BigCommerce is really the best platform that is fit for my business from every side. I really like the dashboard of this platform and how easily I can upload and manage inventory. I am satisfied with the agility and speed that is protecting and growing the sales of my products. Without no limitations, I can control my eCommerce business in a professional way.

I have a lot of years of experience in the eCommerce business and I am honestly speaking that I never found such a great and easy platform without any cons and issues. For me there is no such a thing in the BigCommerce platform that can be disliked. All options and features are perfect.

I have solved the all issues of my eCommerce business using BigCommerce. Because now I feel so easy to add and manage products using this platform. I can create simple, variable, and downloadable products within a few clicks.

The simplicity and ease of use make Big Commerce the best in my opinion.

I do not feel there are any downsides to Big Commerce.

I can easily list new items and place them on my website, Ebay, Amazon and Facebook Marketplace.

Support from day one has been really good. They answer the phone, emails and live chat quickly. I can't say the same for some of their competitors. Feature-rich with good reliability.

I believe that some features that should be included are not there. We wanted to offer more variants than the product page would allow and there was no way for a developer or an app to make the limit higher. We had to change our product strategy to work around this. Some more flexibility would be nice from time to time.

They offered a platform that supported us with good customer service, reliability and growth potential. Many features that are a cost option on other platforms are included with big commerce.

BigCommerce has a lot of great features out of the box, however, if you need something beyond the main platform's capabilities, there are lots of third-party apps (extensions) that can help customize the experience to meet your needs.

The plan can be quite expensive, especially for small businesses. I might consider sacrificing some unused features for a lower plan price if it was an option. There is also a bug in the code that they have not been able to fix regarding customer street addresses. This seems like something they should be capable of fixing.

We needed a reliable and easy-to-use ecommerce platform that met our needs for content marketing, store size, order management, and website functionality. BigCommerce has been a good partner to deal with.

It functions perfectly alongside the parameters set in industries such as firearms and cbd.

Not as customizable or easy to use like shopify.

Allowing to sell tactical gear and excelling in filtering and optimization.

Our company migrated from a woocommerce store to our new BigCommerce store. The sidebar cart and checkout page plus easy integrations with our fulfillment are some of our favorite aspects.

It could use a WYSIWYG update. Some of the items on the page builder needed to be styled through CSS. Also the ability to create different layouts based on desktop or mobile would be great.

BigCommerce is making our UX way better than it was before. We have seen an increase in our conversion rate since switching over, which has been huge for our business.

Ease of imputing data and pictures of products.

Site software was developed by Australians that took it to the USA and now charge fees in US dollars.

Big commerce has helped us become a nation wide distributor to our customer base of small to medium size retailers.

The ease of seeing all information for orders. The status updates per order. The Apps that are available to integrate

Subscription frequencies and not able to customize the time frames. Not able to make all updates for subscriptions. We have had many subscribers cancel through the website and set up over the phone with us through Quickbooks as it is easier to manage and update. Promotions and Sales can be a struggle as we have had to create separate item listings to ensure codes or discounts are appropriately placed against the items

The ease of order processing and automation. The percentage of manual work has decreased.

Ease of use. It is very easy to pick up and understand the "Logic" of the software

There is nothing to dislike. If I have an issue with BigCommerce I can quickly and easily get support on the phone; they are very helpful and have always been able to help me.

Solving problems was never an issue with my old eCommerce website; it was built in 1997 and was outdated. The benefits of an updated website and eCommerce platform are too numerous to list. Let's say that having technology that was built in the last few years makes everything better in the eCommerce world

BigCommerce has been a crucial tool in our company's growth. We have a very strong online presence and it is steadily growing. In 3 years, we have grown substantially and a lot of the growth can be credited to the platform that keeps us running.

The cost of BigCommerce is a bit overwhelming. It is certainly a justified cost, however, it is a very big investment, especially as the business grows with the number of orders and sales volume.

We needed an ecommerce platform solution that would grow with our business and give us the tools to succeed. BigCommerce met our expectations and continues to grow and develop.
