I like how easy it is to set up a call & I feel very secure using BlueJeans for business meetings. Our CEO prefers BlueJeans to Teams & we always use it for our Town Hall meetings.

I’m perfectly satisfied with BlueJeans; I can’t think of anything I dislike about it.

Our meetings are more secure than using Zoom & we’ve never had any issues with attendees logging in unlike in MS Teams, which often has issues.

The product was easy enough to use where most of my clients were able to sign in successful with hiccups.

There were some instances where my clients could not figure out how to join my meeting.

Connecting with clients virtually and screen sharing worked well.

The solution is very easy for my customers to access even if they have never used Bluejeans before. Bluejeans is super easy to log into and does not require the end user to download any additional software. It was such an easy solution to use for business that I figured I would try it on my family by hosting our Olson 2020 COVID Christmas via Bluejeans. I have relatives who are in their later stages of life that had no problem getting signed into the solution.

I wish Bluejeans was more well known. When I tell customers that I am sending them a Bluejeans invite, most of them have no idea what I am talking about. However, everyone knows what a webinar and Zoom meetings are.

My company is seeing more customers daily because of BlueJeans. I am also able to cover a larger geographic area with customers now since I do not have to be physically in front of them all the time.

How quick it is to start a meeting. The OS integration into mac is wonderful! Having the top menu showing my upcoming meetings and allowing me to go to them with one click is THE BEST

Sometimes the video conferences can be choppy despite the connection speed

It feels bit resource intensive i.e. while utilizing Blue jeans laptop heats up more than while not using the application.

I am a solution architect, communication is key for me to get work done. And stake holders seated all around the world including our esteemed customers. Blue jeans is preferred choice to deliver world class solution to our customers.

Can be used by large groups and Customer Service is excellent.

It takes a little practice, to get used to all it's features.

We have groups upwards of 1,000 (that Teams could not handle) people and Blue Jeans allows us to reach them all at once.

Easy to set up and invite participants. The video is always very high-quality, and it's very intuitive.

I wish that I could draw on someone else's screen when they share their screen, so that I could point out the things I'm looking at or referring to when I speak, rather than explain to them where I'm looking. Slack video conferencing has this capability.

Communication with my team is easy with BlueJeans (and glitch-free, assuming our internet connections are stable!). I'm able to train other employees easily with BlueJeans.

The ease of use and the intuitive menu. I also like the question tool which I find very useful.

It could have a more plain skin theme which would make the tool look more minimalistic and plain.

sharing and connecting is SUPER easy -- i've never had problems and none of the attendees have either!

the technical support - no one seems to understand what is included in our contract, so we get one answer and then a second after that once someone looks at what should be included with our contract.

We've used it BJE for our webinar series- it works really well. I just wish that the presenters had more functionality and could not just use 1 single screen.

Bluejeans events is the next level of virtual events, with all the features you could need and want. The gui is spot on and intuitive and the quality is next level.

My only dislike is the dial in number produced as part of the invite defaults to US and there doesn't appear to be a way to change this on the events platform.

we have had to change the way we manage our partner meetings, which have moved from physical to virtual meetings. Benefit wise it has reduced the cost of hosting and attending such meetings but has also allowed us to have more frequent meetings due to the ease of running these, it has also significantly improved the attendance of such meetings enabling us to be far more engaged with partners.

Excellent sound quality. The meetings are very easy to schedule.

I dislike the reluctance of some companies to use it, although it is more secure that other applications of similar type.

Meeting and calls/ Presentations

Connections with Slack and Gmail make it easy to schedule meetings or set one up spontaneously. You can screen share a specific app to avoid awkward meetings showing that Youtube video you were watching :)

Usually, opening a Bluejeans meeting is seamless. However I have noticed that it requires you to log in (for myself multiple times) after an update.

Bluejeans events allow for more of a presentation style feel than regular meetings where everybody can be on camera. The Q&A section giving users the ability to upvote questions is a nice touch.

If your bandwidth is limited, you can have major issues.

I use Blue Jeans for business and personally. I find it easy for everyone to use and the quality of our connections for both audio and video is always first rate.

The name Blue Jeans can sometimes confuse the uninitiated.

I have used Blue Jeans to teach, I have attended webinars using the platform and I connect with colleagues and friends. Before the pandemic, I used it to collaborate with a colleague in Australia - we were able to produce an interactive book together.

Able to record the events. Never faced recording issues. Crystal clear sound with Dolby support. Always connects and stays connected.

Not much flexibility like Google Meet for GridView for multiple (more than 40 people) joining in. More customizations required for Outlook meeting setup integration

Zoom has time limit on meetings. Skype for Business crashes and disconnects more often now. BlueJeans excels in both aspects and provides seamless recording of the Business meeting or demo.

The best thing I like about Blue Jeans is it's great quality and how easy it is to use.

Is the best option we ever found for large events. People is not wasting time on airports anymore. It is simple to use and install also prepare equipment for meetings. Quality cant be better. Do you want your event to be perfect? So don't doubt, use Bluejeans events. Even you can test it before you buy but i assure you teres nothing with this kind of quality as bluejeans

Nothing, we were testing some other tools but this is the best option right now and we think Bluejeans is headed in the right direction. That's why we don't change it for any reason, actually we have other products from the company and we are satisfied with all of them

We usually perform a lot of these meetings with people all over the country, used webinar but has a lot of requirements. People don't have to travel long distances and waste a lot of time
