It is super user friendly and has a lot of tools to create your template from scratch.
Sometimes i have problems when i try to send a test email to check out if the design is ok, because the email never arrives.

What does an entrepreneur need ? A nice Email marketing tool with simple editing features, clear menu and stats... Clear billing process and no hiding costs. You pay for what you use. They have a great customer service and are easy to contact.
Nothing really. They could upgrade the design feature of their email templates, but overall it's all what we need ! Also maybe check the form Captcha integration (but it's hard to do in any case) I hope they can get more partners and integration so they can finally become the leader of email marketing :)

We were very impressed with SendinBlue 's feature set and what was available with the free options. We looked at Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and others before selecting this software. It is very easy to use, templates make it fast to get started and your campaign looks very professional. it also allows us to set up groups to prioritize certain types of customers (Computers sales, Server Maintenance, RMM software) to narrow down mass emails to very specifics qualifications. Scheduling is accurate and we love the analytics included in the system.
The biggest downside is a very aggressive qualification process concerning importing emails. It did require several interactions with SendinBlue to get them to "approve" my list even though I was moving from another qualified source. I am sure it is for protection (We all hate Spammers!!) but it can be a little frustrating.
Currently, we are not experiencing any problems or issues with the software. It is working as expected and we are very satisfied with our choice. The benefit is now we have a clear (and approved) source for communication with our customers. We are no longer struggling to maintain email addresses, trying to sort customers into groups, or sending out information and forgetting customers.

Ayant déjà constitué une liste de contacts sur Sendinblue lors d'un premier mailing, j'ai voulu renvoyer un nouveau mail à une partie seulement de ces contacts. Je les avais sélectionnés par ailleurs. Je n'ai pas trouvé comment le faire. J'ai du effacer ma première liste de contacts, puis j'ai recréé une nouvelle liste avec seulement les contacts de ma 2ème sélection. Je n'ai pas trouvé d'aide pour résoudre ce problème.

The price.... Sorry, but it makes a difference! We have (what we consider to be) a fairly large list - 20000+ names but we only want to mail them relatively infrequently and the price structures means they are a third the price of MailChmip

SendInBlue is very easy to use, we were sending emails within half an hour after signing up. The interface is intuitive and the available templates are more than adequate. For a small non-profit a free plan of 300 mails per day is more than enough for 99% of the time.
I would like to be able to buy extra credits for occasional use, in stead of committing to an upgraded monthly plan.
Communication of our events, ticket sales and just today also the communication of the cancellation of an event in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Very affordable for what it offers. Lot of features available with a great capacity for sending a large number of emails and sms which not many offer.
Maybe the dashboard design can be improved and adding more template options for the landing pages.

SendinBlue makes it easy to access and customize massive use of communications. And once it comes to stats, opening rates and downloads, it is also an amazing solution. The performance is unmatched since mails look gorgeous when you exit the scheme. The prototype builder, on the other side, is user friendly to use. It's got a good model performance. Or the list management is working quite well. I may also say the pricing are intensely affordable. I'm not going to leave SendinBlue for another forum because it makes me really happy.
For overall better operation, you have to figure out certain activities. And the API started working for us after some moment. With the models we originally designed, the issues we had in this respect were too complex. But after a while, when it was activated again, everything has been worked out and returns to normal. And maybe some places are more complicated than other places, in particular cases.
We used SendinBlue for a number of campaigns in the corporation and everything went excellently. Our supply capacity has therefore been greatly improved and continuous. Our open and clicking performance was also increased. We counted these metrics and discovered that they are higher than with the use of preceding platform.
With Sendinblue I finally manage to work well with all my contacts. One of my favorite things is the newsletter graphics

Sendinblue est très facile d'utilisation. Très ergonomique, la navigation sur l'outil est claire et simple, les démarches à suivre sont bien expliquées, compréhensibles et facile à suivre. L'ajout d'un fichier client, la création du mailing, l'envoi se font sans souci : validation des fichiers et du compte de façon réactive, outil de création/édition basique mais très suffisant. Les tableaux de bord sont complets et permettent de suivre ses campagnes. Je recommande vivement.
