Zoho Mail Reviews: 4.4/5 — Solid Choice
Zoho Mail is a component of the wider Zoho ecosystem–a popular choice among small to medium enterprises. It’s preferred for smaller organizations that are working with smaller budgets. The platform offers access to mobile applications and other productivity features, at very affordable rates. Zoho Mail is also secure. The simplicity of the control panel is certainly an advantage and it provides a big-picture overview of communications.

Arranging Zoho mail is simple and quick to carry out also. I like the connection point; it is generally smooth and has no contrivances. It is the same as Gmail and other driving Email suppliers, so it is in every case, simple to relocate to and from Zoho mail.
Night mode doesn't look great since it gets excessively dull, and when we read the message, it does not look great and is challenging to peruse. So kindly work on this component at the earliest opportunity.

Instant notifications, the best way to manage emails, the freedom of creating your folders at ease, the way its auto-dictionary helps to draft mail, The entire UX actually way too convenient.
Whenever I schedule the G-meets, my clients say that they did not receive the meeting link, which becomes way too chaotic even though I follow the proper procedure to schedule the meet/send g-meet invites via Zoho mail.

Zoho Mail provides a free plan which is really good compared to other paid business email providers. The free plan on Zoho mail is sufficient for me as they provide up to 5 users for free.
When someone sends me an email with images, the images won't load, I have to load the images manually "using the display images" button, which sometimes is very frustrating. I recommend keeping an option to safelist some senders

Free corporate email options from Zoho Mail provide up to 5 users and 5GB of mail-only storage. I loved the function set because it has many options, such as flags, rules, and labels, that can be utilized to organize my inbox better.
Zoho mail works very well and has a mobile app with everything you need, I might recommend using its website rather than a mobile app because it has fewer functions.
Because I required an email with my domain, I started using Zoho, which was great. It is one of the greatest platforms for corporate use. Features like email scheduling are useful at this price point.
I'm impressed by how all of the information we save in Zoho Docs, Sheets, the Calendar section, and other sections is entirely protected by it, as well as the emails that our company sends and receives.
I haven't yet seen any downsides, and I think working with it is pretty easy. If we kept getting new features, it would be great. I would want to see the filtering options improved.
As a result of using this mail service, we are able to communicate with our internal team members and businesses in a safe, secure manner, which has increased our productivity.
Very quick initial setup, took me less than an hour. The website loads quickly and even syncs perfectly to my PC configured in outlook. Plus there's a mobile app that works perfectly smoothly.
Only if it had the ability to export the mailbox in a single click, now all I have to do is export folder vise. Other that that, everything is good with what zoho has offered
Earlier we were using Gmail for our official mail, which didn't seem very professional. Zoho mail offered a mailbox with our domain name, which feels very premium and professional. Now our mail syncs perfectly between devices, with enough storage even on a free account.
-The 'to-do list' feature in Zoho mail helps me keep track of what I need to do on a daily basis, and the reminders ensure that I don't forget anything important. Connects to many exchange servers without delays and handles my bulk attachments like a pro
In all honesty, I don't have anything bad to say about this product. It does just what it’s supposed too and keeps the email handling process simple so that you can focus on your work rather than checking for new emails constantly, which is always easy with single clicks from anywhere at any time
The organization of my inbox has been greatly improved thanks to this service. Now, the messages are clear and undisputed so that I can spend less time sorting through all those emails which don't interest me or require a response from them
I am using Zoho Mail for my business email purpose and I must say it's a great alternative to Gmail with all the advanced features even more than that. It also works offline & seamlessly integrates with all my favourite business apps.
There is nothing to dislike but I wish if I could log in to other websites with my business email, unlike Gmail.
Zoho Mail helped me set up my business email which eventually made my conversation more professional and the powerful integration just makes my day every day.
The dashboard of Zoho mail is user-friendly easy to access and well organized so I had no problem finding features like calendar, to-do list, Notification, Contact sync and inbox mails that are amazing.
To open an email we have to double click on email is not a good option it should be in a single click to open. another wise I have no hate for it.
