This morning I gave my third webinar, even though I only started a month ago. WebinarGeek appears to be a clear and simple program to show myself and my service to my (to be) clients in a professional way. As a starting entrepreneur I notice how after 3 webinars WebinarGeek is already a wonderful addition to my marketing and I have good sales so far, so I will definitely keep using it! I love how I can add speaker notes to the presentation so that I never have to look at my paper. I don't even have any separate notes next to it! I am also enthusiastic about the statistics. How cool to get exact insight into the registrations, viewers and viewing behavior. I chose the Premium plan with personal branding. I like the easy adjustments you can do when setting up a webinar. I think it's actually a lot of fun working on it and I find it easy to adjust things. I also like the fact you can 'turn on' interactions during the webinar. I think I will use that more often in the future.

I think I can use some support on fine-tuning the integration with Active Campaign. Although the first steps went all very well. So I have to give myself some time to set it all up the way I like it.

During my first webinar I already met people who were interested in my service as a lifecoach. In the end I sold a program and I know my webinar contributed to that! I already give online workshops where people are using video + audio but this is more accessible to people who don't want to join with video. And... it gives me a professional replay and the statistics are a huge benefit which give me so much more insight!

The amount of features that help me to feel comfortable while presenting my webinar. A lot of possibilities to make my webinar interactive, very easy in follow-up and delivering replays to subscribers. It is a very user-friendly tool for hosting webinars!

Nothing that I really dislike, on some devices there is a little bit of a delay on what I see as a presenter and what listeners see, but this was no problem.

Collecting potential leads for my services, sparing time by using webinargeek for the whole setup of my webinars, better follow up of subsribers,... You can use WebinarGeek for the whole process: plan, invite, host, follow-up,... which makes it very efficient and saves me a lot of time!

WebinarGeek works for everyone, even if you're not a very tech savvy person. Okay, it takes some digging into it, but once you get the hang of it, creating and hosting webinars is just total fun. Of course it all depends on your subscription what's included, but there are so many features and functionalities you get at a very reasonable price. And it makes you look so professional.

I really had to think hard to come up with something I think could be improved. Pretty much says enough I guess. The best thing I can come up with is more flexibility. Maybe it would be nice to not be limited to the specifics of your subscription, but buy extras like a certain amount of viewers or extra team members.

Thing is, you don't want to spend too much time on creating and preparing your webinar, including the marketing part. But you do need it, right? WebinarGeek makes it easy for you. All steps are being presented to you when creating a webinar in their system. You then choose which elements to use (welcome emails, reminder emails, etc.) and customise them as you like. Also, once you have created a webinar, you can copy it so you only need to tweak details for the next webinar. Lovely!

The program worked very easily and intuitively. I started with a free webinar creation challenge in a two-week free trial, so I learned easily and step-by-step what is important in creating webinars. The outside, but also the inside.

The only thing that didn't work well was the evaluation form that you can add at the end of the webinar. I was unable to change the order of the questions and had to fill in the entire form again. I wouldn't expect that based on the rest of the program.

Ideally, the program will automatically send emails before and after the webinar. In addition, I can indicate the number of days that the replay is available. Naturally, the statistics are very nice and clear to analyze.

They are very helpfull by chat on the website. Next to that is the software easy to use and a great experience for the viewer. You will get a online book with a lot of tips to setup an even beter webinar. Very good en useable tips.

I want to see multiple webhosts in the screen. I heard that they are working on it. That will make the software even beter.

It solve the problem that it is easy to give a webinar. It is webbased so the audience don'w need to download something. Click and go. Next to that are there a lot of automation possibilities to get the maximum result.

I'm helping my clients getting to know me better. I'm selling my products using Webinargeek.

This software is easy to use, as we've set up a complete webinar in a few days without experience in such a tool. All the features we need are available, there is an integration with our marketing automation tool, and our partners that work with us on webinars, as well as the viewers, are very positive about the technical aspects and the quality of our webinars.

There are very few cons I've encountered, but there's one thing I'm missing. As I'd like to keep my webinar as branded as possible, I use the embedded registration form. The only downside of doing this is I am unable to track the traffic sources of the people that register for the webinar. If there comes an integration to do this I can get a clearer view on where my viewers come from.

We wanted to start doing webinars. As we didn't have any in-house knowledge about these (especially the tools), I've done some research. WebinarGeek came out as the tool with the most functionalities for the best price. This made me decide to start a demo, and eventually get the software. So far, it does exactly what I need and it doesn't cost me a lot of time to figure out how to use it. All the people involved are positive about the tool and it gets me the results I need, so I'm very happy with it.

WebinarGeek is easy to start with. Just follow the instruction videos and keep going. It's quit simple and I tested it first but within 1 hour I had my first webinar online; love the integration with Mollie: no worries about the financial stuff. Marketing is easy with the links to Facebook and LinkedIn. Using video and PowerPoint pdf is easy and looks very good for the customers. Their reaction was positive.

Interactions are more complex to create; this could be more easy to use. It's all there but took more time to get used to it. Still, minor point.

Due to COVID-19 my "old" business model of doing live training and workshops is stopped completely; I needed to find a tool that could support me into transferring my material online and remote.

Webinargeek provides al the communication and after care. Al de attendees automaticaly get a recording of the webinar. So as a marketeer i do't have to build a campagn arround the webinar. This saves me a lot of time.

There is nothing do dislike about Webinargeek the serive en technical support is great.

Whit Webinargeek we save money because we can meet our costomer online. We don't have to visit events to speak with cutomers or prospects.

This software was easy to use and it really helped me organizing some splendid Pubquiz nights. I'd like the way music and pdf could be integrated.

It wasn't clear how much GB I did use and could use until we used the software. But Webinargeek support helped out great!

Door het doen van een webinar is het gemakkelijker voor mijn klanten. Ze kunnen van thuis kijken naar het webinar. Het is een gemakkelijke manier van reclame te maken.

I had trouble sometimes finding my settings when I needed to change them. But Support was always very quick en helpful to fix it.

I reach out to my prospects by teaching them about building an online training from professional training view. It helps them to build better trainings and helps me to understand what problems they meet. And of course sell my online program to them

Easy to use, as marketeer i arrange our webinars, and our advisors who present can also use the tool with limited knowledge. Next to that it sends automatic follow-up e-mails.

It does not run as smoothly in our remote desktop environment as we would like. But WG works fine on a local laptop.

More interaction with customers, we love the live chat function.

It has all the basics needed to run Webinars (almost), I’m only missing the Q/A options coming soon. After that, WebinarGeek will be close to perfect! The support team is great and very responsive, no complains there

I wish there was more flexibility in the editors to build the different pages and emails in a smoother way

WebinarGeek is more than a webinartool. You have a wide ability for e-mailmarketing, on brand adaptation of emails,... The recordings are also of good quality and I like you can 'test' the webinar before the actual live timing. I think webinar is an expensive tool but I'm very happy with all the features. Couldn't find those features in other tools and I did quite some research.
