I like the interface and found it easy to operate right off the bat. I really like the calendar view, making planning easy at-a-glance, and you can change the schedule for posts just by draging them to a new date in this view! Fantastic to have the opportunity to connect so many channels! Basic analytics available on the free version, so not deep insights but better than nothing!
I think there should be more features in the free version - esp the calendar view, which is super useful. But more importantly, the free version really should have the scheduling tool...I feel like this should be a non-negotiable on a social media management tool!

Zoho social management helps me in managing my social media. I can work efficiently as I schedule all my social media postings, and I also plan Zoho socials and do things to save time. It is also an interactive platform so that I can share it with teammates.
When using Twitter, there is a limited word count compared to other platforms, so I need to do it separately, and it is a bit tedious. I have to do for all of my social media posting, and copy-paste the other posting to fit Twitter

The scheduling tool is pretty robust and I like that it gives suggested posting times.
The reporting tool is lacking and a bit confusing. There needs to be a way to look back more accurately at how your pages are growing. It also tracks how many followers you lose but if you lose multiple followers it shows it as a positive thing.
The main problem that Zoho Social is solving for us is the ability to schedule multiple posts at the same time across all of our platforms and be able for the entire team to view.
Zoho social is helpful to connect multiple social media accounts and manage them using their platform. I can publish content on all social media platforms from the Zoho social app. Not just publishing, it allows to monitor the growth of brand and let your team to collaborate seamlessly.
The Monitor tab on the application doesn't provide much options to track or monitor important things which might be beneficial for a brand. The feeds are shown in column style. The number of options we can add to column are limited. There is no option to search the parameter which we would like to monitor there.
Zoho social helped me to connect all social media platforms and publish content from one place. You don't need to login to separate accounts in order to publish new content. You can even manage and edit published post from the same application.
It works well when it comes to social media marketing. It keeps the track of different platforms and makes it easier to highlight problematic area and also the area which is working better than others.
it doesn’t work properly with some hugely famous apps like Youtube and twitter, making it a bit difficult to neglect their presence. Many people are not aware of this software and those who are, they find it a bit difficult to navigate its interface. Also, it doesn’t support and allow to publish stories on Instagram too.
Ease of scheduling posts on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The good part is you don’t lose your data on the website, while working on other platforms or accidently closing the application system you don’t lose any data and start from where you left. It’s the best choice when it comes to choose a software which is handy and trendy to use.
I only gave this app 7 because I haven't used it yet to see how well it works. Having said that, I'm sure it will be more than I expect in terms of ease of use and functionality.

Zoho Social allows you to schedule posts in advance so you make the most efficient posting strategy. The detailed reports provide good feedback on your performance and suggests you when the best time to post is based on your audience's engagement with your posts.
You cannot schedule carousels and need to post manually. The manual mobile posting function decreases image quality on Instagram, so you cannot rely on that tool.

In spite of many insight options, there are a few drawbacks like basic connecting problems and unresponsive areas in the platform.
As said its very insightful with a lot more features than those available with other platforms.
When I first started using Zoho Social, I needed a tool that helped me streamline my workflow - without having to pay the monthly or annual fees. As a new startup, it was most important that Zoho Social provided every tool I needed to be successful in social media, without worrying about pricing. I love Zoho Social and won't use any other social media management tool! This has been a game changer in our agency and we love it.
I wish there was more help for creating the post. Maybe integrating Canva or something for non-designers

It's a shame you can't separate your posts as different platforms work slightly differently. For instance you can't click links on instagram and hashtags make it easier for people to find. It would also be good if it automatically added posts according to your own schedule
