Zoho is easy to schedule. I like the calendar feature to be able to see the posts visually.
I don't like how the photos come into Zoho - they are always sideways or upside down. I have to re-edit them and re-upload them. It takes extra time I don't have. No social scheduling tool has figured out how to integrate Instagram - they just don't make it easy for developers or businesses. I guess it's their way of keeping Instagram company-free for the most part.
Zoho Social helps us with a platform that schedules social media ahead on our schedule.
The convenience of having all of my social media accounts and data in one place
I currently don't have any dislikes, though I am still becoming familiar with the software
I'm helping to establish a social media presence for my company and I love the convenience of having every tool I need essentially in one place
This app is great, it helps me so much with keeping a community in check to see how many interactions I get between my posts! For anyone willing to create a movement this is the way to go!
Not too much so far, be open-minded and learn all.
Connection Sales Communication
My all the the social media pages are linked with just one account and I can schedule all the post say for 15 days. Now I do not need to worry about publishing the post. It is automatically done.
SmartQ features can be improved. It gives suggestion for just 2 or 3 days.
Everyday opening my Social Media pages and posting the pages was tiring and time taking as well. Now I can schedule posts at a time for a month. For small organisations like mine which lack resources its really helping.
bulk uploading and scheduling is good. happy with user interface too
its a little difficult to get the bulk uploading sorted initially then its great
able to automate our social media marketing effectively
I like the reporting feature the best, as it makes it easy to deliver custom statistics to our clientele. Also, the pricing model for this platform I feel is correctly priced and the ability to add profiles as necessary to the billing plan is awesome.
I am not a massive fan of how it only updates once every night, making it difficult to manage the pages throughout the day.
It is very beneficial to be able to provide abundant and accurate statistics to my clients, with it still being relatively hassled free for myself.
The simplicity of the portal, easy to navigate and not cluttered with all these time wasting features.
Does not apply to all social accounts like instagram
Reaching out to our businesses social network on the one portal.
Clean interface, responds well to setting up scheduled posts.
Can't schedule sharing of others' posts and the free account only gives you access to one social account to manage. Other programs give you three, or more, for no cost. Being limited to only one user account while paying for the CRM and Mail applications is pricing people out of wanting to use the ZOHO platform, while other less expensive, more established programs are out there.
The idea is to save time and to not only listen to what is happening socially, but to also respond.
Is a great way to finetune CRM and is perfect for scheduling posts in advance
It can be pricey and is not great if you have large teams since it has a three user limit.
Content scheduling and monitoring post comments
It comes free with our Zoho subscription. You can schedule posts for instagram and can connect several accounts from facebook.
It is not intuitive by design and there are a lot of clicks required to get to needed pages. It is not that well integrated into Zoho itself and we did not really win by having it in the same ecosystem.
Customer message tracking and support. Ticket/message distribution. Social media analytics and scheduling. We now spend less time organising our social media accounts.
When I was searching for a platform, Zoho social was the quickest with their notifications!
As I revisited Zoho Social for my new position, I find that a lot of their basic functions are no part of their more expensive plans.
I like the calendar and that the planning, managments, and engagement were all in one!
It helps me focus my efforts in other things, I love the metrics about my public
more flexibility in the specs for each post, in other apps you can upload larger videos to IG
Time isues
It allows for teams to have a cfm for project management
Not as user friendly as other platforms
It allows for our team members in various cities to track progress and assign task for project Management
Full, functional reporting that makes sense. It's actually fun to use. You get a bird's eye view of your posts performance, with graphs and metrics that allow you to understand what is working for you and what isn't.
1) The link shortener is unreliable... 2)frequently during use it would issue an "Error" that something didn't work right with Instagram, or Google+ or linkedin...then upon exiting the application, and literally copying and pasting the content back in it would work fine. 3) It's nearly impossible to figure out how to navigate to calendar view, and also to edit posts for individual networks...I mean...really difficult. Sure..theres a way, but you have to hold your nose a certain way. 4) MOST IMPORTANT - Totally missing out on the RSS feed importer - much of the competition is using this, and it makes life SO MUCH easier. If any of these 3 were done, my rating would easily move to a 7 - but the competition is pretty thick for this kind of product...it needs a little more than the bare bones to get into competition with the other players.
social media analytics are good. I see win's and losses immediately in almost real time. It's allowing me to narrow down what kind of media is successful on which networks.
What i like best about Zoho Social is the ability to post from one platform and to track all within the same platform.
I dislike how instragram has many issues. You can`t post multiple picture through instrgam on zoho social. You can`t add emoji . Also the reports are not very detailed for Instagram.
Faster time to post and better organization.
It is great to be able to have a multi pipeline app.
I haven't find something I dislike at this moment.
Easy to use and schedule social posts.
The dashboard is super easy to understand and gives you that instant overview of where you need to bolster your activities.
The CSV/xslx template downloads for scheduling the post didn't seem to be formatted correctly, or least they didn't work well on my system, MacBook Air and Office 365. Pretty much had to create my own in the end.
Centralised posting so I can dispense with IFTTT somewhat. Means that I dont always have to share posts across all social media platforms
The feed. It is elaborate. And gives every info at one place.
The reporting. It is not hierarchical. I need the brand overview first. Also I need competitive analysis
having all the social handles in one place
I do like the calendar aspect. It is a good visual for what posts are yet to be done and what have been done. I also like the idea of the discussion between team members, however the execution of which is not my fave...
I don't like that it is very confusing to enable notifications. It would be beneficial to get real-time alerts when another team member has contributed to the discussion. It would also be nice to see the drafts on a calendar, not just scheduled posts.
We are trying to be consistent across social platforms with verbiage and amounts of posts. Again, the ZoHo calendar helps to be a visual aide for this.
The ability to schedule posts was nice. But the limited bandwidth with of high-resolution photos made it an impossible tool to use. So dumb, don't waste your money.
The inability to post high resolution photos due to size of file is the absolute worst part of this platform. If they could get that working, this would be an incredible system. However, we ended up having to buy another social posting platform because of their inability to adapt / conform. The worst part about all of it though, is that I would always get one of two stories from their IT team: 1.) We're working on it, check back in 2-4 weeks (really, just having me keep paying for something I can't use) 2.) No social posting platform can accept high-resolution photos. That's completely untrue. EVERY other major social tracking/posting program I've looked at allowed high-resolution photos.
None, I haven't used it in months. I am paying for it, but am now using another service which I'm paying for as well. Their analytics and ability to do conversion rankings are incredible. Zoho social? Non-existent.
