There are a lot of things that I love about Sendinblue: - It is a pretty easy to use platform and you can create campaigns and mange them in a very intuitive way. - The customer service team is very kind and very helpful. They work 24/7 to help us with any requirement. They answer al the emails within hours, what is great in comparison to the level of service provided by similar platforms . - One of the features I like the most, is how the platform takes care of the opt-in policy. It is very rigurous but personally I find it very nice, because it's a way of protecting my business and myself. - The KPI dashboard is awesome. You have a lot of information about your campaigns and contacts in real time. - Finally, I love that I feel treated like I am somebody for the Sendinblue team, and not just another customer represented by a code.
On the free version you can only send 300 emails every day, but what else can you ask for a free service? You have access to all the features available on the platform and this is awesome. Isn't it?

L'import des adresses fonctionne bien. Le blacklistage automatique des adresses erronées et des destinataires souhaitant se désinscrire permet de gérer aisément le carnet d'adresses. L'analyse des envois est basique mais suffisante. La gratuité du service est un plus pour les petites structures.
