While I don't have a ton of experience with similar softwares, Wistia does everything I could imagine I need. It is a great way to store videos and share them outside the company.

I cannot really think of something that I dislike about Wistia.

I don't like that there isn't an easy way to get analytics on specific folders, rather than the whole account itself.

Wistia has been able to allow us to grow and try new things through their service, for example live streaming!

The publishing experience is very easy to follow, and the interface for publishers is very robust. It has all the tools I need like tracking engagement.

Nothing specific to dislike, but it would be great if there were integrations with recording apps like Zoom

Wistia is easy to use, self-explanatory tool. It helps me upload my videos and share them in different formats an is SEO friendly! What more could you ask for! The most helpful tool inside of wistia for me is the 'Share' feature, where you could connect your social accounts and share your videos directly.

The edit feature is my least favourite, I'd like to add filters and a better crop method to the edit

Youtube currently acts as the main hosting platform for all videos however its not built for business needs

As a Creative Producer, I love using Wistia to send videos to my clients. The interface looks slick, and I can use the replace function to keep on top of versions.

One thing I don't like about Wistia is that you aren't shown the different channels when you log in as an account owner. As a manager, I can move quickly between client channels upon logging in - but as an owner, I can't. I have logged this as an issue with the Wistia team before.

As a Creative Producer, it feels more professional to be able to send outputs on a platform that isn't a streaming platform like Youtube or Vimeo. My clients like to have their own channels and be able to access all the content we've made for them.

I love that this platform is 100% reliable.

Wistia allows me to deliver my online classes is a dependable, reliable way. The speed at which the videos are delivered is excellent, and the content is 100% available, 100% of the time. Formerly, I delivered my videos via another platform and they were slow to play, but when I switched to Wistia, the problem was solved. Now my clients enjoyed streamed video content the is embedded in my website, complete with all my branding. I love Wistia! Further, the pricing is affordable. I can deliver content at a fraction of the cost the I was paying before. And Wistia continues to add features without raising the monthly price. The value is outstanding, and I often recommend Wistia to others. In the online learning environment, speed and dependability are key. And that's what I get with Wistia. Perfect performance at a price I can afford. Who can argue with that?

I have only been working with wistia for 6+ months and have yet to come across an issue.

We moved our product videos from youtube to wistia to better drive traffic to our site.

We have been using Wista for about 10 years now and the data we get from their video analytics is great. It really helps our business and allows us to improve our video content. Plus all the new features they constantly add to the service make for a great product.

I preferred when I could call in and get someone right away. Now that they are much bigger we have to send in a request if we have a question. Having said that they are quick to respond and always very friendly and helpful.

Wistia helps us tracks our video usage and helps us determine who watched our video and for how long. Video analytics is great!

The analytics and report is game changing. The customisation to video settings and thumbnail images/videos is also the best going around.

It's not the most cost effective platform, especially when you have a large amount of videos.

I like Wistia because of its range of content support. I love the analytics, the ability to replace media and build upon its stats and it makes sharing video content easy. There are plenty of new things to learn that I am not even fully immersed in all of the features and things that I know its capable of. I love their resources as well and their self-produced content.

Honestly, nothing sticks out to me as a big dislike. I do work in a team environment so sometimes I do run into permission issues at odd times but that's the only issue I can think of.
