It has a very easy to use interface, which does not require knowledge for its use. I do not have any opportunity for improvement for the application, it is an excellent tool with very good presentation

The primary reason that I love this software is it is highly optimized and very easy to use. Apart from this, the video quality is also high which help in easy web conferencing. Also it offer screen share which is also very nice feature according to me. Moreover, it also provide an option for private chats which is also a very useful feature.

Audio is not that much soothing, it uses phone audio so when we change between apps it's mute and unmute option is annoying.
