The user interface takes a little longer to get used to than I would like.

It has a simple and very nice design. It is really easy to use with its user friendly interface. It does not require any basic training.

It's very easy to update and change the formatting and content of survey. There's very good accessibility between platform and good organization and options to see answers and feedback. It is very easy to copy and modify existing survey to similar yet different topic and it works well on mobile.

It would be nice to be able to edit the google sheets template and i need to catch the users name/email not just an ip number in the collected data. The Design is little bit outdated and when there are great possibilities for branding the survey, there are no possibilities for beautiful visualization of results.

It's easy to use and it allows customize your survey a lot. Reports are great.

Yes! it really is a lifesaver.The simple process that this site has to come to my rescue a lot of times and also the fact that you can create a survey with just a few taps is also that i appreciate about this product.

What i don't like is the UI, I mean yes it is fluid and easy to use but it lacks the latest animations which i find everywhere and hence it feels a bit outdated but apart from that i feel it is one hell of a product.

I use it to get opinions on some of the project ideas that we might have and so on.It has become really easy to come up on a solution because here no one is fighting with other instead they get a survey they fill it and it is done.

The results presentation. It's very clear - lays out the data with easy executive summary stuff as well as letting out drill into the details. That's outstanding.

The interface for creating the survey is a bit painful. I think they could push this product much further - for example letting me post a picture or having more control of the layout of the survey form. What's there is perfectly serviceable though.

I needed a quick marketing survey - we wanted to verify that we were making the product that our buyers wanted - and the survey actually found an entire new application for our product - so it worked better than we'd hoped.

when I had opened the account and created the survey it did not ask for any up gradation but now that my surveys are saved here I am dependent on it which and I have to undergo a mandatory upgrade makes it unprofessional on your part

Creating surveys on this platform couldn't be easier, it provides all the variables one could want in a survey with the detailed analysis given in an easy to read, stylish format.

I like the fact that this integrates with other Zoho CRM tools so gathering all the additional data that I need does not take too much effort. I also like the fact that there is a wide selection of well designed templates that I can use in order to create the surveys that I want customers to answer. I can choose designs depending on what I think will let customers focus on the questions better so their answers will be more precise.

The interface of this application leaves a lot to be imagined. It could be improved by being more stylish and if the buttons would work faster.

Ever since I have used this tool, I am able to gather information about customers that I never thought would be possible. As a result, I am able to make some decisions that will be more appealing to customers. The fact that I can create simple surveys is already a huge benefit as I do not have to spend a lot of time on it. I can just make the survey and wait for the data so I can act on the information that I have acquired.

This is a very intuitive easy to work with product. Unlike Survey Monkey and other products with an intense learning curve. Many products out there are either costly or difficult or both. This product makes the grade in terms of being affordable and effective. Maybe not the best product on the market but certainly the best at the price point.

Yes, they can improve zoho survey. If they can add import features from other survey apps. Direct integration with most of the CRM, Email Marketing tools without the use of any third-party tools will be a best update in the app. There is nothing in the app which is difficult to use. Integration with my existing business process is always is easy.

Great survey tool, very complete and straightforward. Would recommend it for all Zoho One users. However if you do not need to integrate your survey answers to your CRM you will probably can get the job done with free tools like Surveymonkey or Google Forms

Response time is also one of the keypart. Bit costly but free trial will help you to understand the mechanism. There are many survey tools are there in the market but when it comes to data analytics Zoho always perform better. The best part of Zoho survey is you have more clarity on your records

Easy to use (for the one answering the survey), and as with all Zoho products, there is seamless integration with everything in the Zoho "family". The user interface is straightforward to use, and survey scoring is a nice feature to have as well.

The available layouts and themes are a bit on the basic side. We also could not work out how to integrate Zoho Survey with Zoho Analytics. There are not that many customization options.
