I love the product itself-- the platform has allowed me to develop a highly-customized application system and database to run a scholarship program and financial aid assessment tool for private schools to use to set affordable tuition rates for their families. Caspio provided excellent training that allowed me to build this system, as well as ongoing support that walked with me in all the technical issues I've created for myself in the last 5 years. They also provide continuous updated and upgrades to the platform that have enhanced the experience tremendously since I started using it in 2018.

There are some limitations within the system but they can almost always be overcome or worked around. The support both from staff and from fellow developers is key in helping with overcoming any issues encountered.

Caspio solved my need for a customizable database system capable of handling large, cascading numerical calculations, as well as user-friendly applications for parents to complete for their private schools.

You can get things done, fast, with very little knowledge of coding that would normally be much more time-consuming and\or expensive to achieve.

Only downside is that the only payment option is credit card. As a UK customer, I get charged FX fees as well as the credit card fees.

Caspio allows me to develop some fairly sophisticated databases for a small number of customers who are totally dependent on them to run their service.

The caspio support team are fast and capable and I'm always suprised how they really are 24/7 and 365 days a year. They are really helpful and often answer quickly.

Its a large capable product, as such you can often solve the same problem using multiple methods. Picking the correct method can sometimes be tricky. I find the templates and youtube channel alot to help.

We need a time recording and business management system for our international innovation bid writting and support team. Its worked so well that we are now in the process of rolling it out as an external service.

Allows anyone to create apps like a pro.

Caspio allowed me to become like a full-stack developer. I was able to create an entirely functioning web application of over 50,000,000 records.

Caspio has a robust database underlying a low-code environment that makes app development fun.

I would like to see a more robust help file for developers. All of their tutorials and help files are focused on users that have no familiarity with coding. For folks with some technical background, it would be nice to quickly get to the "caspio way to do xxx"

It is helping me organize a knowledge base that puts information at user's fingertips. We also use it for CRM. The problem it solved was that as many apps as there are out there, none of them did precisely what we needed.

Caspio genuinely cares about your project. The team utilizes a hands-on approach and includes the client in every aspect of the process. I feel valued as a client, more like a partner in development and deployment of my application.

Location of business. I live in another state. If Caspio had an office in my state, in-person meetings would be possible and more prevalent.

Inefficiencies and Processes that are within my operations space. Caspio simplifies problems with practical solutions that produce profitability for all parties involved.

I like the ease of use and the resources provided. The forum is also beneficial to problem solve.

Coding is great but not as free as usual coding is. I hope they expand the equations/coding formulas in the future.

Supply Chain tracking across 5 different channels. Has allowed each department to communicate with each other effortlessly

Background software like database versions are taken care of by Caspio

W would like an Asynchronous Subsystem for cron jobs.

Background Data Maintenance programs were really quick to do so we could concentrate on our business-specific requirements.

MOST HELPFUL IS THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT IS ALWAYS A REAL HELP.

AT TIMES THE HELP CENTER HAS OLD INSTRUCTIONS THAT ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND IS NO INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET UPDATED INFO, SO I HAVE TO ASK THE HELPDESK FOR HELP.

MY COMPANY RUNS AN ONLINE PORTAL THAT OUR EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS USE TO GET INFORMATION ON THEIR CLEINTS. THIS IS A GREAT HELP TO THEM AND TO US AS WE DON'T HAVE TO SPEND ALOT OF EXTRA TIME SENDING THEM THE INFORMATION THEY NEED, THEY ARE ABLE TO ACCESS IT FOR THEMSELVES. AND THEY LIKE HAVING THAT AUTONOMY.

They are a friendly and responsive organisation that were willing to take a really early stage idea and work it through with us to make a finished product

As a non-technical person, it took some time to grasp the flexibility of the code.
