It takes to much time and effort to adjust all variables when changes need to be made in all webinars of the 'webinarreeks'. Especially for non-geeks like it needs to be easier to understand. But the assistance through the chat is amazing!! They really are kean to listen, interact to solve the problem, clarify problems and discuss it with their development team! WebinarGeek is a tool with straightforward onboarding and understandable functions. We use it with integration to HubSpot which makes it easy to make lists and send nurturing emails to viewers and subscribers. There are also interactions, sales pages etc. which make it more interactive and makes it easy to gather information very smoothly from the viewers during a webinar. This tool is completely internet-based, so you don't need any installations to your computer, neither does the viewer. The pricing is well suited for a SME as we don't have a need for a very large setup at this stage.
At first we stumbled with the delay that appears between presenter and viewer, but after we learned they don't affect the viewers experience it all went well. A small minus is that it is not possible to have two presenters at the same time visible. And also starting the webinar also starts the recording which means you have to edit the recording if you wish to publish the replay.
We are giving presentations online to get new sales leads and to give important information to our current customers.
The webinar platform is easy to handle and the support department is excellent: easy to reach via the chat, quick, alert, and to the point. That is vital once you have a sudden difficulty just before your webinar starts.
