The greatest strength is the gmail integration. The ability to work the persons' info right in gmail, Make changes on the fly & capture emails in relation to the person is not new, what is different is doing it in gmail and not some CRM branded/ bound email client

My business has three different sales centers & the ability to handle all of those at scale for this price is huge. Especially with the reporting provided
Copper syncs well with our G-mail. Allowing all communication to be captured. It also gives each user to create follow-up tasks within their calendars to track projects that they are working on.
I wish that the Sales leadership time had the ability to view a simple dashboard on the homepage. I know there are some capabilities, but not exactly what I am looking for. Some enhancements on the homepage for management would be nice.
Copper helps our company to properly assign Leads to each of our sales team members. Our unique way of lead generation enables our sales team to remain in-house. Our leads are generated from our company website. All prospective customers are submitting an inquiry and are prompted to answer a few brief questions. This information is captured and fed into Copper.

The Gmail integration is very helpful in terms of adding new users. It's easy to use the system overall and moving things from one pipeline to another is quite effortless.
It often feels like I'm not using the tool to its full capacity. It's not as easy to learn all the functionality as it seems like it might be. As an organization, we have not been able to fully utilize tasks, for example

Copper is a tool that complements very well with my Google Workspace, helping you to have information, monitoring and control in less time.
The mobile application is too slow and unfriendly to the user.
It gives you the total vision of sales and collaborative work within the commercial, operation and services areas.
The tasks help keep me in line and not miss any deadlines. Very easy to use. It keeps all case material in one location for easy access. You never have to go searching for information with this program.
The inability to not assign tasks to more than one person. Sometimes the entries are delayed to the recipient. I think that is a bug they have been trying to work out.
Copper is continuously changing the platform for ease and to make it user friendly. Any time that I have had a problem, the team was quick to resolve and keep me informed on the progress.
I love how user-friendly Copper is. It is easy to navigate and keep track of new leads and opportunities.
Creating reports is pretty confusing. Luckily i have been able to get support from Copper on this.
