Job hunting is smoother. My benefits are knowing jobs are customized by each user.

The ease of using the platform, the database was used most but we did get a few great canddidates for the time used. We are actually signing up again.

I don't like that it sometimes matches you with jobs that are way off from your skills, but I understand sometimes technology doesn't always work as efficiently as we would like.

I am getting interviews right away with ZipRecruiter. It doesn't change or parse my resume which I spent time on. As a recruiter myself it was way more effective in showing me super qualified candidates.

Refers related jobs well by email and while you are on the site

They do send a lot of emails and more specifically at rando, times of the day

There are so many features that I am still learning on the site

That I get every day E-Mails from Phil with realistic recommendations for jobs. Also that I can easy apply with my ZipRecruiter profile and do not have to fill out very time a profile.

That sometimes i get job recommendations outside of my sector and skills. I don't know why I get these recommendations because I never looked for jobs like that.

I solved the problem to actually find real jobs in the San Diego area. The benefit is that I can see which joby I applied to and what jobs are similar to them so I can apply to them too

I dislike that when I get notifications in my email about job listings, they are for my country as a whole and not for my specific location. I also do not like the way the search filter is designed in the mobile app.

There is truly nothing I dislike. I love everything this platform offers. Everything works as planned, there isn't any trouble logging in or finding jobs, overall this website is 11/10 phenomenal.

I'm able to weed out what I want and do not want from a job. I've realized there are tons of benefits with constantly updating your resume because it gives you more appeal to employers.

There is a limit on the number of candidates you can invite for the job postings.
