Powering more than 43% of all active websites globally, WordPress is arguably the most popular and widely used CMS and website builder used by businesses of all sizes across all industries – from solopreneurs, startups, SMBs, and big Fortune 500 enterprises. Both novice users with no coding knowledge and highly experienced web developers can benefit from WordPress’ long list of features including ready-made yet customizable templates, thousands of easy-to-install add-ons and plugins, built-in and custom-made functionalities, and robust content management features. Highly flexible, WordPress promises its users that they will never outgrow their website built on its ecosystem as it’s easily adaptable as their business needs grow and evolve. WordPress is also downloadable as an app and available to both Android and iOS users enabling marketers and content creators to manage their websites across all devices. WordPress is arguably one of the biggest website builders today. With WordPress, users have the option to use their web host or install WordPress’ own hosting. The latter lets users design and build their blog or online store, and access the Jetpack plugin for improved SEO, as well as security and analytics. Depending on your needs, it’s fairly easy to set up your WordPress site, and maintaining it is even simpler on this platform. You also have the option to install third-party plugins to add more features to your website and boost functionality. WordPress offers a free plan for anyone who wants to try out the service first, but if you want to subscribe, plans start as low as $4 a month for the basic plan.

I love the fact that it's easy to use, novice friendly - down to installing plugins for specific purposes ( great if you can't build a website from scratch) the support is great too.
Not much to dislike from my perspective.
Created a great looking website ( with a little help from a graphic designer friend) which helps me get business.
Since it's switch to content blocks, WP has been awesome for our team. We like to spread responsibilities beyond developers, asking project managers, content writers, designers, etc. help us upload copy. It's super important that everyone understand how it works, and WordPress makes it easier for us all to understand.
Sometimes it can be a little technical or touchy, which often makes less-experienced users a little nervous to make updates.
It's easy to create modular websites that can be updated and managed by clients after launch. Additionally, we have more flexibility in template creation
Most of my business is based on Wordpress made websites, its the easiest way to get it done and running fast
Except you know how to code or use Elementor properly, your website is going to be average at max.
did a lot a client work, also built a portfolio for my business and my friends business its easy to instal with php and automatically puts the files and databases in order
WordPress is a revolutionary cms which I use with most of my clients to help build creative and fully optimisable websites
It’s complexity can be challenging at times, however, once you can wrap your head around it you can do pretty good things l!
I am helping business’s tell their story through a fully optimised and creative website
I love that wordpress is so versatile and can be used for multiple purposes
I don't like that it still does require some coding
I want to learn how to build a business website with wordpress. Wordpress is also less involved in censorship than many other software programs or wesbites
The back-end customization is a breeze, you can create exactly what you need using plugins.
Sometimes load times can be a bit slow depending on your plugins and content.
It's a great, affordable option for an easy-to-use website that is highly customizable to your needs- whether you have a blog or not.
Website editing is easy to use. It's free.
Nothing to dislike. It does exactly what it advertised to do
Website management
What I like the most about wordpress is it is very user-friendly. It’s easy to navigate and very dynamic.
What I don’t like about it is if you’re using their free templates, the options to customize is limited.
Wordpress helped me in expanding my blog’s reach. I have now a huge solid followers and it helped me achieve that.
It's a fantastic beast. You can use it for free or spend there one million dollars, you can create anything you can imagine and it's not even that hard to start in most cases. I created my boardgames blog with wordpress, as other million of users did, and it goes without saying that even if at times it was frustrating it has been a fun experience, and now that the blog is more than one year old, it's even easier to use it, it's incredibly comfortable.
When you start using wordpress, both as a content creator or a website creator, things can be a little overwhelming. However, just some patience and you will eventually learn quite fast. There are little doubts about it as it's a tool for experts and beginners alike.
I use wordpress both as a content creator and to admin a boardgames blog. It's a powerful tool that helps you in creating whatever you want to create, you just need creativity and a little patience. Well, more than a little if you are actually creating your site yourself. But all in all, it's a tremendous tool and you can go a long way even if you use the free, basic setup.
Wordpress.com is a versatile free use blogging platform. If you would like a custom domain name, this is available as a premium feature at a reasonable price. Get your blog running by selecting your theme, and start writing articles in minutes.
For a power-user, this platform would be restrictive. To use custom plugins and gain more control over Wordpress, you would need the self-hosted Wordpress.org version. This is more cumbersome to set up, but would give the extra level of customisations some users require.
I use a self-hosted version, but I share my blog to Wordpress.com. This brings me blog to more users and readers.
Its the best CMS that I know, its very easy for use and have nany tools for all your ideas. You can make your website in less time.
I like all the things... wonderfull cms and very easy to use ;)
I solving time for create websites
It’s very easy and quick to fire up a website. Hosting is very reliable. Integrations are robust. Themes and designs are very aesthetically pleasing and modern.
It’s not as robust as the free, .org version
Web hosting for very simple sites that need no configuration
Easy to use tools, widgets & plug-ins. Beautiful design, engaging for users and creators.
There isn’t much to dislike about Wordpress. The only thing I can think of is that our load time for our website was slow because of our widgets. I feel like Wordpress should have a way to counteract that.
Website hosting. It’s so easy, an intern can do it.
Wordpress opens possibilities for entrepreneurs with little ICT knowledge. We were quickly on the roots of this program and downloaded a template and started editing the template to our likings. Afterwards, the site was already finished. All we needed to do was to do was press publish and the website was edited in real time. This makes website-building childsplay because I am sure more people will be able to use this program without computer experience.
Wordpress has many vulnerabilities and they are patched every now and then, it is adviced to keep the program updated so logging in to the portal now and then is the best way to check if the program needs to be updated.
We have a website running on this engine which helps customers find us on Google and look for all types of information related to our business e.g. contact details, location and other basic needs and deeds.
The ease of use of Wordpress is fantastic - it allows us to create a multi user site, including local Intranet, at complete ease. With all of the features we require (posts, galleries etc), it’s our number one solution
Forced translation updates are annoying when the site language will only ever be in a English (UK).
Creation of a multi user site that covers ALL of our needs. It means we don’t need to have multiple different setups - it’s all in one!
The use of this tool is very easy. It is pretty simple to make any changes you could need.
I sometimes have a spot of trouble with the login features
I use WordPress on a daily basis for website work. It is great because you can logon and use it from any computer.
Very simple/easy to learn for beginners.
Layout could be better, also processes behind publishing different pages could be cut down.
Doesn't take long to teach others how to use to take over tasks such as posting new articles, etc.
The intuitive design and all the flexibility with plugins and customizations
The platform heavily relies on plugins which have really slowed down our site.
We have a GREAT website that we're all really proud of.
I like how easy it is to use and track your metrics
It can be a little complicated and isn't exactly helpful for totally novice users
We built our website on Wordpress and it's customizable, easy to use, and professional.
Wordpress is very easy to use and navigate for site design and layout
There a certain limitations with the interface and what it’s capable of.
Managing the company website, design and updating all the online references accordingly.
