Don't get me wrong. I meant "jack of all trades" in a good way. Let me make it more clear. Clearscope lets you find the top-ranking articles for a specific keyword, the relevant terms along with search volume, and the secondary keywords you should include to rank. But that's not it. It shows the readability score of your writing, the ideal length for the article, and whether you have excelled in including the relevant keywords. Additionally, you can view which keywords should be heading and how many times should they be ideally included. There's more. If you're confused about how to include a particular keyword, you can click on it and see how competitors have used it. MIND-BLOWING. Clearscope is one of the best and impressive tools I have seen in the recent years. It's easy to use, has a simple UI, and they frequently update it with new features. Fell in love with this tool from the very first time I used it.
To be honest, none. Even if I do feel something isn't right, they're ahead of me and would solve it quickly.
Clearscope lets me find the right secondary keywords to target, thereby helping articles to rank higher. It tells us understand what the ideal length and readability score is.
SEO advice and tools are full of scams vs. substance, but from day 1, it was very clear that Clearscope is based on real research. After using it consistently for six months, we've seen our ranked keywords more than double, and our organic traffic has quadrupled quarter-over-quarter. Their onboarding is very comprehensive, and just in general, the tool is straightforward to use.
The cost could be prohibitive for a small startup at first glance, but the tool has paid dividends for us – well worth it.
It is increasing our organic traffic.
Clearscope simplifies the keyword research process, as well as briefing and outlining SEO content. It would take me hours to do myself what it does in mere minutes. I can trust the data to guide my writers to create useful content that addresses search intent and ranks in relevant search. The user interface is simple and easy to use — new team members get used to it very quickly without a lot of training needed.
It's not cheap but when you're creating content at scale, it's easy to justify the price.
Clearscope helps me brief, outline, and optimize drafted content. This saves me hours of time when working with my team of writers and editors.
Clearscope is extremely easy to navigate and allows us to use real, live data to help inform our content strategy. The customer service team is always super responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. This tool has really helped our team refine our content production workflow and score content quantitatively.
There could be more seamless technology integrations but the Clearscope team is always open to our suggestions and has actually implemented some of our feedback into their platform iterations.
Content production workflow and keeping a pulse on content quality/how competitive our content will be have been two of the most valuable benefits we have realized with Clearscope.
I've been a Clearscope user and beta tester for little over a year now. I bounced around between a few different competing tools until I used Clearscope with an enterprise client of mine (they had a corporte account). I quickly fell in love with so many things: 1. Ease of use: the UI is intuitive and simple. I've trained many writers on Clearscope with a 5-minute Loom video. 2. The technology behind it: Clearscope has a specific method towards optimizing content that helps uncover new keywords and write more comprehensive pieces. 3. The growth in organic traffic: Clearscope helped me refresh one article that brings in around $2 million in traffic value each quarter. I don't think we would have ranked for highly competitive keywords without Clearscope's recommendations and insights. After using Clearscope with that one client, I got my own account for my other clients. I don't publish a piece of content without running it through Clearscope anymore. I've even started using it for long-form landing pages and have seen improvements in rankings for target keywords. Clearscope is always working to improve their software. It's backed by an incredible team and customer support that never lets you down. If you ever have a question about the tool or SEO in general, they are always there to help.
The only drawback about Clearscope for some is the price. Some small businesses and newer freelance writers and marketers may find it expensive. I have zero complaints about the tool's functionality. It's been the best optimization software I've used to date.
I started using Clearscope to optimize underperforming content on a client's blog. I've realized over time the tool can be used for so much more than content refreshing. It can help you uncover search intent, find trending keywords, and plan new content also.
Clearscope saves me countless hours in research and writer management. The team is always innovating and adding new features also, from outline generation to Wordpress and google plugins.
While I feel that Clearscope has a very strong value proposition, I can see the price being an overall barrier for some, in this industry though, most good tools are expensive. An improved keyword research tool would be great also, but admittedly that's not the main purpose of this product.
Time management and being able to create well-informed content without spending a ridiculous time doing so. Clearscope massively cuts down my research time. The benefits that I've realized would be, an easier process managing my team, improved content, and increased traffic and rankings.
Clearscope allows you to write blogs that rank on the first page of Google - plain and simple
I like everything clearscope has to offer!
Combined with ahrefs, I save money on marketing by only writing blogs that have a high chance to rank
The fact we can easily use the keyword search tool to generate reports but also use as a standalone tool while prospecting new content ideas. It gives such a robust set of data, that I feel like I'm making informed choices every time.
Not really anything, to be honest. I haven't hit a point where I thought, "Darn it, I wish Clearscope could do this!" It works really well, and they keep adding features that I didn't even know I needed.
No problems, but the benefits are almost endless. We can now assign content writing to new freelancers without having to spend a ton of time outlining exactly what we need for SEO. Instead, we help them understand how to use Clearscope, run a report, share it with them, and let them go. Easy for high-level editing, and we can see where certain changes were made for SEO, making editorial workarounds MUCH more intuitive and simple.
The ability to see how entities (similar to keywords) are used in context by top 10 competitors for your article and real-time content grades.
Small learning curve for running multiple reports, but the Clearscope team offers training to run you through this.
I’ve used this tool with several clients that need help writing high-quality content that will rank. You can’t expect to give a writer 50 keywords and receive a quality article in return. Clearscope solves this by allowing the writer to click on any entity (keyword) and see the paragraph it’s used in across the top 10 pages ranking for the main keyword. The content grader (F to A+) shows the writer how well the draft covers the entities, including prioritization for the most relevant entities. My favorite feature is the Google Docs integration, which means writers don’t have to learn a new system.
Writer friendly tool. Most SEO tools are not very writer friendly. They are very analytical. But in order to be successful in optimizing content, your writers need to love the tools. This team gets that.
Wish that I could buy additional credits / reports when I run out before the end of the month - right from within the platform.
I've seen improvements in keyword ranking by optimizing pages / content with the related keywords this tool suggests.
