The support offered by 20i is absolutely second to none. Through live chat and support tickets, agents are always super fast, efficinet and helpful.
My only tiny gripe would be the clone a package doesn't always work.
No reliance on cPanel is a plus - no need to pay excessive prices for software that 20i have been able to basically replace with their own, in some ways, better solution.
Their systems and service levels are the best I have encountered in over 20 years of being in this business.
Windows hosting is limited more limited, with caps on the size of available SQL Server databases.
We used to run our own servers, which took time and effort. Now we have a knowledgeable technical team just a few keystrokes away that quickly get their heads around any issues that arise and solve them - usually in double-quick time.

20i have a very professional and patient support team. They are extremely willing to help solve issues that may arise in the day to day operations of a website.
One limitation of 20i is that the technology can have limits. For example, the ability to use NodeJS in the standard reseller packages is quite a limitation as Node is becoming very popular.
20i provide 90% of our websites and allows us to get local businesses online and into the webspace. This allows them to remain more competitive and improve the local economy.
Positioned to remain independent, (hopefully until after I retire!). Proprietory hosting control panel software, which avoids CPanel price increases, but more importantly regularly receives updates and new features. I also appreciated the constant focus on UX improvement. Customer support operatives are quick to respond to support tickets. Various time-saving tools, e.g. one-click DNS entries for MS365, GSuite etc., migration tools, particularly email migrations.
Support does seem to have dropped in terms of quality of response within last 6 months to a year. Feels like support staff are rushing to respond to more tickets, and not really reading the tickets properly. There have been a number of occasions where I have had to pick up on their mistakes, and re-send the same information from the initial ticket, or suggest the correct resolution. Have noticed a gradual speed decrease while navigating around my reseller account. I realise many pages are bringing in dynamic data, however I would like to see some improvements in this area.
I don't see the requirements of my business as a 'problem'. The business requires a reseller hosting facility, and 20i provides one. If I had to specify one area, I think the most useful tool is the email migration facility. This is a massive time-saver. However, email migration is not a problem, it's just a thing we have to do - and 20i makes it significantly easier.
20i have amazing customer support, If I have an issue and complete a support request I normally hear back within the hour! The hosting is reliable and the user inteface is fanastic.
Slightly pricy but you get what you pay for. For me the customer service support is worth every penny and I can rest assured that 20i are always happy to help.
20i offer reliable reseller hosting and that is very important to me. Having tried other reseller hosting companies, 20i is by far streets ahead and the customer service is first class!
Unlike many other hosting service providers, 20i does not have any hidden limits which you get to know after signing up. The hosting control panel is feature rich and easy to use.
They do not allow XMLRPC connection which is sometimes useful for creating automation with platforms like IFTTT.
With a reseller hosting plan, It allows me to easily manage may clients account and access. It has reduced my server and site setup time by over 50%. Their features like free SSL and business emails have allowed me to offer a lot more to my client at a budget.

Downsides?? I think companies should offer special pricing to existing customers not just new ones. This isn't just 20i this is everyone. Treat existing customers like new ones, they are just as important!
They make the whole process easy and painless. Love being a customer of theirs and have no intention on switching. These guys have great support and know what they are doing.
Fast & reliable servers. The support is also fantastic!!! Easy to use control panel.
The only downside is having to manually install SSL if you have A record point and not NS.

Having been building websites since 1999 we used our share of hosting companies - 20i is simply the best. We've been using 20i since 2019 and we cannot recommend them enough. We've not had a single client have an issue with emails. The 10Gb mail storage is a good amount. Support is very quick and they are always helpful. We were late to the party when it comes to using reseller hosting. Having only started using it with another company about six years ago. Migration of services including email from Heart Internet to 20i was so easy. Not only is the service better, but the costs are also less for a better service. Extras like timeline backups have worked out cheaper, than competitors. We wished we had used and found them sooner. If you are in any doubt - don't be - start using 20i and you'd wished you had done it years ago.
we've not found anything we don't like - and assume if there was something really glaringly bad they would sort it out really quickly.

I have been with 20i for a couple of years now and find their service uptime to be consistently high, their customer service persons are knowledgeable and helpful and, generally, their pricing structure is acceptable.
Whilst I say their pricing is acceptable, I do feel that the cost of moving from shared hosting to managed VPS, as a Reseller, is too high. And a small thing (been mentioned before), the font sizes used on their invoices are not consistent - some of the type is around 16px & and some is nearer 8px (particularly) the actual product/service being ordered/renewed. A bit more consistency would make my life a lot easier.
Whenever I have had an issue, it has been solved promptly & certainly within 48hours.
I've been using 20i since their very first days and I wouldn't move to any other supplier. They are always innovating, adding new features and taking onboard suggestions. Their prices are great and their support is always fantastic.

20i incorporates everything I need under one supplier. I like how I can purchase a domain name at a good price, assign it to a hosting package straight away and then utilise the supplied tools to rapidly build a website with edge caching and optimisation.
20i has a nice and easy interface to use, the products are fairly priced and they have a range of services to meet my needs. Whenever you need support, they are always very responsive and work quickly to solve the issue. I have recommended 20i to many other businesses.
