I would say the best part of Copper is how it tracks email communication so all of your search needs are in one location. It's a great improvement from the previous system I was using.
I'm not sure at this time there is anything I have been displeased with. It's a little time-consuming when clients change ownership to have to change not only the company but also each contact, but that's a minor inconvenience.
Having all of the contact info in one place saves so much time when looking up client information, including but not limited to connections to Gmail and LinkedIn.
Copper allows you to organize your leads and schedule tasks.
There's little to dislike, my work is kept well organized.
Copper solves my hectic schedule by keeping me well informed with notifications.
I have worked on a number of CRMs and none have been this intuitive. My favorite part is the way the pipelines work with drag and drop similar to how I use my whiteboard to visualize our clients.
It has taken a bit to get a handle on how to use the reporting system. Creating the right way to document information from the start is an art form. The more you invest in training before you set up your system the happier you will be in the long run.
Copper holds all the information we need to take care of clients seamlessly through the whole process. I really like that the whole team can participate and all the information is in one place with the ability to see multiple forms of communication. Having all our vendors and B2B information with our direct clients makes a system that can't be topped.
The full integration with GSuite - no setup is required. It just works. It will even attach past emails to a client that you enter.
The selection of pre-made reports could be better. It does have good reporting but you need to work out how to customise it.
Having all our client communications and sales pipeline in one place. We have now got rid of spreadsheets!
THe ability of the mobile app to pick up on the fact that a call was just made
All of the email notifications I get about tasks due, and the inability to choose an external dialing service as the mode of making a call
The ability to call and keep track of hundreds of leads as if each person was the only customer you have (good)
The ease and simplicity of copper is yes
Occasionally there are limitations to CRM
custom field options within reports
Copper is user-friendly and works well with commercial real estate platform
The mobile device version could be improved.
They help with internal organization within my company.
The abilities that copper can present you with if used correctly is kind blowing. As a company you always want effective and thorough follow up. Copper has allowed us to reach new peaks and Goals as a company.
I feel like interaction with the company itself becomes difficult to navigate. The sight is functional, but being able to reach out to Copper itself becomes more difficult to get somebody to actually pick up sometimes.
It has made it more efficient in following up with my customers, and by doing so closed the gap to save time and make more money. As we are an ever growing business, we are needing more quality, less time, and now able to make more money. Copper had helped us solve that problem.
Copper helps keep me running efficiently And keeps me organized. It keeps me up-to-date on all my leads opportunities and contacts throughout my extremely busy day. It is definitely the best CRM I have ever used in my mini years as a real estate professional. And also being integrated with Google makes it so much easier to use and user-friendly.
There really isn't anything to dislike about copper without being able to integrate copper into my daily activities I would spend a lot more time keeping myself organized instead of spending more time with the family.
Copper helps keep me organize throughout the day and stays on top of all my meetings and interactions I have throughout my busy work schedule
Probably the native integrations with Gmail, LinkedIn, and Reply.io. It's efficient to add the right contacts and companies, and then perform efficient outreach. Copper is integral to my workflow.
I wish data for companies could more easily be copied or duplicated to its people. People and Companies are treated as separate data sets, when I wish they were more connected.
Sales Pipelines, project workflows with our team are done efficiently. I'm more productive with business development and outreach through the integrations, allowing a lot more client "touches" on any given dday.
