Most useful aspect is that support tickets are read by humans at the first step rather than auto replied and then having to re explain as a human has clearly not read the request

There are zero downsides with 20i that I can think of - I am 100% happy with the quality of service, the speed of the hosting and the support given to me by their team.
20i help me to easily manage hundreds of hosting accounts and Wordpress websites. Knowing the quality and speed of the servers is always there it means we can focus on delivering sites for customers that get indexed online and never drop off. The VPS system is supeme - We have paid 4x the cost for dedicated hostig that is nowhere near as good. So value for money is amazing.
I use their shared hosting for my clients, and it's very easy to use. They have excellent options and an easy to use interface that makes adding new clients websites very easy. I also use their support which is very, very fast. Usually, I'd get a reply within 10-20 mins, but today was 5mins, which was very fast. Id normally expect this kind of support from a dedicated hosting company, not shared. I would definitely recommend using their services.
There's very little that I can say here. I've been using 20i for many years, and I've not experienced anything that I dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that they don't have a dedicated server upgrade option.
I'm new to hosting so I don't know much about servers and how to use them. 20i have provided me with a solid platform that I can use for new clients that is easy to setup. I'm using their unlimited shared hosting and it's perfect for small business websites.
I love the ease of use. The support is second to none and for me and my business, the reseller services are the best I've ever experienced.
Sometimes the two-factor login fails to work for me now and again but apart from that there's nothing else I dislike.
20i offers secure and reliable services that complement my website design products. It also gives my customer control within a white-label environment.
I started hosting websites in 1995 using servers in the USA as UK servers were few and far between. As my business grew I moved to servers based in Europe. During those early days, the big letdown for me was either poor, or total lack of, customer service. I was lucky to hear about 20i in 2017 and made the move back to the UK from Europe. Since then, I am pleased to say that my hosting company has been SO much easier to run. Downtime is now a thing of the past and the customer service from the 20i team is exceptional. If you need hosting for a single site, or you need a Reseller account so you can provide hosting, I have no hesitation in recommending 20i as the solution.
In 6 years with 20i I have, to date, not found anything to dislike.
Uptime is phenomenal due to the cloud based system, which is a big plus for any online company. Speed is also enhanced due to 20i's Global Content Delivery Network, so your visitors get your content from the same continent they request it from, which is a big bonus if you have clients alll over the world. The 20i support team is superb and never leave you waiting.
The support is great. Always a rapid reply and nothing seems to be a issue that they aren't willing to tackle.
I would prefer that the payment for domains was taken direct by 20i and a commission payment made each month.
