I like that relevant conversations and attachments about a project are visible in one place. It makes it easy to identify what has already been done and what the next steps are for your project. The ability to tag people to get their attention on a matter and to be able to be a "follower" of a task is a great way to keep up to date on the project status.
The interface is not the most modern or flashy but it does the job!
I keep track of various projects in Wrike and allows me to update multiple stakeholders about a project all in one place, rather than setting a meeting or writing up an email. It also helps with visibility into milestone dates.
I like that Wrike keeps me organized with my workload. The software is user-friendly!
As of right now, I do not have any dislikes with Wrike. I am still learning new tools that Wrike has to offer.
Wrike is helping me stay organized and not letting me drop the ball on a case or assignment. I am more productive as I do not have to spend a lot of time making sure I am not missing something.
I'm able to cross-collaborate with people across different departments in a seamless manner. Communication is kept organized as I have different threads for each ticket instead of everything being sent via Slack or email.
The app does get slow at times, most likely because people across the agency are not marking tasks as "Completed". However, this is something we're now implementing as an agency so it has been pretty good recently!
Wrike provides a space where campaign managers are able to submit creative, data, and technical requests from people across different departments. It benefits me because everything is kept organized and Wrike has a great search function.
I like that I can submit a ticket to request help with an issue that I am having, without having to figure out who to go to for which problem.
I haven't had any issues or a negative experiences with Wrike so far! It's been super easy to use.
When I have IT issues, I can submit a Wrike ticket and it is routed to the correct person/department to troubleshoot my issue.
Wrike has been an excellent platform for organization. Everything is simple and digestible, making it easy for me to look up clients and see how deliverables are in terms of progress.
No cons to be completely honest with you. Wrike has been super helpful in all aspects. Maybe one thing I may point out is having a way for similar tasks to be under one folder.
Wrike is helping me and my team be aware of how deliverables are doing In terms of progress. Being tagged allows us to see if there are any questions or concerns regarding completing the task. It is a great tool that helps us stay on top of things.
Wrike provides a quick and efficient tool for collaborating with colleagues, asking questions, addressing tasks, and marking for completion. It eliminates the need for constant meetings and phone calls.
I have not been able to identify anything that I dislike. We have used the program for less than a year, but we have found it very valuable tool for collaboration.
It is a very effective time saver. We are able to complete tasks, ask questions, and provide additional information without the need for meetings. Our work efficiency has increased.
The personalized dashboard allows all my tasks to easily be viewed in once place for more effiency.
More training for templates and templates to be more user friendly.
Miscommunication and tasks that fall through the cracks. Wrike creates a eco system of checks and balances that is helping our team.
I really appreciate having the ability to review all projects at a glance and have a set process for tracking tasks and milestones so things don't get lost. It also helps our team to help each other out when someone is out of the office and work/updates are needed.
I wish there was a way to allow stakeholders to view the project/program in Wrike. I Understand that we can attach Google Docs, but sometimes we'd like to give a broad view.
We have a relatively new PMO group, and as such, we have a bit of a mish-mash of processes and policies we use to manage projects and programs. This is helping us create our process in a way that is consistent and helps us set a standard for how we work. It also helps us have a consistent view of all projects/programs that will make it easier for new team members to get on board.
The most helpful feature of Wrike is the division of tasks, projects and requests that newbie like me found very accessible , convenient and computer friendly.
Nothing at all! Wrike is the ultimate manna of all the confusion of relating a technology issue, discussion of marketing ideas and projects and streamlining operations and service.
Wrike is helping me communicate with our Technology and IT teams regarding computer related questions and how to solve them! Not a computer geek, so this is awesome!
The capability to keep highly detailed notes and resources on multiple projects. The UI is very easy to navigate which makes hopping between multiple projects extremely quick.
I wish there was away to archive timelines before a deadline changes. As an architect part of the job is tracking the amount of time from the initial planned submittal to the delayed submittal.
I have a lot of different projects that I work on in different design phases. Wrike is good at helping me organize the progress of each project and helps me organize my exterior calendar :)
