It is user friendly even a fresh graduate can use it after one day of training. It is reliable and scalable for small and medium businesses. It is economical alternative to Quickbooks.
The scalability is for small and medium organization. Large organization prefer larger and other softwares like SAP and Oracle.

It may be me, but the reporting is lacking for my needs. Then again, I am comparing it to NetSuite.
