The most beneficial thing about Appsheet is the fact that the data is stored in your own location, not on a server outside your business. It also gives you the ability to analyse the data using spreadsheets without having to import or download csv files
I have to say that I don't dislike anything with Appsheet, and highly recommend it.
It gives the ability for staff to work offline or online to capture data, and have the data collected validated so that mistakes are minimised.

The onboarding is very simple and it is very easy to use. There are lot of materials (articles and videos) to use the various functionalities of AppSheet. The sample apps are also a great place to start as a newbie.
I was trying to get some help from the user community but the responses are seldom. As a new user I find it little discouraging. I am testing it out using free plan before I can make a case for paid plan, but I feel like being pushed to choose a paid plan after two weeks of trial.
I am using it a lot to automate office administration like taking attendance for various program, signing up beneficiaries to our system. We also have plans in the future to automate our monthly and weekly donor reports
No code platform, ease of use, easy customization and above all it is the only platform where we can use excel as a backend database for mobile based apps.
As there are users using the app from desktop, the full screen desktop interface could be improved and it should allow users to use their custom domain in Premium and Pro plan

I believe appsheet says no coding is required, yet the unique interface and syntax required to program the desired app does require a lot of programming knowledge (or it was useful to have the little I have). I don't think it needs to be this confused. It might also be helpful to have a click and drop function such as a visual basic or visual C++ style interface.

I serve 360 ATMs with a staff of 30 people. I did not find in the market tool that would meet my needs for records, ease and mobility. The APPSheet works exactly as my team needs and adapts to the new needs without difficulties.

I love having the information I need to bill out our hauling tickets minutes after our driver enters the information. I can make changes if needed which is helpful since I am located in a different state than our drivers.
I can't say that there is anything that I dislike. All in all Appsheets has been great for us.
Prior to using Appsheets, customer delivery tickets were filled out by hand and then faxed over on the weekends. Then I had to re-type everything into our accounting software to invoice out tickets. With Appsheets I can download the excel spreadsheets that receives all the information I need form the input our drivers enter and import to send out invoicing. Billing use to be a couple weeks out now they are at most 3 days.
i like the speed to create an app, simple formulas ,easy to learn it.
the price per user...... i think it's too expensieve if the number of user increase a lot, but i did not ask for a corporate plan, maybe is the solution

It's incredible how fast and easy Appsheet could build a mobile application from a GSheet. Since 2 years, I build around 20 applications. Now, my apps are deployed to Canada, US, Mexico, Finland and Austria.

My first experience as a new user in UX design was dim, but the app-sheet team was very helpful in assisting me to set-up the app for my organisation with minimal skills set. The team was also there to help me learn about new features that i could use to enhance my experience during a time when our organisation was embracing NFC functionality, this was a great addition to our work. The platform in its self is very easy to learn, has no downtime and the resolutions are always recorded for reference this made our walk preferably easy.
Its sometimes hard to understand some features and how they interact with other features into the apps performance but the team is always ready to help and provide feedback.
Our main goal was to track the work for a team of customer support associates whose work solely was to visit customers daily and report any cases with our product as well as get their general feedback on how they would like us to improve our service, the app was really great since the set-up time and cost required as compared to building an app from scratch was reduced by 95% which in our case was great. The app has greatly contributed to our organisation since the data collected helps us understand our team better, find better ways to plan for resourceful as well as provide our customers with the best.This in turn has improved our efficiency by 63% since we started using the app.
