For us as a new startup, Zoho Bigin is a great CRM service. It's easy to use with a nice-looking and clear interface. Even if you're not tech-savvy, you'll find it simple to manage your customer data here. Zoho Bigin's team did a great job making this tool and deserves a lot of credit. Highly recommend it!

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Nothing, really! It's a very nice service and product. I compared this to other CRM services but the overview and easy to use GUI and interace made us stay with this solution.

What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We keep track of all our deals, customers, contacts and give is a very clear overview of everything. We also use the app for IOS and iPad and have no complaints.

Improve search functionality. We can not copy the phone number in the contact every time we have to edit the contact for copying the same and Can't integrate with the card scanner.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is the best CRM software as far as I know because it offers many features such as pipeline management, multichannel communication & customer management and after having so many features it does not lag and work seamlessly.

There is nothing to dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM as Bigin by Zoho CRM offers lots of good and useful features and a user-friendly user interface. There is no place to improve.

Bigin by Zoho CRM helps my team and organization in tracking customer pipeline and provides with a good level of funneling which helps me and my team in doing follow-ups with the customer and bringing business at the right time.

As a sales manager, I have been using Bigin by Zoho for quite some time now, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with its performance. Bigin has been a game-changer for me when it comes to tracking sales opportunities and managing my recruiting pipeline.

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

There isn't anything really I don't like about Bigin.

What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the key features that I use regularly is the ability to set up custom workflows. This has been especially helpful in managing my recruiting pipeline, as I can set up stages for each candidate and move them through the process as they progress. This has made it easy for me to stay organized and on top of my recruiting efforts.

"The only CRM I've ever had success with"
What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Bigin is deceptively powerful. It is the only CRM I've ever been able to get results with - all others I spent more time setting up, figuring out, customizing, and getting lost in the weeds with than actually using to get sales. Bigin is different - it has everything I need to track deals, automate lead follow-up, and communicate with prospects but is easy to get up and running quickly with.

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

One thing I wish were more streamlined with Bigin is tracking email communication with prospects. Depending on if an email was sent within Bigin or separately through Zoho Mail, etc it's not all streamlined and easy to track the customer communication. I have to choose separate views depending on where different emails were sent from. So I'm happy it does track all email communication but it's a little disjointed.

What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bigin helps me automate lead follow-up and nurturing and closing sales - quickly, without getting caught up in 1,000 features I don't need and will never use.

Bigin has a very intuitive user-face. It is easy to set up and will enable our company to manage our sales, order fulfilment and customer service all from one place. Workflow functionality enables us to automate routine tasks, helping us to work efficiently.

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Would ideally like 50 email templates, 50 workflow rules, 3 conditions and 5 actions as standard, But at least there is the option of buying extra email templates and workflow rules.

Ease of navaigation, streamlining all processes in one place; sales, order fulfilment and service tickets. Communications with customers.
