Zoho Mail Reviews: 4.4/5 — Solid Choice
Zoho Mail is a component of the wider Zoho ecosystem–a popular choice among small to medium enterprises. It’s preferred for smaller organizations that are working with smaller budgets. The platform offers access to mobile applications and other productivity features, at very affordable rates. Zoho Mail is also secure. The simplicity of the control panel is certainly an advantage and it provides a big-picture overview of communications.

Very User friendly experience using Zoho mail., we are using it for more then 6 year
Nothing much to say on the dislikes.. may be couple additional feature like UC integration could be better way to enhance on the product
We use it for the internal as well external communication.. sometimes use for scheduling meetings
Super easy to use. Has an interface and search functionality similar to Gmail.
Not much to dislike. Of course, (like Gmail) anyone who loves Outlook will have a bit of a learning curve.
ZohoMail came along for the ride with ZohoOne. It has been a fantastic tool for our team's email and collaboration needs.
Zoho Mail is a solid platform for business emails. It syncs well with Apple Mail and also offers great features that my business uses on a regular basis. I've never had any deliverability issues and everything works as it should.
It is not as robust as the Google Suite of products, but I think it works just as well. Additionally, the pricing is just okay. Overall, it's a solid product though.
Zoho helps me connect with my clients through a reliable email system. I've realized the importance of having a platform that works as it should after experiencing issues with another program. Zoho is solid for small business owners.
I like the fact that I can quickly draft an e-mail over my computer or send a quick one through my phone. I have been Zoho mail for five months now, and it is the only software we use to check our inboxes or send emails to our colleagues. I can quickly access a bunch of options with it such as calender, tasks etc. I immedietly receive an intimation if my mail is not delivered to somebody. This is really helpful. Zoho mails is also integrated to Zoho CRM which makes my job so easy. I can keep track of all the emails that i have shared or missed. Adding attachments, changing fonts, colors and styles is pretty simple as well. The support team is pretty helpful as well.
I honestly don't see any downside to Zoho mail. I am still a little unsure of how I see a lot of emails in my undread folder even though I keep track of all my e-mails. There are plenty feature i am yet to discover under the setting menu but I am good for now. There is nothing that I dislike about Zoho mail.
I use Zoho mail to regularly send e-mails to clients, colleagues and also create a scheduled meeting with my clients sometimes. I can easyil draft emails, copy past contect save drafts, keep many tabs open and multitask. I also get reminders to login and join meetings which is helpful. Every single activity that takes place in my office i get a notification which I can always rely on. It is basically my bread and butter.
in my opinion, Zoho mail is the best option for email hosting because unlike the well-known alternatives it offers a generous free plan and you can update as you grow for a reasonable price, the UI is very nice and simple, and at this price point, it’s the email hosting company small businesses should be using.
Whenever I receive a new email on Zoho the pictures are not loaded when I first open it because I have to confirm that I want to show the images, and I have to do this every time!
We use Zoho to get professional emails with our company domain name and it has all the necessary features for a business like creating separate emails for each employee with @ourname.com and a great mobile app to stay notified and reply to incoming emails on the go, we've been using Zoho for years and we never experienced any downtime so it’s safe to say that it’s pretty reliable.
The flexibility that lets you get an email address for free. That's the main reason I went ahead and used it.
I haven't found anything that I dislike.
Zoho mail allows me to manage all my business emails in one place, and the best part is that I can have an account for free. Plus, it filters very accurately all the emails you receive from spam to the ones that are really a priority.
What I like the most about Zoho is a single platform for multiple problems, especially communication and colleberation.
There is no single aspect I dislike about the Zoho platform.
My company communication problem
I use Zoho Mail as part of the bundled Zoho One service. The bundle delivers a massive range of everything I need for my business at a great value, and one thing I particularly like is the integration with the CRM. The webmail client is highly usable, and I particularly value the separate iOS app. If I'm traveling, I want to focus on my business-related mail without all the mailing list and other noise that fills my Apple Mail. The CRM integration makes it easy to keep track of emails that have been part of an ongoing flow with a client or supplier. They have kept up with modern design trends with a clean design and easy Night Mode toggle.
The auto-classification into "Newsletter" emails often puts the first item from a sender in that folder, which is a transactional email but is not a regular newsletter. It would be better if it only did it after a couple of emails from the same source.
I needed a separate email service for my business due to the flood of emails when on holidays. I also use the CRM for suppliers and other business contacts, which provides an integrated communication trail.
I can easily tag my email messages, see what I haven´t read, and mark a few as important. They also have a calendar, which I like because I can organize my schedule so fast! The User Interface is also great! It also has a mobile version, which notifies me when I receive a new email so that´s nice.
Honestly, it is perfect as it is, I really like it!
I manage my professional life there! I sent/receive messages from/for the community, work opportunities, collaboration, organization, and more. That´s why I like that I can add a tag to each email, so I can easily find it later.
Zoho mail is far now the best option I came across for setting up a business email address. It provides you some of the best and economical pricing plans. It is ideal for teams of all sizes. From a small group to a large organization, it lets you seamlessly manage your business emails. One of the best features of Zoho Mail is its Forever Free Plan, which has a limit of 5 users, 5GB storage per user, and an attachment limit of 25MB. It is ideal for those folks who want to leverage the business mail address without spending an additional amount on the mail hosting provider. Configuring Zoho Mail with your domain is also reasonably easy and straightforward. You will get a seamless experience with Zoho Mail
The process of configuring Zoho Mail is easy, but sometimes it takes time to verify the records, and the instructions provided for the integration can be improved. More Interface theme options can be added so that users can configure the look and feel as per their preference.
We are using Zoho mail as a mail hosting service provider. We have realized many benefits such as cost and lower maintenance efforts by using Zoho Mail. Plus, you will not get any useless junk/promotional emails, and a lot of integrations can be added to expand the functionality of Zoho Mail.
