There are alot of job oppurtunities! Most of them match what I am looking for!

I havent had a downside yet! So far all the listings have been great!

ZipRecruiter is helping me locate job openings I would not be aware of without them!

The 1 click apply future and automatic doenload of information from CV, making the time to fill really short and time saving. The opportunity to also show which job is a great match adds more spice to it.

I wouldn not say dislike but for ZipRecruiter to make it possible for all profile to fill most of the pop up questions each company ask, to make the 1-click application really effective.

Linking people and companies together, to create a win-win for all. The flexibility and time managemnet app also makes it easy for very busy individuals to apply for jobs.

ZipRecruiter is awesome because not only can you go online access the site and apply for jobs anytime you would like to, they also send you emails with jobs that match your experience. I love the one click apply button as well, it makes the whole applying for jobs experience a lot more pleasurable.

Well I wanted to say nothing, but when using the applied for jobs button it didn't list all of my jobs i applied for. Oops I take that back I just had to search for them and guess what they were there. So I would have to say just to make things a little easier to have the most current jobs applied for listed first.

ZipRecruiter makes it super easy to find a job. It matches my skills with prospective employers and offers the 1-click-apply button which makes it absolutely effortless.

The interface is very userfriendly and only asks for the required information and not too much information.

I use the platform to increase my marketability thus increasing my value. I leverage that to pick the job offer I am needed for and not what I need the job for.

If you are really looking for a job, then Ziprecruiter is the place, Recruiters are really responsible and is very easy to tak a look at suggested jobs, you can keep up to date with whats really available

What I like best about ZipRecruiter is that it's a one stop shop for job search. Uploaded my resume, answered a few questions for my profile and started applying with press of a button.

SOMTIMES, I get position suggestions that don't go with my job history/exp., but I'd rather have too many suggestions than not enough.

I' m not sure of any problems ZipRecruiter might be solving because I haven't had any.

Zip Recruiter is most helpful in letting the candidate choose their best opportunities in areas they prefer and in relevance to the job opportunities they are qualified for.

I cannot think of anything that is least helpful in using Zip Recruiter. In my personal experience so far, I have not been hired by an employer, nor have I had an interview in recent months of applications, as of yet, I guess this is my only complaint.

Zip Recruiter is very user friendly. I am able to set all the necessary criteria I choose for job searching. This makes things easier for me and it saves more time.

When my resume is viewed multiple times it continues to notify me, however most times the employer never contacts me. If the employer views the resume more than 3 times, they should have to contact the candidate.

Very easy to use. You can look at all jobs in your local area or you can find a specific job. It's also very easy to set up your account and apply with one click.

If I want a job in just my town/city, it will still pull up jobs available in surrounding towns when that's not what I wanted.

The ease of including an app that I can use on the go at anytime, anywhere, without my laptop.

The job matches are always the absolute best in the industry. I strongly relate to almost every job match that zip recruiter sends me.

One dislike is that I wish every job offer had a 1-click apply option, but I understand that is up to the employer.

So far there's nothing I don't like about the site. It's set up really well and easy to navigate. I don't see that there's a lot of old or expired jobs. As of now there's nothing I would change.

ZipRecruiter allows me to search for remote jobs without having to pay a monthly fee or commit to too much at first. I'll be setting up my profile to make applying for jobs easier.

The easiness to apply for jobs. Doesn't take hours to apply for a job. This enables me to apply for numerous jobs a day if I need to. I love Ziprecruiter because it pulls jobs from multiple websites so you don't have to sign into a bunch of different website to apply for jobs.

Some of the jobs that it sends me have nothing to do with my background. This is not a big deal as you just keep moving forward looking for jobs that pertain to me.

They will send you jobs everyday, if you want, that are just what you're looking for. Some jobs are 1-click apply which is awesome. This website has benefitted me so much in being able to apply for many positions that I'm qualified for!

It's very smart and user friendly, it helps me to save a lot time in the process. I love the 1-click apply and match system. And it has a very fast response from the employer.

I think the only part I don't like about ZipRecruiter is if I did apply for a job, this posistion will appear again. And whenever i quit out from a job list, it goes back to the top all the way, I have to scroll down again. Everything Technical, nothing serious, all could be fixed

Help me to search for jobs, it's awesomely easy for me to apply for jobs and a lotta of them i couldn't find it on other websites. Huge extra point: no promotions job posts, everytime I use LinkedIn, there are too much promotion job posts and it's like 200 people have applied, which I refuse to use it.

I use the app on a daily basis, not only to look for new temporary or contract gigs, but I enjoy seeing who has looked at my resume and my contact information.

Honestly, not one aspect has deterred me from using the app and the website. So, unfortunately, I cannot give an example of anything the company has done to warrant a complaint.

It solves the problem of actually having to leave the house to look for a job. I love the amount of feedback they provide for each job description. They basically do all the work for you!

ZipRecruiter allows you to see your profile compared to each of the positions you could apply for. It shows how well each position will match what your resume says.

I have not found much that I do not like. I do have to say some of the positions I know I'm not qualified for, it is just knowing what your capabilities are while looking for the position yourself.

What I like most about ZipRecruiter is how easy it is to apply for job openings, with just a click, once you have properly filled out your profile. Additionally, I appreciate their artificial intelligence system that gets to know you better over time and suggests increasingly accurate job opportunities.

For now, there is nothing that I dislike about ZipRecruiter.

It makes job searching easier for me. The user experience with the application is very easy and convenient.

That is has tons of job options from many many different job sites all in one place. Cuts down on the time it takes to go from website to website.

It doesn't have postings from the larger job search sites like monster, career builder, etc

Unemployment. Hasn't benefited me yet but I'm just starting. I'm sure there will be ample opportunity

The pay estimates are very helpful, and I like how it tries to match you based on skill keywords. It's easy to tell with a glance how matched you are to a position on the surface. I love seeing when the employer looks at my application, and especially when they look at it twice. Nice touch.

It can be a challenge to find jobs. I saw one last night that I didn't have time to dive into and came back this morning to apply to it, and it took quite a lot of searching to locate the same job posting. I wish it saved search preferences, and I wish you could search based on match type (Good Match, Great Match). Finally, although I love 1-click apply, it is too easy to accidentally click that when trying to view a job in more detail. That doesn't serve the company or the applicant.
