A platform to build and manage webpages, mobile applications and content. It gives us freedom to optimize our digital experiences across various channels.
Sometimes it get stuck or gets very slow.
Marketing automation enables us to automate various marketing workflows.
Adobe Experience Manager's front-end experience is top-notch. It was the most user-friendly, drag-and-drop experience I had seen across all enterprise-level content management systems. It also felt very much apart of the Adobe ecosystem, so design teams would feel at home.
The backend side can be very complicated. You need to ensure that your back-end team has a high-level skillset in Java. It can be rather confusing on how to best architect this, compared to other less complicated solutions; however, it does give you more flexibility to customize the architecture.
Adobe Experience Manager offered us the enterprise-level content management solutions that we needed. Large organizations need a product that can scale up and outwards, as well as can be reliable enough to ensure minimized down-time. Stability and scalability are two important aspects that we benefitted from.
It's a versatile and powerful tool that if you have a good Web developer available can be customized to your needs. It makes website management easy once you get the hang of it.
There is nothing that pops to mind. Because it's so powerful and versatile, it can be a bit overwhelming to new users but the training resources makes that easier to navigate.
It makes it easier for us to manage our website by allowing us to decentralize the workflow of editing and creating pages and content. Works great once you figure it out.
I like the diversity of services and evaluation options.
All is fine, but it's not as user friendly as I wish it to be. Especially when one is not tech-related person, it can be way difficult to work with.
It helps bring traffic to my website and measure it, as well as enrich it with relevant content.

As a developer, creating customizable content components is intuitive. Adobe has great documentation and tutorials for getting started. As a Product Manager, this is a great product to recommend to clients and vendors for its ease of use, high customization and user experience design, and technical support.
There were rare instances that the default components didn't quite fit our needs and developing a new component from scratch meant a lack of consistency.
Creating more front end customization for a non-technical content and marketing team.
AEM can be used as a responsive repository. This can also publish sites and microsites .It has integration to almost all applications to help user experience coming from any legacy or new technology platform.
This is costly and have a lot of support restrictions to even provide training or sandbox environment to its enterprise users which is not great .
We are showing decisioning offers to users on AEM published Web as well as using AEM sensei repository for our application to provide users a great front/back end experience. Well, The integration of this software is seamless and effort less. Its is recommended for smaller companies with focus on marketing perspective but I can say It helped us a lot, we as a team in a Tech giant used this product for formatting documents to the format suitable for web. Translation function was well working as we required some of the pages to be translated for the clients in different areas. It allows to manage structural content which came very handy as it is more focused towards constant customer satisfaction.
I genuinely didn't dislike any feature of this software as it is far better than the companions but some how it was little difficult for me as an individual to transfer or export or migrate the data into different formats, but that is an individual opinion , for a team it was great to work with as we had no problem integrating.
Its is recommended for smaller companies with focus on marketing perspective but I can say It helped us a lot, we as a team in a Tech giant used this product for formatting documents to the format suitable for web. Helped us to collaborate with different teams very easily which as a result saved us alot of time and pain.
Super user friendly to create and update website contents
Sometimes you think you can have some more component to make your work easier
I can create and update philips page for global and local pages in less than 5 mins
The many options available to edit webpages and how user friendly is the tool in terms of adding or editing sections
I dislike that some of the options are not explicit to know what to do for example when copying a section to another webpage.
Adaptation of materials to the countries I use it in the different locales
One stop solution for Content Management Tool is very responsive No Programming is required for Adobe Experience Manager Easy to implement and integrate with other systems
The number of features and capabilites, which could increase the complexity for new users. Costing is very high and require more resources

Certainly! One notable aspect of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is its powerful content management capabilities. For example, organizations can efficiently create, edit, and publish content across multiple channels using AEM. Its intuitive interface allows content creators to collaborate seamlessly, ensuring a smooth workflow. Additionally, AEM's integration with Adobe Creative Cloud enables a cohesive process, from designing assets to delivering compelling, consistent experiences to users across web and mobile platforms. This centralized and streamlined approach is a key strength of Adobe Experience Manager
While Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) offers powerful features, some users have mentioned a steeper learning curve for beginners. The complexity of the system can be a drawback for those unfamiliar with advanced content management systems. Additionally, the licensing costs associated with AEM can be a concern for smaller businesses or organizations with budget constraints. It's essential to carefully consider the specific needs and resources of your team before committing to Adobe Experience Manager.
Adobe Experience Manager helps businesses efficiently manage and publish content, personalize user experiences, maintain brand consistency across channels, collaborate seamlessly with creative teams, and analyze data for informed decision-making. This results in improved digital experiences and stronger connections with the audience.
I found AEM quite user friendly tool having everything on your mouse clicks. A person with minimal knowledge of coding languages can also work on the tool but the better the knowledge of coding languages the better the experience.
The layout of the tool is a bit confusing when it comes in comparison with other tools and I do think it is worth since you only need to do a mouse click to execute a job. An extensive training of the tool is required for a person to work. I do personally think that if you have coding languages knowledge and you can see a relevant code generated for the mouse click job done on AEM would make the tool much usefull and friendly for developers. The tool is great for pure marketers.
I had worked with creating emails and templates using AEM and I think it was pretty good, but a relevant generated code for the executed operation would have made the tool great.
Its easy to use features. The training regarding the tool was very smooth and its very user friendly. I really like working on AEM.
Sometimes there are a lot of maintainence activities which goes on over the weekend and I sort of work on AEM on weekends, so it affects my work a little apart from that its a great tool.
Its making webpage creation easier and I really like it because I don't need to waste my time in coding, instead I can use the amazing drag and drop facilities in AEM. The latest updates are amazing.
I like how many items are properly integrated into a set of goods that provides an entire service. Incredible connectivity among the businesses and 3rd party applications makes it the finest in the industry for advertising and web content management requirements.
Just one drawback I can think of is the hefty price. This is significantly costlier than most market options. However, the total quality they deliver compensates for the expense provided.
I advise my customers to adopt AEM for advertising and CMS experiences, and have experienced fantastic benefits in terms of resource consolidation, actual-time resource collaboration, consumer profiling, and many other areas. It provides a single center for managing, preserving, and accessing rich material. You must have design skills and good knowledge of AEM.
It's one of the content management tools that offers wide selection of features as workflow management and content authoring with flexible usage to the user's needs.
Although this tool is adaptable for personalized needs, It is hard to learn the basic system and at least manage to do the bare minimum. Also, It comes with relatively high price.
This tool helped me with number of issues as tracking the permissions of user generated contents and organizing and storing them. It provides personalization features to understand and address different users with different interest while you can get back and analyze the provided data for accuracy of your generated content.
