No telephone support means that sometimes support takes longer than it needs to.

Affordable reseller hosting that is easy to manage and rarely breaks (i.e. we no longer have to spend days restoring websites because the servers aren't up to scratch).

I have been with 20i for a couple of years now and find their service uptime to be consistently high, their customer service persons are knowledgeable and helpful and, generally, their pricing structure is acceptable.

Whilst I say their pricing is acceptable, I do feel that the cost of moving from shared hosting to managed VPS, as a Reseller, is too high. And a small thing (been mentioned before), the font sizes used on their invoices are not consistent - some of the type is around 16px & and some is nearer 8px (particularly) the actual product/service being ordered/renewed. A bit more consistency would make my life a lot easier.

Whenever I have had an issue, it has been solved promptly & certainly within 48hours.

Fast & reliable servers. The support is also fantastic!!! Easy to use control panel.

The only downside is having to manually install SSL if you have A record point and not NS.

The reseller hosting is just so easy to use. If there's something you can't work out, the support system is quick and extremely helpful.

I've yet to find a downside other than the fact that it's not free!! But then again, it wouldn't be as good as it is if it were!!

I use their shared hosting for my clients, and it's very easy to use. They have excellent options and an easy to use interface that makes adding new clients websites very easy. I also use their support which is very, very fast. Usually, I'd get a reply within 10-20 mins, but today was 5mins, which was very fast. Id normally expect this kind of support from a dedicated hosting company, not shared. I would definitely recommend using their services.

There's very little that I can say here. I've been using 20i for many years, and I've not experienced anything that I dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that they don't have a dedicated server upgrade option.

During those early days, the big letdown for me was either poor, or total lack of, customer service. I was lucky to hear about 20i in 2017 and made the move back to the UK from Europe. Since then, I am pleased to say that my hosting company has been SO much easier to run. Downtime is now a thing of the past and the customer service from the 20i team is exceptional. If you need hosting for a single site, or you need a Reseller account so you can provide hosting, I have no hesitation in recommending 20i as the solution.

In 6 years with 20i I have, to date, not found anything to dislike.

Uptime is phenomenal due to the cloud based system, which is a big plus for any online company. Speed is also enhanced due to 20i's Global Content Delivery Network, so your visitors get your content from the same continent they request it from, which is a big bonus if you have clients alll over the world. The 20i support team is superb and never leave you waiting.

It just works! The WordPress hosting platform provides a fast, secure and reliable platform for our clients websites and the 99.98% uptime means their websites are always open for business. The 20i support is fast and of an excellent standard to troubleshoot any questions we might have.

We are yet to find one to be honest. Their background from a former company has allowed them to address and further develop any failings with their offering so the services offered are spot on.

Reliable, fast and secure hosting. The daily malware scans provide peace of mind as well as each site being ring-fenced from others, meaning if a site was compromised, we would have to fix or restore a backup of that site only.

The customer service is second to none when we have any questions, they are answered really swiftly (under 10 mins a lot of the time) and it's all UK based which is important to us.

I've been a Web Developer for almost 15 years and can honestly say that 20i have pretty much put a stop to clients complaining about their website being down or running slow!!

Nothing much to say really! There was an issue with automated renewal payments failing a while back but they sorted this out quickly!

With previous providers (and I tried many) I regularly had client complaints of outages or slowdown, and if this happens the complaints can be overwhelming! I don't recall a single instance of outage in the many years I've been with 20i

The thing I like most is the 247 Support, Many times the support have gone beyond server support and helped with website or plugin issues, ive overcome many issues this way.

Im not so sure what I dislike about it and im not sure there is anything at all. its all round good service and ive been with them for over 10 years I think.

The thing im most pleased about is the support is so quick and accurate i'm able to reply to my customers in real time with a good solution to their issue, and with the skill and knowledge of the support team it comes across to the customer as if im the expert.

The support has been absolutely amazing and servers are fast, and the main dashboard is easy to use and fast create accounts.
