No problems thus far. I have genuinely enjoyed the platform.

I am far from a website builder. I love Wordpress to be able to build a gorgeous site without coding or other humps that a normal person like me would have. The ease of getting in touch with a Wordpress employee through chat or on the phone, even during this time, is a breeze and they are extremely helpful. Even the free service, which I have used for blogs can go a long way for business starting out. I also enjoy being able to search through inquiries and have a place for them to be stored

I have had troubles linking to Wordpress Admin... I have noticed the site runs better through Chrome than Safari. Some of the plug ins could have better response time, but this is the case for almost all online sites at the moment.

After having to take over our site from our previous website guy, it was simple to upload our website data onto wordpress, back up, and make any edits. Like stated above I am not a tech person, but feel 90% comfortable with Wordpress and its multiple add ons.

WordPress is a platform that is completely free, that you can use without paying licenses or subscriptions. One of the main reasons I like this software is because of the countless number of themes that you can implement on your website for free. It has an extensive directory of extensions that will further enhance your website. The admin panel is friendly, so it won't take you long to learn how to use it.

I honestly can't think of a downside to implementing WordPress for your website. It's free, it's constantly updated, and most people are familiar with its admin panel.

Also, it saves me time by having totally free themes and extensions to add to websites and thus not spend hours coding.

Wordpress makes it easy to integrate transactions like bookings, payments into a website and offers a very neat way of managing the integrations. Anyone can be trained in a short period of time and they will be able to manage a wordpress site in a short period of time

The themes are quite expensive, different themes have their own learning curves. Sometimes plugins or theme updates fail to install and its hard to trace where the error is happening.

Most cheaper plans I would say, makes it more economical. Highly easy to use. Aesthetics comes really good.

The payment gateway integration is a bit hassle sometimes. But not always.

The ease of using Wordpress if you're not technical minded helps you build a high quality website, whether you're a small business or a larger business. The ability to use plug-ins which cover any requirements anyone has ever had is also a brilliant system. We worked a lot with blogs and ensuring that we appeared as high on google search as possible and the SEO plug-in made it so easy to ensure that we were checking all the boxes to optimise our SEO.

If your password is not strong enough as a user, the entire website can be shut down. There was an instance where a new user was created with a password not deemed as strong and it shut down our whole website, even though we could still access Wordpress. When you went into the admin side, there was nothing indicating that the website had fallen because of this reason, it took a couple of hours to figure out, and within that time it actually lost us sales.

Using the available plug-ins, whether official or fan-made, we were able to increase the whole website performance, from SEO, to heat maps and seeing where customers wanted to go to. It was also a big time saver as it was so easy to use and drag and drop things that changing and reskinning a new website didn't take as long as we expected.

I like the flexibility, extendability, and integrations the most. Flexible enough to design great user experiences without having to reach for another tool. For example, we build many of our opt-in offer landing pages as well as sales pages in WordPress using a customized theme framework. Extendable in that there's a well maintained plugin for just about any feature we want to add. And if there's not, it's easy enough to find a developer to create one or develop one in house. We're able to integrate Wordpress into our martech stack really well. Which is one of the most important things to me as a marketing technician.

Security. Unfortunately, this comes along with being the most popular open source CMS in use today. Fortunately, I do a lot less client work these days. But I remember it being a difficult "sell" to get clients to pay for security and maintenance services. Themes and plugins are constantly under attack. So it's very important to choose a web host that specializes in Wordpress. And to have a solid firewall & security configuration and/or plugin(s) setup. Oh... and a maintenance schedule to keep the database optimized and regular backups. The only other dislike is that it requires a lot of technical skill to keep a WP site speed optimized.

It's much easier for other members of my team to publish content and make changes to pages without having to call on me to do it. And search engine optimization is much better with Wordpress than with other tools I've used... and I've tried most of them. We spend a lot less time in development and are able to focus on the higher leverage activities of creating content and building our subscriber and customer base.

As a Branding Specialist, my job is all about consistency across brand. Our websites are our first impressions as a business, if not a business card. Wordpress gives us that capability to FULLY customize because so many plugins are integrated into WP.

I think it's a bit complicated to learn in the beginning. Not a lot of people are tech savvy and could definitely waste up to thousands of dollars on Wordpress alone if you don't know what you're doing. While DIY sites that are drag and drop are a great alternative.

Again branding. I think Wordpress' customizations are powerful and the plugins that you can use give companies a super high advantage in comparison to the other website builders who aren't as flexible. I realized that investing into Wordpress.org was probably the best decision because it gives us flexibility to change and truly DESIGN a site that fits the needs of us, our customers, and our brand promoters.

The user-friendly dashboard interface of WordPress.org makes it incredibly easy for staff of all levels to use and grasp quickly.

There's is nothing that we actively dislike while using WordPress.org

WordPress.org has helped us to keep a track on who is working on what articles and when throughout the day. Being able to add plugins from external sites such as 'Playbuzz' has been hugely beneficial.

Problems that you are solving is providing an online platform to go to for a single source of information or e-commerce.

It is easy to use if you do not have much experience with website development. Although I would recommend having your website custom built for wordpress, there are free and template options.

Many plugins can break your websites, templates are good but many of them can have issues down the line.

What I recommend is having a developer build out your website and train you how to make certain updates. I would have a go to person for plugins or research them before installing anything on your website. It is also important to keep things up to date. I know WordPress offers hosting solutions but you can just as easily have another company host it for you. It's also very SEO friendly which is a huge bonus.

It is easy to use, with tons of customization options.

I've used it for years and recommended it to many, so I have zero complaints.

It's a fast, simple and affordable way to create blogs and websites (personally and professionally).

It is free, it is open source. It is good for beginners and curious as well as advanced users. It is very flexible and allows you to create any type of professional website. It is compatible with Ecommece, it has a large community behind and that is why it releases updates constantly, generating a millionaire business.

Depending on what you need, it may require adding plugins, in many cases paid. I don't think it's a disadvantage and instead it helps to keep an interesting product with hundreds of independent developers contributing new tools.

Creation of informative websites, online stores, news sites, recipe sites, landing pages, business directories and much more. Everything is possible with WordPress. It saves time and provides excellent scalable results over time.

It's very easy to get the hang of it. When I first started I just got told the basics and afterwards I figured out how to add plug-ins and other things through quick google searches.

It can be very cluttered when editing, there are a lot of buttons and details that can be changed which makes it confusing sometimes.

It's great for posting simple blog posts and helps me with my SEO with the Yoast tool.

How easy and user friendly the platform is when it comes to developing a website.

Not much so far because the support, regular updates are always on point and i can add, remove what i need and don't need easy without any hassles.

I manged to cut the development time in half when designing any website for my clients or myself. I get what i need when i need it from the platform.

I have minimal coding experience, yet have been able to build a user-friendly and beautiful website. I like all the plugins that can also be used for SEO, website design, and more.

It can be difficult to navigate when you first start. It would also be nice if the "Owners" bar at the top automatically included edit options from the start. You have to add code to get that to show up.

Not having a full-time design team, being able to quickly make changes.

Wordpress has tons of features that gives you the power to create. Not always is easy, but you have hundreds of alternatives to achieve anything you want

I would like that Wordpress had more fine tuning options to optimize load times and SEO performance

I love that as someone with little to no blog experience, WordPress makes it super easy for me to format and explore options.

It takes some experience to have an advanced-looking blog. I recommend watching YouTube videos about how to beautify your blog once you get the hang of the general format of WordPress

It's easy and pretty much all-inclusive. The ability to see site analytics is great too.

How easy it is to modify everything in your site build, as well as how easy it is to make edits, etc. when necessary as well!

Some features are more complicated to work with/on than others, such as top nav and sliding image, still overall this a great platform to use!

A functioning website/interface for business

WordPress is what nearly a third of the internet sites uses. This easily makes it the most popular content management system around. And for good reason. It's a great blend of user-friendly for non-coders, and customizable for those developers who want to use it for more. I've developed more than a dozen sites using WordPress and they all have a variety of purposes and functions. I wouldn't recommend using anything else.

Because of how wide-spread WordPress is as a CMS, it's the favorite target of hackers to try and take down. Thankfully, there are a number of plugins you can easily use for security. It could be argued that WordPress is too simple for coders and too complicated for non-tech people. But I'd argue that it's a good balance between the two. There's also the risk that your website will be like so many others since WP is so widespread. But it's too easy to customize with new themes to let that be a valid excuse.

I've built more than a dozen WordPress websites for nonprofits and small businesses. These were quick and inexpensive website solutions for these organizations that needed a web presence. WordPress is easy and cost effective to maintain, so its an on-going solution to an ever-increasing need.

WordPress have various features that users can benefit from on a personal level (self-influencer, blogger, etc.) or a corporate/enterprise level. Depending on your ability, you can do just about anything with WordPress.

So far, there has been nothing I've disliked about using WordPress. I haven't ran into any limitations that have caused me to dislike a feature.

I dislike the blocking system sometimes, it was hard to figure out how to add pictures and have them display where I want at first.

I really like the easy to go themes given by WordPress for free. I started writing my blogs way back in 2016. It's been great with the help of themes, option to categorize my writings. Even creating websites with WordPress is a plus and an easier way to get started with your business.

It would be great if some more free Templates will be added to the list.

I have been able to spread the word using such a huge platform. I can reach people and for a person with little knowledge of coding, Wordpress solves the problem of creating a website.

The best part of WordPress is that it has tons of free themes that are updated periodically and optimized to work on different devices like desktops or smartphones.
