Love their mobile app! It's so handy to be able to quickly take out my phone and add a receipt instead of taking a picture and then trying to remember to upload it to the computer later.

I don't really have anything specific—any issues have mostly been due to how the categories are set up, but I think that's up to each individual company to do.

Airbase makes it extremely easy to expense things on the go, which means that I can turn in expense reports earlier instead of HR/Finance reaching out to see if I've submitted everything.

How fast we can get approvals and responses back from the system. The replies are almost instant, no waiting an extensive amount of time for the conformation.

Quick responses to our vendors to get parts ordered right away. Some vendors will wait until they receive payment.

I like that it's full stack (meaning we get access to both physical and virtual cards with great rewards), it covers both spend management and payments, and it has PO functionality which is very useful. The app is also very user friendly. Overall a very comprehensive P2P solution with good user interface / experience.

Occasionally approvals direct via email don't work -- they just hang. And sometimes load times on the dashboard can be slow. But these are relatively minor nits.

The software is very easy to navigate and understand.

I wish it was easier to view what stage your submission is in. For example, who has approved it vs where is it pending.

Airbase virtual cards are great! They never get declined. You can even add them to a digital wallet like Apple Wallet and use them in physical stores, POS.

Reimbursements in general, releaves the pressure on the employee to pay for something pricy and get reimbursements just a month or more later.

What used to be a tremendous hassle is now almost too easy. If you can Venmo a friend, you can submit your expenses. I would guess switching to Airbase pays for itself in time saved across your teams

If I were to nitpick, I would suggest more categorization options. It would be great for Airbase to give me a summary of monthly or quarterly spend and maybe the ability to create custom categories to tailor to my team's budget.

Saving time (and therefore dollars). Now that we are mostly a remote team, I wouldn't be surprised if the ease of Airbase contributes to the likelihood of teammates getting together more often for team building.

Airbase is really simple to use - spend something, claim something. No complicated expense portfolios or monthly claims. the dashboard is simple to navigate and easy to see the status of each claim.

I haven't found any downsides yet compared to the expense management tools I've previously used.

I used to hate claiming expenses as the process was always complicated and lengthy so I put it off for as long as possible. Airbase has solved this issue for me, which means I get my money back quicker, and my business has more insight into the funds being spent on their behalf at all times.

The best thing about Airbase is the tracking! I was able to see my progress on the dashboard from submission to approval. I appreciated the transparency through and through.

As of yet, I do not have anything that I dislike about Airbase. I know no service is perfect or without flaw, so I'm sure as we continue using the platform, something may come to mind.

Airbase is helping our business solve the issue of how to reimburse employees as efficiently as possible. That benefits me as an employee. I get to utilize my reimbursement perks with ease.
