"great webinar platform"
What do you like best about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

it works. easy to use, pretty intuitive and straight forward. I like how attendees, presenters, and moderators have their own links, which gives them their own path into the webinar. This makes it very easy to moderate vs. a bluejeans meeting where everyone is in the same lane.

What do you dislike about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

video sharing needs to be improved (playing videos natively from screen sharing). I don't like how expensive this platform is, if I'm hosting a primetime event, the service should start charging you after you've surpassed the threshold of a large meeting count. In our case, its 150 participants. At 151 that's when the charges should start to count. I also don't like not being able to provide registration for a restricted event. We get phone dial ins and have no way of being able to distinguish between an actual employee or someone outside of our enterprise.

What problems is BlueJeans Virtual Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like how attendees, presenters, and moderators have their own links, which gives them their own path into the webinar. This makes it very easy to moderate vs. a bluejeans meeting where everyone is in the same lane.

"Great tool - Room/Potential to the best"
What do you like best about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

Ease of use is what I like the best. You can easily set up or join a meeting with a click of a button. I would like it even more if I there was a way to integrate it with web browsers. For example, if I could use it in one of my chrome tab it would have been much more beneficial.

What do you dislike about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

There is no much I dislike, but I wish the mobile app was much easier to work with. Particularly the way you could ask host questions. In the mobile app, usually I would like to participate in the calls that I cannot really join using a computer or laptop, for example when driving and I would need to join a croup call or let's say I am outside and would like to benefit from joining a meeting without having to use my laptop.

What problems is BlueJeans Virtual Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have group meetings regularly. We use it for group conference calls. I like the fact that you can record videos of the calls. That helps a lot for sharing and reviewing the content of the calls. Using other tools, we would have to a =use a thridparty screen capturing software.

"Adequate Video Conference Tool"
What do you like best about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

It is a simple, effective, click to start video conferencing tool.

What do you dislike about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

It is expensive and requires extensive setup. The space-age style discs they require you to use have no discernable added value.

What problems is BlueJeans Virtual Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

The same ones we realized when we used GoToMeeting and then Zoom. Just in a different format.

"BlueJeans: A Great Solution For Video Conferencing "
What do you like best about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

BlueJeans is very easy to use and great for large office spaces. It is easy to log in and on calls with either the BlueJeans link or with the remote control.

What do you dislike about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

There is really nothing that I dislike about BlueJeans. Sometimes the link does not always connect with our AV system but it is easy enough to login or call in.

What problems is BlueJeans Virtual Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this to video conference with our different offices and clients. It is a great way to collaborate with our different offices. The video is always clear and the sound is great. I think that it makes it feel like you are right there with your coworkers and clients to make necessary decisions for the business. I also think that it is great that you can present a slide deck or share your screen when applicable so that everyone is looped into the mix.

"Seamless and Smooth"
What do you like best about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

The functionality of Blue Jeans is superior to other applications we've tried. The ease of presenting and adding content is great. We love the feature of muting all microphones and cameras when needed.

What do you dislike about BlueJeans Virtual Events?

There is a bit of complexity to being a moderation and adding other presenters. It is just a matter of learning, but we usually have to do a little training before our first run as moderator.

What problems is BlueJeans Virtual Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have business-wide events, town hall meetings, all college meetings, and smaller team meetings. We also use Blue Jeans for project development. This is useful because we have a lot of remote employees.
