Avature is the very easy url and it is very helpful to manage the candidates records it terms of screening the candidate to scheduling the interviews and giving them an offer. It will record everything.
We can add the calling feature through this portal like we have a message so that we can directly connect them.
Avature help us to fill the job openings and it help us to manage the candidates data and give us an opportunity to reach them accordingly. It help us till the candidates get hired and saved his details permanently inside.
What I appreciate most about Avature is its ability to adapt to individual needs. It offers a highly customizable experience for talent management, allowing users to efficiently handle recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and other HR processes according to their specific requirements.
A possible drawback of Avature is its initial learning curve, which might require users to invest time and effort to grasp and make the most of the platform's extensive features and functionalities.
Avature solves the common issues in talent management by offering a centralized platform that streamlines various HR processes. This brings several benefits, including simplified recruitment, improved onboarding experiences, streamlined performance evaluation, and enhanced overall workforce management.
How we can easily customize it based on the business needs. User friendly as well
Opportunities are endless. We always find something to fix about our process but that's the best thing about it
Candidate application TAT
Avature is the most flexible tool that I have ever used and gives our business partners so many options to create solutions to help drive the business forward. From my experience, it is the most flexible platform in the human resources space.
The only downside I have experience so far is the inability to work in the fastest way possible when needing a new solution implemented.
Avature is rolling out new ways to help its clients increase the speed at which to roll out new solutions. The roadmap for solution improvement helps us envision how they are solving the shortage of employees needed to roll out a new solution quickly
Automation and configurability. An ATS with robust CRM functionality, and Power BI level reporting at your fingertips makes Avature top in class from my perspective.
Avature's features are priced separately, so it may take some convincing to get your organization to spring for the bells and whistles. Texting functionality needs some additional work - no ability to auto-attach opt out language, or automate actions based on responses.
Avature is excellent at reducing clicks and screens needed to perform actions. The automation keeps recruiters focused on work closest to the hire - conducting interviews, and less on the administrative burden of managing a candidate pipeline.
I think the flexibility of Avature is the best feature. They focus on building a platform for our administrators to build creative solutions for our end users.
Because of the system's complexity, there have been a few times when new features or updates have unintended consequences. We then work with them to update as needed.
Avature provides more control, visibility and transparency to our recruiting and hiring processes. We've been able to standardize things across campus to everyone's benefit.
Avature is one of the most user-friendly platforms I have used in my 20 + years of professional experience in a corporate setting, love that is so customizable
There are so many layers to the instance from an admin perspective it can be daunting sometimes
Avature is growing and that growth helps their clients build sopshistated instances. They are covering more and more ground in talent managerment technologies.
Flexible solution that can be leveraged to address unique business processes, challenges and/or ideas.
N/A - not something we dislike; however, it would be nice to have some additional thought leadership on best practices from the consulting/implementation team.
They are continuously developing their product and listening to customers to understand what they (we) need.
I love that Avature is so customizable. The basics are there for you, but you have the freedom to make it whatever you need it to be.
I'd love it even move if I was able to edit and customize all of the pieces myself instead of going through my account manager for some of it.
Avature is helping us to automate large portions of our recruiting process so that we can focus our time where it truly needs to be.
Avature's platform has been instrumental to our organizations advancement in the Recruiting and Hiring space. There are near limitless configuration options, and the technical support team can help admins create and accomplish a wide range of goals. The platform is evolving at a rapid pace, and the technology is at the top of the industry.
Because it is a newer and growing system, it seems like sometimes the resources can be spread a bit thin. Account Managers are knowledgeable and super helpful, but that secondary level of support within their project hierarchy can be a little slow at times. That being said, priority items are still escalated and expedited through multiple channels.
Avature is helping industry automation through their proprietary AI algorithms, which are going to drive the next wave of features as organizations look to maximize their efficiency in staffing departments.
Provides valuable insights into candidates
Only having Avature CRM, would like more
Pipeline visibility and nurturing passive talent.
The ability to filter lists and customize reports is my favorite part about Avature. The ability to also use it internally with employees is a big bonus.
Some requests can seem to take a while but are typically resolved quickly.
Avature is making it so we need less man power to produce more results!
I love the flexibility of Avature's platform and how configurable it is to meet the needs of our business.
I do not have any major dislikes related to the Avature platform.
Avature will soon allow us to have reliable data and analytics across multiple platforms, including our contact management system, applicant tracking system, and onboarding, allowing us to best tell our story.
Through automation and streamlining of processes we were able to create a better candidate experience and improve efficiency within the HR department. Many elements were improved dramatically, from email communications with candidates, manager and HR colleagues, a seamless automated emerging talent workflow and contracts and new starter forms being automated, and manual data entry and uploading removed.
Avature has so much capability, but it takes time to look into the detail and implement. The power of time is so important in a recruitment market.
Previously, from application to onboarding stage, we would work between 3 separate systems as well as Excel trackers. This meant that time was being wasted by both employees and candidates on duplication of data. Our Recruitment and Admin teams were spending vast amounts of time doing low value activities like pushing candidates through statuses, emailing CV’s via Outlook to Line Managers to review, emailing candidates to arrange interviews, posting and receiving onboarding forms and then typing the data into systems.
With the implementation of Avature we achieved the using of one global recruitment system. That means that not only all the global HR colleagues work together on one platform but also our internal and external applicants as well as our Hiring Managers all over the world use one system. With that, we follow one common approach and with that we are also able to challenge, to discuss and to be able to handle the future HR Challenges - together. And with the Support of Avature as a system and as a partner, we can connect with other companies and can profit from the knowledge and the input from many different people.
Sometimes with regards to new projects like implmenting an interface to another system it would be great to have a consultant fixed more faster. I would like to see improvements in having a poc for special projects.
For our company the most helpful thing about Avature in the first row was that we could implement one common approach with regards to recruit internal and external candidates. We use one platform and are able to adapt changes quit fast. The other thing about Avature which we like is that we can automate processes, save time for other things and also giving the best user experience to our applicants, our hiring managers and our recruiters.
Avature has been built to meet our company's needs. It is very easy for end users, and even easier to support inhouse with the system admin role.
I don't dislike anything. Constant enhancements with endless opportunities, what's not to like!
Zoom integration - this will allow us to schedule interviews with ease.
Before implementing Avature, we utilized several different systems for sourcing, email campaigns, applicant tracking, etc. Now, we have everything in one place! The support from Avature is also second to none.
There is nothing we do not like. The only challenge we face is training new users on such a robust system!
Avature's automated workflow steps have taken much of the manual work out of our hands. As a result, our users can spend more time screening new applicants.
The system was built to fit our company's needs and onboarding process. It is very user friendly. Avature blows the comp away.
There is not really anything I dislike. Avature suits our needs
Onboarding, recruiting and reporting have been stream lined and kept in one place instead of multiple systems
Avature's User Interface (UI) is very clean and well laid out. It allows the user to see all aspects of the registrants as they move through the work flows in a very clean and simple manner.
The inabliity to download data without restrictions. Hopefully the development of an integration solution will solve those issues and allow for greater opportunity to expand our data analytics.
Developing new dashboards and custom reporting solutions that allow our teams to have better control and visibility into their marketing and sourcing activities.
Complete customization. Avature can literally do anything you want it to, with seemingly limitless possibilities.
It's a very powerful tool, which makes learning how to best use the system longer than an out-of-the-box solution.
Avature's automation has expanded my team's bandwidth, and allows the team to spend their time on Candidate experience. The system replaces many needs for a coordinator.
Customized workflows make the use cases work well for our company.
There aren't any downsides to using Avature that I'm aware of from a CRM perspective
Organizing and streamlining Sourcing efforts as well as helping us pivot for large scale intiaitves
Avature is the best ATS tool and it is also known as an applications tracking system. By using this tool, we use it to create new records for our company's database purposes and job creations as well.
I didn't have any dislikes. It's a pretty easy tool. Everyone can easily understand the process and its friendly users as well, so it's helpful to our business growth.
It will create a company database to store the candidates and a job database, and it is helpful to send mass mails to the candidates, and if candidates get the offer, we will use scheduled onboarding by using Avature.
We use Avature to track candidates and jobs created from VMS and job boards, as well as to submit candidates and for onboarding purposes. We also use Avature to send mass mail.
I had no dislikes; it is a pretty easy tool, and it is also user-friendly; everyone can learn easily and understandably; it is one of the best tools. we are using this tool.
It was very helpful to track all the candidates who were in the submission stage, interview stag, onboarding stage, and about to join stages, and we could send invites by using Avature.
Easy to move candidates through different stages in the recruiting process and be able to audit and track performance
Can't go back and change the status when needed and have to submit a ticket every time to correct it on the backend. Also cannot track the performance month-wise
create, manage a talent pool, a great database, avoid duplications
Avature is the real deal when it comes to recruitment insights using data. It also helps to stay on track with the recruitment process throughout the stages. Very effective.
There was a much-needed design upgrade, with the latest update things are much better. Only the fact we didn't like was very less options to customize or make mandatory in the tool apart from what already exists.
We are solving the data metrics by using Avature, and by using this we can manage the load of our team members and also helps them achieve goals which helps the entire organization.
Avature is best used when creating profiles for applicants applying for a wide range of positions. It could be entry level to even a managerial post that would let you (a recruiter) update any necessary details of the candidate after initial screening. We can also update the steps in the candidate profile and Avature updates them (Via email) if the candidate is qualified or not.
So far there isn't anything that I dislike about avature :)
Problems I have encountered are probably down times of the website. There are times where I am not able to access it, probably some system maintenance that Avature is doing. Though, one of the benefits I realized is that we can easily connect with applicants or candidates, I might say, to give them the best candidate experience.
I like how I can easily search by job title and keywords and location to see any open internal jobs. Or, I can simply just search by location or even just view all open jobs. This way it gives me transparency as well into possible open roles that can be the next step in my career path. By seeing all open jobs, the added benefit is I can see jobs that I didn't even know about that I may be interested in. I also like how I can create job alerts to stay abreast of when jobs I'm interested in are open. Super cool feature! This way I don't have to keep signing in to search. Additionally, I like how I can submit referrals to roles as well and keep track of the progress made with each person that is submitted. The layout is simple and easy to use. I like how there is not much whistles and bells so it just makes it easier to navigate and it doesn't take me long to find what I need. I also like the branding and company-specific pictures throughout the site. It makes it feel much more customized. When I ended up applying for an internal role, it was short and simple as well. It was a short one page form with just a few questions and then a place to upload my resume and cover letter. Really speedy and then afterwards I got an email to confirm. Can't complain.
What I don't like is that when you apply to an internal job, it should show you after you submit it, a confirmation page. I don't remember receiving that and I had to wait for an email back. Also, there should be a dashboard to track progress. This is two-fold. If you submit an internal application, it can be a black hole because you don't know when it's been viewed or if you've been moved on to the next step so lot of suspense. Would be nice to have a list of each application you submitted and where it is sitting or what step you have been moved on to, if any. Also, the same would apply for referrals. We should be able to track on Avature what step our referral has advanced on to. Otherwise, we have to email the HR person in charge or message them and it's back and forth that could be avoided if there was just something on Avature to show that.
We really value career development here. As such, we want to make it transparent when roles are open and with Avature, anyone can search for roles in any department, even ones in departments that they don't currently work in. You are able to apply to any of those roles as long as you meet that qualification. It is refreshing to have such open ability to apply to wherever - whatever location or department. Love that! It's a one stop search for the next step in your career. This also helps with retention because then you can see if there's another role at this company that fits your next step vs searching on job boards and possibly moving to another company. Also, another benefit we have is at least when were growing, we needed hires fast. The best hires often come from referals. The referal system is quick and easy for you to submit people you know that may be a fit for various roles.
There is an option to send mass emails to to candidates not being considered. This helps us in enriching candidate experience
Search string could have been more user friendly
Searching is fast, which results in utilization of internal database as well
Ease of use and having the ability for a shared data model
The cost of the product causes some heartburn. I would like to see the yearly cost be switched with the one time implementation costs.
Reporting workflow tracking, marketing engagement, automation of tasks. My recruitment coordinators have had great success and reduced turnaround times by having automated emails to candidates for form completion and task assignments. We are three months into utilization so are still working out the pipeline and dashboard reports but this has been greatly improved over the last CRM that provided no automation.
It integrates with Linkedin and gives all the information with fewer clicks.
Well sometime search not apply correctly and also don't provide skill base search.
Candidate Management, Candidate Tracking, On boarding, offer management.
