"Minimal functionality, confusing interface"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I like being able to post to multiple channels at once.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Other systems I've used (i.e. HootSuite) offer a lot more functionality and are easier to use. Buffer has an outdated UI that's clunky and annoying.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

"The online version is borderline useless"
What do you like best about Buffer?

The auto posting and scheduling features would be great if they worked online and not just on mobile.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I dislike making posts online and having buffer simply delete my efforts and then tell me to do it on mobile.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its garbage.
