It is really easy to use and even easier to customize your blog how you need it for your company. We dont blog often, but we do use it for job postings and usually post for helping out brand ambassadors at least once or twice a month and it really is a good way for us to go about business with a little personal touch into the world of "Brand Ambassadors" and custom marketing campaigns.
I dislike how many ways we have to click and re-click our tags every time we make a new post. I wish it would save or add in the top tags that are trending now. That would be a big help vs me having to track them down.
We use Wordpress to help us with our job postings and it helps us get extra exposure. It also allows us to use the blog for extra posts that we wouldn't use on our website, but our website is linked to the blog. It benefits us to have the blog as just a bonus feature for using our writing abilities but also to use it for those extra times we need extra exposure to additional brands and clients.
This program makes website design and management easy and gives great results. It's a very intuitive program.
Often times the default spacing between text etc. is too large. It would be nice to be able to alter that.
Organization website
I like the ease of use and the flexibility it offers. You can be a beginner or a proficient type of person and still get the hang of it
There isn't anything I dislike about it. Maybe having a couple more features, but other than that it's easy to use and enjoyable
None at the moment
Content customizability and control over all aspects of design and layout
Upkeep. You need to be steadfast in keeping updated databases to prevent security risks.
Gives outside users a graphical interface for updates within our sports along with ticket purchasing opportunity
I love the simple interface. It is easy to use and it looks classy.
I enjoy all of it. I no longer use it because we use a different blog platform.
I am able to get the word out about what is happening at my ministry.
Wordpress is so easy to use my grandma could build a website. There are several good free templates one can choose from if they're really strapped for cash, but some of the paid template options are outstanding, and there are options for every time of website.
There's plenty of room for customization, but never quite enough. You can't copy any item or functionality you see elsewhere on the internet unless you can code it yourself, you're pretty much stuck with their cookie cutter options. But again, for a free tool for people who know nothing about website building, this is a great tool.
Having a pretty, responsive, easy-to-manage website that can be quickly and easily updated. I think by now (2017) the benefits of having a great website should be more than obvious. ;-)
Very user-friendly, if you're familiar with wordpress.com. I am able to upload templates and play around.
Not really much to dislike. There are work arounds for functions that just do not exist on the platform. Clients are o.k. with that. As long as the site works and meets their needs.
Basic web design. And integrating e-commerce into websites.
The ease of updates once you setup your blog site. Perfect for keeping your customers up to date with your businesses and communicating with them through blogs.
The setup can be difficult for beginners unless your web service provider has an integrated feature that sets up your site for Wordpress usage already.
We use Wordpress for sales, advertising and business promotion.
The simpliness of the layout and how easy it is to navigate.
As of right now, there is nothing that I dislike.
It allows me to manage my web content in an easy manner
This site make it easy to stay blogging about anything. In a few step you can share with your consumers about your new products.
I am not tech savvy and I wish there were more free layouts to choose from that do not require much work to modify it to fit my needs.
I am sharing my products easily and thanks to its link features, I am also sharing it on social media.
I like the control I have with Wordpress best. There are countless themes and plugins at my disposal, to totally customize my website across the platform, along with the ability to enter custom coding.
It is sometimes challenging to receive help when troubleshooting in Wordpress. Questions in Wordpress Support sometimes to unanswered. But, it is a free service, so I understand why there is no phone support offered.
My business website is built entirely on Wordpress. It allows me to be found, to be viewed, and to connect with customers. This is very important since I do not have a physical storefront.
Highly functional, easy to use platform
Sometimes vulnerable, can be cluttered code
Intake, lead generation .. growth in online
What I value most about WordPress is the clear navigation the site allows. I can easily personalize my website.
Although I can't think of a specific feature I dislike, I would suggest making each user dashboard customizable with various design layouts.
By using WordPress my company has grown exponentially. It allows us to publish our articles to engage the online community and reach large audiences.
Easy to get your business up and running quickly with a template, or can be completely changed into a unique site.
Some of the plugins are buggy. There are also aspects that are difficult for a complete beginner to implement without a lot of additional learning.
Easy newsletter subscription, PayPal integration
I love how easy it is for a newbie to figure out WordPress. When I started my blog, I literally knew nothing about websites. Within a day, I felt like a pro because everything is so easy to work with.
There's really not anything that I dislike about the software.
I'm able to have a professional looking blog that lets me monetize in all the right places.
Low maintenance, easy updates, lots of integration
Trying to figure out SEO to optimize our page
Updated an old website, easy to add blog content
I love the simplicity of the software. Can be used for personal or business use.
It might be hard to tweak minor things but over it's fantastic.
I haven't really had any issues. Or standardizes with mobile and desktop base.
Wordpress is a very simple platform for website development. Easy to navigate and great for beginners in the website building community. Lots of FAQ's make it fluid to understand how to get what you need.
I can't say anything negative about Wordpress. I like it very much.
Brings more customers to our business because of the simple and straight forward webpage we have.
I use Wordpress for client blogs and websites but I find it easy to code in and simple for clients to make updates to. It also converts to full a website easy compared to other solutions.
While updates can be made easily sometimes FTP and server access is still needed to make CSS changes and without a plugin it can be hard to make edits. Security is also a huge issue and every Wordpress site I have had has been hacked.
SEO and Content Development. Plus it is a quick way to set up a blog for an older website
Integrated FTP is a life saver in this wonderful HTML editor.
Hard to not like everything. I've used Atom and many others and this is the best.
Website integration alongside Nodered configuration. All in one tool.
I like the customization and the ease of customizing websites with WordPress, especially with the many widgets and integrations available with CRMs, Marketing Automation, and other platforms.
Sometimes it's hard to figure out the issues with a widget install or upgrade, which is usually the widget's source issue.
We use wordpress to host our website and be the skeleton of our website that connects with all of our other online platforms.
Wordpress is a highly customizable, open source piece of software that powers 25% of the websites on the market today. I love working with Wordpress because I can configure it to match the needs of my clients exactly!
I wish that more people were educated about the importance of updating and maintaining their Wordpress websites.
My entire business is built around creating custom online homes for my clients with Wordpress based websites. I can give them the exact solution they need for their business problems and can create the solution for their problems if it doesn't currently exist.
I love the customization ability and the massive pool of resources available from developers to create interactive, inspiring websites.
Every time I find something that I dislike, I realize I only need to do some research and learn to use a new feature to make it work for me.
Email acquisition, community building and sales.
WordPress is easy to post a blog and easy to use easy to navigate through various pages.
Needs to be more customizable. You cannot change size of picture and is location through app
We used to post latest news of the company through WordPress
It is the most easy to use and free software to create a readable and appealing blog
More options for variations of layouts and fonts
Allowed me to finally get going on
quick website creation. Ability to expand through plugins
Some plugins are difficult to manage. Sometimes themes are no longer supported
Versatile portfolio display
How easy this is for beginners to use. I had no experience before this creating websites and felt like a pro when I had finished.
I can't think of anything that I disliked
I am solving a lack of marketing program I have gotten the word out about our business with this platform. We have increased business now that we have a website
I love the dashboard. It makes this program so user friendly and easy! The templates are also easily customizable.
Wish they had some better free templates!
Definitely use my bkog as a tool for growing my following and it's easy with word press
Wordpress is very user friendly! This is my first time managing a website, and Wordpress makes it simple and intuitive.
So far, I haven't found any draw backs to the Wordpress platform.
Wordpress is allowing my company to have a beautiful and efficient site without any hassle.
I really enjoy the overall functionality of WordPress and how just about anything and everything is compatible with it via plugins, back-end development, or otherwise.
Since everything is typically third party for plugins, sometimes functionality is lacking when WordPress or the plugins are updated.
I currently do not have any business problems that need solving with WordPress.org. However, I do like the fact that you can keep all of your sites together as a user/admin underneath one login using WordPress.org.
