The technology and support, being able to spin up a server for test production are very useful, and having the awesome 20i team on hand to answer my questions is everything I could ask for. I work directly with clients so having the cutting-edge technology that 20i provides really gives me a competitive edge in the marketplace.

I don't have anything I dislike about 20i.

I needed to find a technology partner that has fast, secure, and affordable servers for my clients, and 20i ticks all the boxes.

Servers are extremely fast, even there shared hosting! Support is absolutely amazing too, so fast helping you! I've never had any issues at all, literally the best Host around.

I wish that node js was available on reseller hosting plans. It's frustrating having to setup a VPS just for a node js app! Control panel can also be little slow

Just allows me to provide excellent services to my clients! They're thrilled with everything they have and use for their websites. Also love the cheaper domains

Support is above and beyond, everything is well made, well thought of, simply amazing

It is not in other languages, so using all the tools is somewhat limited

It's hard to think of something. Offering NodeJS in their shared reseller platform would be great.

I am running a sole Director web services business from my laptop (I have WFH since 1999) and 20i continues to provide the services and infrastructure to be able to do that efficiently and competitively.

I have been with 20i for a few years now and found them amongst the best I've used. Constantly improving and upgrading. Their help is second to none. Reseller options are especially good.

There is nothing so far that I dislike about 20i. Any of the minor problems or customisation options I would like to have seen have been released over time or already addressed.

Hosting made incredibly easy to manage. Very well priced domains. Management of customer accounts is simple and the reseller customisation options are fantastic.

20i offers everything we need as a reseller - domains, SSLs and various different solutions for hosting customers sites. This is all offered in a single dashboard. Support is also very helpful.

I can't think of any disadvantages. They're very excellent in what they offer - provide a great solution at an affordable price for all different customer sizes.

They help solve managing multiple clients hosting, domains and SSLs all within one control panel. It's a central location to go and much quicker than having to go to each individual clients own control panel.

I have had a reseller hosting account with 20i for over a year now and have been very happy with it. Not only do they offer fast hosting and a multitude of options, but their pricing is also very reasonable! I have been most impressed with the support that they provide for their customers and the speed at which they respond to any questions that I might have.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I feel dissatisfied with in regards to my 20i account. They have hit the mark every time I have needed anything.

The advancement of the platform and its technology. They are on the right track. Continuous updates and keeping the support better instead of degrading. I have been in the market for over 20 years, and 20i did not disappoint so far.

The cost is increasing, and I am paying way above the advertised price. So it is a bummer.

Quality is paramount and, of course, server uptime. With 20i, I have less worry about thinking quality and downtime. Also, support does not disappoint wich I get timely support.

Great feature set. New features are added as soon as they become available. Good support. Great reliability and security.

Not able to use my domains for DNSSEC if they are not registered through 20i.

20i gives our customers complete control over their hosting and domains.

Friendly staff on support tickets, a nice looking interface, the ability to have whitelabel links for email configuration etc, and the option to transfer complete packages from WHM panels and Heart etc

A few things don't work properly. For example hostshop. For the life of me I can't add test credentials for Stripe, it just sits there. So I can't use the service without involving the support team, and I don't have the time to chase the issue down, so I just don't use hostshop and it sits there in the background. Occasionally 20i itself will just not load at all, maybe about once a week. It's only temporary, but it's enough to notice it occurring.

A solid service that's a good price. It's basically what Heart Internet should have been. It helps me to know that I can set up a hosting package for a small to medium business and it will work.

Support is always rapid, lots of product options available.

Some ongoing issues with caching which often needs resolving via support.

Ease of onboarding new client projects quickly.
