We like best, that is so easy to use and understand the platform. But still it has a beautiful deisgn and users find it user friendly.
I wouldnt say excatly dislike but still ... Synchronization with third RTMP parties should be improved. It also shows on their own events ... the last 2 were out of sync all the time ... sometimes it happens also to us and we need to pay for a really heigh heigh speed internet to prevent this ...
Whatever I need, they are there for me.
WebinarGeek is very easy to use and has many great features that provide us with the intent data we need. The service team has been very helpful.
The only real disadvantage is that with our account we only have 1 user, which is fine for our actual use case of the software. But, it would be nice to have a limited access administrator user for invoices.
WebinarGerk provides us with a tru webinar solution (as we previously used Teams) that all our client can access. It is integrated with our CRM ensuring I don't have to re-enter most data

Makkelijk en vlug opzetbaar. Duidelijk stappenplan. Ook toen ik vast zat werd er vlug geholpen en was de uitleg super duidelijk.
hmmm de prijs zou wat minder mogen zijn. Je mag zoveel webinar geven, maar je gaat niet elke dag erachter zitten. Dus prijs zou iets minder mogen zijn wat mij betreft.
Ik geef informatie over langdurige vermoeidheid. Tot nu toe al veel mensen mee geholpen.
It's clear, the marketing emails look a lot better than my previous Webinar software, it's intuitive.
I can't choose where I want 'my face' to sit in the screen during live webinars. It's only possible on the left side. However: this is the only thing I could think of to answer the question 'what do you dislike' - because I don't dislike WebinarGeek at all. I think it's great software!
How to give webinars. It does exactly what it should do.
The benefits are the support of WebinarGeek and it gives a clear overview how to use the webinar platform. Within my company we use webinars as a training tool, which is very beneficial.
The downsides are an abonnement, while we only use it twice or three times a year. Furthermore in the beginning it was more difficult to exactly know how to make on demands webinar, but with some help it was all sorted out.
As a company we give internal trainings, it is benefit for us because of the possibility of a tracking system, which gives an overview of the participants and duration of webinars watched.

Can't keep a competitor from registering for a webinar. Would be good to have a way to block specific URLs.
