There are so many extensions available that anytime I want to add a feature, it is easy to find an extension that has this feature.

I liked the interface of the program - it is very quick to load up for the day, and encounters very few technical issues. It is very useful in going in to change inventory levels and fix issues that arise in programs that rely on Magento.

Although it is a positive that so much is customizable on Magento, sometimes it can be confusing or overwhelming at times. This just means that more training is required for someone to feel comfortable using the program to its fullest potential, which is not really a negative.

Magento is a great software for big online business. You can easily get what you want to be in your website. No need to install too much plugins because it was already there, you just need to ON/OFF it, easy updating,uploading and execution of promos but ofcourse it really needs a skilled and knowledgeable person to handle this cause it was so complex.

After 5 minutes I'm already signed out. I have an experience while updating one image of our item due to net connection then I was redirected to log in and so happen that my uploaded photo didn't updated, sadly I need to begin again nevertheless this software is great!

Once our dev team accidentally upload wrong pricing in our products but within a couple of minutes they solve it and immediately reflects in our website
