook conversion API wordt gemeten en zo beter kan meten of er conversies binnen komen en mijn campagnes minder duur worden en beter gaan werken.
Met Webinargeek kun je een groot relevant publiek aanspreken en je kennis overbrengen. Omdat je alles d.m.v. een intuïtieve interface kunt instellen scheelt het je een hoop tijd die je kunt gebruiken voor je webinar zelf.
Makkelijk in gebruik. Ik kan makkelijk presentaties toevoegen, maar ook mijn scherm delen als ik even wil afwijken van de presentatie. Je kunt prive of openbaar chatten, die keuze kan je zelf maken. Ook de automatiserende emailtjes die je van te voren aan kunt maken werken erg goed. Reminders en follow ups gaan zo automatisch.
Dat ik de mensen niet kan zien. Het zou fijn zijn als je deze keuze ook zou hebben, mensen wel of niet zien.
Eigenlijk alles. Als ik ergens niet uitkom dan helpen ze mij gelijk, zodat ik verder kan.
The integration with hubspot is really enjoyable. The software is really easy to use. The new streaming page is modern and super nice, for hosting, viewing and moderating!
I think the integration with hubspot can be improved and something needs to be done for people who want to subscribe to several webinars at the same time.
I can really industrialize the production of webinars at a very fair price.
