I have been using it for more than 8 months now. The paraphrasing suggestions that it gives are better than many other (basic and free) tools in the market. That's the only use it has.

The customer support never responds. It seems they never cared to hire anyone. I had an issue with the pricing but never heard from them, even after being a premium user. Plus, it is difficult to use on mobile. I wish they had an app or keyboard. If you have other tools like Jasper, you will never need it.

Sometimes it gives good suggestions to change the tone and words of a sentence. As it has limited features even after a premium price, I don't use it much. Nevertheless, paraphrasing is good.

Wordtune is extremely helpful when trying to figure out how to rephrase something so it makes more sense and gets the message across effectively. I often struggle to switch up the phrasing I use in emails about similar topics, and Wordtune made it easy to diversify my messaging

I initially had a paid subscription which I used on both of my laptops. After a few weeks, I was blocked from using it on my second device and received a message saying it could only be used in one location. I used the free service on my second device, which was fine but has a limit of 10 rewrites per day, and lacks some of the premium features. As time has gone on, Wordtune has continually removed free features, the quality of the rewrites & the suggestions have gone noticably downhill.

Wordtune was helpful in tweaking my messaging and emails to clients about their product usage, garnering interest in consulting projects, and providing updates. It allowed me to change up the messaging & phrases I used without having to reinvent the wheel or spend a lot of time on it.

Decent product that get's the job done for when I need it, which is the basic free service

The auto-renewing annual fee, which others do too, but Wordtune send you no reminders, and after they take $$$ hundreds out of your account, even if you immediately contact them, they point you to their T&C's which say NO REFUNDS. Customer services say there's 'nothing they can do'.

I write a lot, and it's much easier to focus on the content rather than the way you're saying it. This is the problem wordtune solved for me initially, but then I found better solutions like instatext

Their support takes forever to respond and take action, I've been waiting for three days now and it's always been that way in the past, they barely get back to you. You also cannot manage users under the billing tab, they'll prefer a band-aid solution of doing it themselves instead of finding a permanent solution.

The only thing I liked about it was quick paraphrasing but I will never use it because of the kind of service and support I received from their team after explaining the issue for more than 1 month. They conned me of a heavy amount in the name of a premium subscription. Never ever buy their premium subscription, you will be looted.

They are thugs. They conned me, and looted me of a very heavy amount in the name of a premium subscription. When I tried to reach our to their team for a refund, there were more than 3 people involved who would revert you as per their convenience and you will never receive the amount because that's how their business model works. NEVER BUY PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION NO MATTER WHAT.

NO BENEFITS AT ALL. It is just to loot your money in the name of a premium subscription. There are much better software and much more genuine ones. Please don't fall in this trap
