The best things I love about Accelo is the Milestone Tracking, Budget Management, and the Time & Expense Tracking feature. Also, it easily integrates seamlessly with so many applications we use such as Suite, Mailchimp, and Stripe.
The biggest "con" or "dislike" would have to be the pricing. Unfortunately, when dealing with such a robost application pricing is fair.
There are too many problems that Accelo have solved for us to list here but the main problem we were having was finding a project management tool that had all the features we were looking for in one place. Accelo solved that instantly for us! We now rely solely on this application to get every task completed especially when working with remote digital marketing employees.
Accelo is an award -winning platform that is simple to use and it helps streamline our services and ensure that we are able to please and offer our customers what they deserve. On top of that it enhances our profitability by ensuring that we place our clients work on one platform and implement it with ease. It also integrates easily with other platforms such as Office 365, G Suite, Xero among others and this improves its user-interface and ensure its smooth usage.
As a cloud based platform its sometimes affected by poor internet connections making it a bit difficult to use it.
Accelo is changing the way we implement our workflow and its helping us automate our professional services that we offer to our clients and in turn make them happy always. Nowadays there is no delay and we are able to serve our customers faster and this has helped us relate well with them and be able to build a loyal and lasting relationship with our clients.
I use the weekly timesheet feature almost everyday. It has helped me to stay on track with tasks, and I love the "new timer" feature that allows you to start off right when you're working - and not think about tracking your hours.
I haven't come across any issues yet - I am thoroughly satisfied!
The benefit of not having to record my own time - but being able to start a timer, leave that window up, and not have to think about it again until I'm done working.
Easily and fully customizable, automatic timers, user friendly....the assets module is just icing on the cake!!

We have been able to consolidate several different web based resources we were using down to just Accelo saving us time and eliminating lost information. Being able to customize each module to fit the language of our company is fantastic and having the ability to have all the client data in a single place easily accessible is priceless.
We use many of the features of Accelo ServOps platform, including the brilliant Retainer Module. The Sales module is also great allowing us to manage our sales operations efficiently. The integrations with our other service tools are valuable for efficiency too.
There's not much we don't like. I guess there are a few tools we would like to see integrated (especially IT Glue).

Accelo gives us the platform to organise our business operations to the level of detail that makes us the most efficient and ensures the quality of work. We can plan in detail but have the real-time optics across every user so that we can react to the daily challenges in completing workload and make the adjustments to keep everyone well utilised and client work on track. We have a fully processed project management system with and with the transparency internally and externally on project progress and cost. It is a system used at all levels of our business from completing individual tasks, to managing projects to making cost decisions.
Not all of the extra features I would like which could reduce admin time are yet available but with the number of new features released since we started using the system and the visibility they provide on their roadmap, I am very confident that we will see them in the near future.

You can schedule, tract time and cost plus so much more. the customer service provided by the Accelo staff is excellent. I am very pleased that we decided to switch Accelo. I love that Accelo auto sends a email to the client when a ticket is received and completed.
We have only been using Accelo for a short time and so far I have not found anything I dislike.

Our company was previously using Jira's Tempo Timesheets addon to manage consultant time logging. This was good until our consultancy business grew to the size it is now. Tempo was not able to cope with our scheduling, forecasting and utilisation report demands. This resulted in us not being able to project consultant availability accurately, and hindered Sales from closing opportunities that should have been closed, due to the inability to see who is capable, and available for a particular engagement. We then decided to switch to Accelo, and this turned out to be a brilliant decision, as Accelo was able to provide all the necessary reports we needed to properly forecast and schedule each consultant to projects. Sales was able to make better decisions in regards to availability, and this data is then used to drive other decisions across the company, such as hiring and pipeline goals
The fact that one product platform tracks our sales through to projects, manages our service desk ticketing. Tracking and managing our support contracts and integration with our accounting package is the icing on the cake.
Main dislike is profitability reports only include labour effort and not profit margin on hardware (material) sales on a per user basis. That and the issue you cant bulk approve expenses.

The Accelo Client Portal allows us to receive, prioritize, and track customer tickets and requests all in one place. This feature is mission-critical for us to continue to scale our operation.

I work within a marketing department as a graphic designer and am solely reliant on my workload being briefed in by account executives. Accelo allows all of my work to be fed into me online with everything i need in one place. Task description, brief, deadline, time frame, attachments, previous correspondence, stakeholder and links to overall project details. The team schedule also works well as i manage one member of staff so it allows me to keep up to date with their workflow, timescales and progression on particular projects all in one view. The timers are a real bonus as historically we have had to bill internal clients for our marketing time, this was a great tool to help you stay focused on one task!
Although loading times have decreased some of the screens still take a while to load or update. Predominantly the pending tasks screen. When you have more than 4 pages of pending tasks this screen auto refreshes which slows down the whole process. When search for a client to log a task under - this is really slow at loading. Creating projects is still a bit clunky. Especially when a project could hundreds of tasks assigned to them. I think this could be streamlined.
Better management of projects. Accelo is the only single place where all of the team (10 strong) are able to keep up to date on projects and progression of them. The timer function has enabled me to better quote on timeframes for future projects. This has essentially decreased the backlog of work due to better planning.
The best part of Accelo for our team is the Gadget. Once connected with Gmail, the transparency that Gadget has created allows us all to work more efficiently and effectively together with the shared information.
Accelo is not incredibly intuitive, and it has taken us a lot of time to figure out small details. We feel that it was designed with a programming-literate user in mind, but most of us do not fall into that category so we have had to spend extra time working with the software to get it to do exactly what we want.
We have greatly solved our communication issues and work delegation. With the ability to quickly assign or change the assignment of a task or issue, we are able to stay on track and get SO much more done. Where we once had to communicate everything verbally (and not well), we are now able to quickly send emails and notes as soon as the ideas are fresh in our heads. Everything is now in one place, and we can be so much more accountable for the work that we have to do.
