That I get every day E-Mails from Phil with realistic recommendations for jobs. Also that I can easy apply with my ZipRecruiter profile and do not have to fill out very time a profile.
That sometimes i get job recommendations outside of my sector and skills. I don't know why I get these recommendations because I never looked for jobs like that.

I dislike that when I get notifications in my email about job listings, they are for my country as a whole and not for my specific location. I also do not like the way the search filter is designed in the mobile app.

Sourcing and job postings are easy although it's budget-friendly.
It was quick and easy to post a position and I got a lot of qualified candidates immediately. The best part, of course, is that I ended up hiring the first person I contacted from Zip Recruiter and she is a great employee. I loved the free trial and I was actually able to complete my hiring within the free trial period so I never paid. After that experience, I would not hesitate to come back and pay for a posting next time I'm seeking an employee.
I was getting suggested applicants who were extremely overqualified. I was looking for an intern position at the time for only a few hours per week and I kept getting people with 10+ years of experience applying.
I only used ZipRecruiter once and it solved the problem of searching for an employee. The problems I encountered were mostly the same as the "dislikes" above. It wasn't really a problem, it was just not useful to receive so many resumes from candidates who were obviously not seeking the job I was offering.

Ability to communicate with using the message feature. You can quickly shortlist/discuss candidates by looking at a preview of their resume. You can receive a large volume of good candidates in a very short period of time. We ended up getting over 100 people on the very first day
Inability to filter candidates based upon previous/relevant designations. The system takes a lot of ratings to improve suggestions. You can apply location-based filters but there's is no way to candidates from a specific industry or job role. Also, you get limited access to resume database and invite to apply feature is sold separately. I wish they let you send a message or invite people to apply for a job for free. Monthly billing can end up costing too much if you're just hiring a few people every year.

What I like most about ZipRecruiter is that the jobs that they forward to me have been most on-target with the sort of positions I am looking for. I don't really have downsides working with ZipRecruiter. As an online jobs site, I find them to be best at delivering on the things they say they will.

What I like best about ziprecruiter is that it has messaging. You have an opportunity to communicate with potential employers without the pressure of meeting and speaking with them for the first time at a formal interview. I like that the site is very user friendly. It gives you opportunity to fine tune your resume to the job posting that you just received. It lets you know how many people have applied for the position through ziprecruiter. It also lets you know when the job is no longer available. One of the best things about the site is the history and status of the jobs that you have applied to. It is an all around good site if you are in need of a job. The resume critique is awesome also.
The only thing that I dislike is that I get other industry jobs that I have never applied to. This is not necessarily a bad thing, especially for people that are looking to change industries.
The problem that are solved is that I don't have to be on several different job sites. I will continue to use ziprecruiter because it is one of the best job recruiting sites there is in the industry.
Getting your info out there to recruiters and Managers. Sometimes , relaying all of your qualifications on an internet job board can be difficult
It hasn't been too easy being able to filter out fake job ads from real ones. I've seen a few fake ads on this webpage, and I'm not sure what is being done to ban users from posting fake ads
