I like that it is easy to use, everything is in one easy-to-find place and it always functions as it should.

Our personal platform has one glitch that is frustrating, the icons on the homepage do not navigate to anywhere.

ADP allows us to easily manage all of our employee's schedules and pay without issue.

They are on point when it comes to delivering my check on time.

If a an issue may arrive there ain't a single apd agent that you can get help from due to your employer owns your information and would be the one to ask any questions.

My they add up and tally up all of my work hours and they issue my pay check.

It is very easy to use! ADP is how I clock in and out, check hours worked and hours remaining, and schedule time off. It is also very easy to work with if you have multiple jobs. I like the design of the app as well.

It sometimes it lags on their end, but for the most part the app runs smoothly.

ADP Payroll Services offers multiple options in it like attendence of employees, payroll for employees, etc. I do not have to download multiple softwares for each task because ADP Payroll Services itself provides so many options in it. It makes our job really easy because i do not have to do anything manually. it also saves a lot of time by eliminating manual process

ADP Payroll Services helps in managining different purposes like payroll, managing attendence,etc. This is really helpful in order to check how many people has logged in, in a day. I love the fact that it provides a huge benefit in managing punch in and out of employees, this data can be used during payroll.

The system itself is very user friendly as easy to use. It even allows the movers to view their hours on the mobile app.

I haven't found anything that I dislike thus far.

ADP helps our business as well as our employees keep track of their work time. It makes it easy to track hours and pay our employees weekly via direct deposit.

ADP has solved our direct deposit problems, this is a tremendous benefit to our employees.

The ease with which we are able to enter new employees into the system far surpasses other payroll systems that I have used in the past.

There is a field where you are asked to put in the number of hours that an employee works per pay period, it's an optional field but it seems like something that you should fill in, however, when you do the system does not allow you to pay the employee for less than that number of hours. Employees sometimes call out sick or don't finish the week and this causes hiccups when entering hours.

Before we started using ADP Payroll Services, we were trying to do all human resources in house. That meant cutting checks, figuring out payroll taxes, garnishments, etc on our own. ADP handles all of that for us and files everything with the state. W2s are delivered timely and we don't have to worry that an employee that left months ago gets forgotten in the year end filings. ADP has made this part of owning a small business easy.

ADP is a great partner in handling our payroll from paying our employees to filing our taxes.

At times I guess one of the downsides would be not having complete control over the software and depending on a third party to get something done but if you have a great partner and relationship with that partner it shouldn't a problem.

ADP manages our workforce from onboarding to retirement. They handle every aspect from record keeping to wage payment.

It is easy to use, and the two-factor authentication feature is a nice touch. I can also very easily change my direct deposit location with the click of a button. At my other company, I had to manually send in the request and wait for them to get back to me, this is just so easy.

The only drawback I have is that the software seems a little outdated, it lacks a modern touch that would be nice to see. The font looks dreary and old, but that is something I can easily look passed.

Tax declarations become very easy for me with the help of ADP.

There is no mobile application available. There should be a mobile app for ADP.

I need not to go to the HR manager in my firm for every HR-related work. Most of the things I can do myself with ADP, like getting a salary slip, applying for leaves & tax management etc.

Since it's confidential, it provides the most safe and secure access to the account. And the User inferface is simple to understand

The best thing I liked about this application is that it has many features which helps us in clear understanding of salary breakup and deductions which are being deducted from our salary. It also helps in comparing current salary with prior month salary with the help of bar diagrams.

The only thing I don't like about this application is that we can't download payslips directly into our mobiles or personal laptops and also it does not have separate mobile application.

As said earlier, it is very easy to understand and to navigate. It has clear set of instructions what to do and what not to do. Since it is a payroll related matter, it is highly secured and encrypted which is the most important thing.

No paper timesheets and the shorter period of time it takes to process payroll. Also, the cloud document is great. We can now save all our employee files in ADP.

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. After working out some kinks in the beginning, everything is running smooth and we haven't had any issues that needed attention.

We can review timesheets in a matter of minutes instead of days. Payroll is processed in a day instead of 3-4 days. This has freed up my time to focus on HR related matters.

With this software, we can easily surf the information related to our payroll. For example we can see the amounts which being deducted from our salary, which is very accountable.

The only thing I dislike about this software is that it has old user interface, proctorial representation can help in more intriguing involvement. Apart from this, it has excellent features.

Iam able to compare my payroll from previous months which helps me to know the level of decrease or increase my payroll percentage and deductions for every month.

The mobile app is super user-friendly. The dashboard is simple to navigate, and all documents, pay stubs, w2s are easy to download/export. Updating banking info is a breeze and the facial recognition for login is really convenient. I appreciate the color-coded graph on the landing page, as well as the added security feature of being able to "show" or "hide" compensation details.

Nothing really - it's functional and easy to use, I've never had a problem! If I could ask for one thing, I would love push notifications when the latest pay period/stub is posted. I'd also like it if they could increase that take-home pay for me, but I digress. :)

Being able to access compensation details should be the easiest thing in the world. I've worked for other companies who have terrible "barter" software, or no payroll software/services at all, and it was a nightmare even just trying to get a pay stub. ADP is SO easy & accurate that I don't even think about it, let alone worry about it. That's how it should be!
