Sometimes Airbase gets really slow and or there are errors when syncing with netsuite

It is very user friendly and simply to use. Anyone with a CC or VCC can quickly sign in and upload receipts.
Sometimes it can be a little slow and the sync feature to our accounting software lags a bit
Being able to add custom fields to our transactions has been huge!
super easy to upload receipts, some parts are autofilled, add tags for department, etc. then track the progress to being refunded
Sometimes when tags are autofilled it will not let you submit and you need to remove and add again before you can submit.
I am sure it is very helpful for the finance team. For me personally it is easy to get reimbursed for invoices.
Airbase makes it easy to log in, quickly submit expense reports or approve my team's expense reports. It pulls names, dates and totals, which simplifies the process.
I don't have a lot of suggestions for improvement for Airbase. The only thing I have encountered a few times is that it does not have a specific vendor in the database, but you can manually add it quickly.
Simplifying expense report submission and tracking saves time and makes it easy to track expenses. It allows me to focus more time and attention on other priorities.
Since I work in MailerLite, a remote-first company, using Airbase is very useful for receiving budgets. You can pay with it on most websites and it is simple to use.

Great experience on both mobile and website interfaces. Nothing comes to mind that would need to be changed, product has been great for me! Would recommend in a second!!
As a user it makes the reporting process simple and allows for management to flag expenses/receipts with ease. Before Airbase the expense process was lengthy and inefficient taking weeks to be reimbursed sometimes. Airbase just enhances expenses/reimbursements ten-fold.
Ive used other tools in the past (concur,expensify etc) this is BY FAR the most user friendly. Easy UI on web and mobile. Charges from company card show up quickly
Occasionally uploading photos from mobile gallery can be clunky. I wish I could upload the photo in the moment and have the app link it to the charge on the company card once it shows up
We've got lots to do and not wasting tiny on expense management means I can focus on high value tasks. It's also very streamlined to approve charges for my team
It is an easy platform to submit your expenses. It is easy to track where you are in the process and who still needs to approve.
I need a better training on the proper processes to submit PO (but this is likely my fault)
Airbase automates with okta which solved the issue of manually updating approvers in a system.
Quick sync to accounting system and easy reporting. Very very easy to process Invoice and payment - LOVE it.
The only thing I don't like is when my QB is closed for the month; Airbase doesn't understand to sync those transactions to QB to the next open period. Not sure if is this QB issue or Airbase, but it's very uncomfortable for the Finance team.
We are a start-Up, so it helped us give a corp card to an employee using Airbase, which was very helpful.
