My business is using zoho mail for more than 5 years now. It's free upto 5 domain mail. We can web and app product. The alerts are great and it has most of the options Gmail offers.

The UI can be improved. Gmail is doing a great job.Occasional Performance Issues. Zoho Mail may lack certain advanced features and functionalities that are available in other email platforms. This could be a drawback for users who require specific features for their email management needs.

For bootstrapped business it's a no brainer option. We get our business registered and got the business email. It looks professional and my 5 members team have their pesonal domain.

The most disappointing part is that the 50GB cloud storage is not accessible for general file storage so a start up business that purchases this plan to take advantage of other features will be disappointed by the inability to use the 50GB mail only storage to store other general files.

Zoho Mail has been so easy to set up via their guided wizard. I love the fact that I was able to complete the integration myself, by simply adding the displayed MX records to the domain registrar for the company. Zoho Mail setup was straightforward, and that is a great plus. The ability to configure DKIM and SPF makes it a reliable business email.

The free plan does not allow integration with 3rd parties desktop software like Outlook. The storage made available is also less when compared to competitors in the industry.

IMAP process to integrate with services like Gmail and Outlook needs to be made simpler. Not every user is a tech sevy and can manually adjust it from the settings. The integration process with other email providers needs to be made simpler.

Zoho email is one of the best email services and is great to use because of its easy navigation and auto-categorization of emails. I love and like the Zoho Mail honestly, because Zoho Mail generates a permalink for quick internal and external sharing of emails without knowing the email address of the recipients. This also has an expiry feature so that the content shared will be expired on your set date.

On the mobile, there is some glitch, and in my experience, it is having a minor problematic viewing experience to read the email but overall, for me, it's a great tool.

Well, as i said, the permanent link is there for any number of emails. If I want to run a campaign of say, avail 10% discount on membership only for a limited period, then this feature is handy as the link will expire after that date and time limit we set. Also, when we share project-related information and don't want clients to keep it, this permeant link feature is again helpful to maintain confidentiality at the next level. This is undoubtedly an addition to the regular emailing that we used to do.

I don't like that Zoho Mail is not as easy to use as GSuite Email Services. To use Zoho mail on mobile, we have to download the Zoho App, which is a bit inconvenient. Moreover, the Zoho Suite is not as powerful as the GSuite offered by Google with access to GDrive, GDocs, and all the powerful apps offered by Google

We didn't want to pay to use our domain business emails, which all other Business Email Suites force you to, such as Hostinger Email, and so on.
