I'll be honest with you there isn't anything I don't like about it.

I don't have to have 50 job search engines working to find me the type of employment I'm looking for. The benefit is is quite simply ZipRecruiter is what most major corporations are using nowadays and being a professional with over 17 years of experience in this particular field I enjoyed the targeted job search and the results it provides.

The most helpful tool I find with Zip recruiter is the ability to tailor my search and also give feedback on the jobs sent over that they believe are good fits.

The only thing I dislike is I still receive emails about positions below my minimum but you don’t have to apply to everything so it’s okay.

I am solving my current issue of needing to look for my next career opportunity. Zip recruiter makes it easy because they recommend jobs for me to apply to based on my recent application and feedback given to them!

Their website is fast, clean, and easy to use. Their staff are helpful and friendly. I have used several other services to find well-qualified, currently looking candidates and none of the other services provided the quality or services that ZipRecruiter provides at the price point. I have a busy day and don't have a lot of time to spend searching for candidates. ZipRecruiter fixes that problem by ensuring that the information I need is always at my fingertips.

I haven't currently found anything that I dislike. Since their website is simple and their pricing is fair, I have no complaints. Each time I've needed to contact their support team, I had no problem getting the answer for which I was looking.

I am looking for great candidates who are currently available for a job opportunity. ZIpRecruiter fits that request and does so in a simple, straight-forward manner. Their website is easy to use. Because their website is simple, fast, and easy to use, I've been able to use my valuable time in other areas of my business. ZipRecruiter lets me get the job of looking for qualified candidates out of the way quickly and easily.

Ziprecruiter sends you jobs according to your information. Most jobs will actually be relevant to your qualifications. And they have an easy apply option which helps with time.

Although I may dislike when I am sent jobs that are slightly outside of what I am looking for, I understand.

ZipRecruiter has helped me stay in touch with what is going on in the marketplace and know what is the going rate for jobs in my field. I like to know if I’m being underpaid.Level 3

In this era of "smart home", "smart electronics" and "smart cars", etc, I think Zip recruiter deserves to be called "Smart Recruiter" because of its job advertisements and application/ recruitment process. It makes the applicant and recruitment process a breeze; keep it up!

Not sure I can point out any flaws, so far.

It's easy to upload resumes and job notifications are automatic. Follow-up applications are also smooth and effortless!

There is nothing wrong with ZipRecruiter.They are good at what they do and that is helping with job placement.

The auto matches helps me filter through and eliminate unnecessary postings. Saves me a ton of time and energy!

Sometimes the matches aren’t quite right but that is due to my job title... ex I’m a mental health therapist and am getting physical therapist positions....

Its easy to use this site.. I love how they have 1 tap apply to jobs. It send your resume right away and you don't have to take all day going 1 by 1 you can apply to 10 jobs at one time 10 stars!!!

It's a very easy to use system to post a job. And along with that, very attentive customer service with quick resolutions to any issue I've ever had. I just had an issue and used the "chat" feature. Tana was extremely helpful and resolved my issue within 10 minutes.

I was disliking that I had candidates that I didn't know about, which is what Tana rectified for me.

It's easy to use and I recieved many qualified recommendations from ZipRecruiter and have also received personal emails & phone calls from employers who have seen my profile on ZipRecruiter. I was offered a position, which I accepted, in less than a month being on ZipRecruiter.

If anything, I did get a lot of emails multiple times a day, but most were relevant to my job search.

I've had no problems with ZipRecruiter. Signing up has surpassed my expectations. I wish I found it earlier.
