If is very easy in use, very logical. I could start quickly and they made easy to use templates I can use.
The limit of 100 people who can be at the webinar, for now it is oke, but I hope I will need more very soon.
It's very easy to give a webinars, I give one every week and I use it too for Q&A's.

Ik gebruik nu 10 maanden Webinargeek en heb er ruim 20 webinars mee gegeven. Het werkt erg makkelijk en heeft nog nooit een storing gegeven bij uitzenden. Dat stelt je gerust. Vooral het van tevoren instellen/plannen van registratiepagina, interactieve vragen, evaluatie en e-mails is een sterk punt. Bij vragen geeft support altijd snel en adequaat antwoord. De persoonlijke aandacht waardeer ik zeer. De rapportagefunctie geeft een schat aan informatie en statistieken.
Wat ik soms een beetje lastig vindt is een mooie afbeelding te gebruiken als achtergrond voor je registratiepagina. Afhankelijk van de grootte van je beeldscherm wordt die soms wat te groot of te klein. Daarom gebruik ik meestal een effen achtergrond zonder afbeelding, maar dat is wat saai. Ook zou het mooi zijn als je zelf kunt instellen hoe groot je je logo boven de e-mails wilt hebben. Nu zijn ze standaard wat klein naar mijn smaak.
In betrekkelijk korte tijd heb 2000 kijkers/woningeigenaren bereikt met informatie over het verduurzamen van je woning. Met een call to action heb ik velen van hen kunnen aanzetten tot het nemen van actie. Met fysieke bijeenkomsten zou ik dit effect niet makkelijk hebben kunnen bereiken.
I have been using webinar software for more than 6 years. Recently I switched over to WebinarGeek, due to negative feedback from my customers. The previous platform resulted always in drop-outs and bad quality. WebinarGeek is easy to use and provides a very good broadcast quality. After switching from WebinarJam to WebinarGeek, we got instantly positive feedback from our community. The quality and ease of handling improved for our audience majorly.
The first time setup took some longer. Happily there were loads of instruction videos to help me through this. Basically I'm very happy that I switched to WebinarGeek and have no dislikes.

There is nothing that I don't like. They come continuously with new updates. With every update I think: I didn't miss it before, but now I have this extra feature it is very useful.
It is an easy way to organise webinars. During broadcasting I can focus on the content and my story. I do not have to pay attention to the software because it really works well and very easy to use.
What I really like is that it has many functionalities, so I can give my customers and the people watching my webinars a great experience.

Nothing, you just have to remember that it take a bit of time to get to know the program and use all the options.
Share knowledge with my clients and upsell after the webinar. Also gives my client the option to get an replay and watch it whenever they like. And I can use the replays to learn from it.
The system is easy to set up and to use, once you get to know you way around the product. Quality of the webinars is extraordinary good and the implementation of evaluation forms is great; now users can send you an evaluation after the event, which we are very pleased about.
When connecting my Blackmagic webpresenter (which I acquired specificially for Webinargeek) I had to switch back and forth in my settings to get the input right. Even though it said "Blackmagic webpresenter, I only saw the internal Mac HD camera)
With corona problems all around, we managed to organize annual meetings for our customers, online. Even though the customers were not used to work with the software, it was very easy to explain and they are very satisfied with the result.

It is very easy to operate and understand. I used webinargeek to give online yogalessons during Corona in the Netherlands. It was very easy to set it up and use it. I was also able to give it a very professional look and feel. It was easy for people to sign up for the meetings and to attend them. Free mails and offer to watch the video again. Good information on the website and good customer service. Just great!
Some people found it difficult to understand that they have to sign up every week again. I helped them by sharing a link on whatsapp that they could use to sign in - and this was found very uselful. Elderly people may find it difficult to understand that they should click on the link in the mail whereas youngsters use whatsapp more often. Sometimes my attendees had problems with their own wifi connection or with chatting from their smartphone or I-pad. That is not due to Webinargeek but to their own preferences or knowledge.
I was able to continue my lessons. The students were very happy with this solution. However, they like the live lessons even better.
This is one of the easiest webinar software Ive used to date! The price is really good too compared to other software on the market. I also love the user journey and how it prompts. you through all the steps. The emails editor is really good and very easy to use.
I'd like to see a notes section for presenters, so when presenting you can still read your notes without sharing those.
It is my go to webinar platform - I won't use anything else.
