I have only been working with wistia for 6+ months and have yet to come across an issue.

We moved our product videos from youtube to wistia to better drive traffic to our site.

The analytics and report is game changing. The customisation to video settings and thumbnail images/videos is also the best going around.

It's not the most cost effective platform, especially when you have a large amount of videos.

Conversions on my sales pages and also getting my message out to as many people as possible.

While there is not much to dislike, HD video takes quite some time to become available after cencoding.

I like Wistia because of its range of content support. I love the analytics, the ability to replace media and build upon its stats and it makes sharing video content easy. There are plenty of new things to learn that I am not even fully immersed in all of the features and things that I know its capable of. I love their resources as well and their self-produced content.

Honestly, nothing sticks out to me as a big dislike. I do work in a team environment so sometimes I do run into permission issues at odd times but that's the only issue I can think of.

Wistia makes sharing and organizing video content easy. I feel like there are so many flexible options and analytics that help from a performance aspect. It's nice to see the trends and breakdowns.

Wistia has been an excellent solution for our corporate video needs. We're able to host videos on Wistia and link to them on our website seamlessly, as well as use Wistia to curated customized libraries of content based on our business needs for various departments.

I love how I can easily edit and track videos in Wistia - the interface is incredibly user friendly and makes it easy to quickly put videos together and share!

I wish I could embed links directly into videos, rather than just in the video caption. This might be an existing feature I'm not aware of, though!

It can be very simple for quick things. It can be more complex if you need it.

Wistia in the beginning helped with bandwidth and helped solve player code options. Now we pretty much run on autopilot!

Wistia is exceptionally simple to use. It has helped us organize our video content, which was a huge mess before we used Wistia. The analytics on Wistia is second to none. It even tracks the company names of people who view videos and other exceptional data. Embedding it on your website is simple and enriches the page with highly beneficial SEO.

Wistia Channels have limited customization. So making a Wistia channel page look exactly like our website is difficult but the Netflix-style gallery still looks great. The transcript service is also not super accurate and we have to manually edit all transcripts.

Wistia is helping us see focused metrics for the different videos we have across our website and landing page, as well as for webinars. It is helping us start a podcast for the first time ever and overall it is helping us build out our video marketing in a way we have never done before. An exceptional platform. I highly recommend it. Their support is also incredible!

We originally joined for video hosting security. And while they do an amazing job protecting our video assets, nothing is 100% online.

Wistia solves the problem of utilizing the best video marketing strategy and technology to reach and engage our audience in profitable and measurable ways.

My favorite part is the ability to keep viewers in your product/brand environment. There are not any 'suggestions' of other videos which will take your visitors in another direction and off the branding message environment that you have worked to get them to.

I have yet to really discover any downsides other than it does not seem to be as easier incorporated/ accepted in other programs (Constant Contact, etc) as the competitors.

There is a charge for bandwidth usage which can be confusing and costly if not managed appropriately. Wistia has a great user interface overall, but tracking of video bandwidth is not something that is monitorable directly via the user interface is not currently present. However, Wistia does provide great customer service if you have an issue and their team will help suggest ways to mitigate the issue.

I pretty straightforward, even though you can find tutorials to use all the features and improve the videos and make your channels like a pro, everything is so clearly there, that you just need to upload and the rest is so intuitive.

I don't say that dislike is the correct word, but adding animations and emojis and stuff like that could be a great feature that is not available right now

Realy is helping us reach more customers because most of our products need training or demonstrations about functions or it works, so this is the perfect way to have visuals organized and handy for them, by-product by vendor, any time, they don't have to worry to save it is right the in our channel, and also for our HR we use it for training, we just solve many problems with one single subscription business.

The simplicity in uploading, customising and sharing the video content means I can quickly get the job done without any hassle.
