I love the ease of use with Duda. I also love the white labeling so that the clients see my company info when accessing their sites. In addition, Duda is relatively competitive in price compared to other builders. Not to mention you actually own your site unlike other platforms.

I wish there were more widgets (similar to Wordpress plugins), and that there were more widely known integrations. It would also be amazing if they added a CRM/Email Marketing system and more robust Paid membership component so they could rival some of the bigger brands.

The websites are fairly simple to use and clients feel confident in using the builder. I'm able to build sites rather quickly, however with training on any system I'm sure others would have similar results regardless of the platform.

I love the customer service support, always polite and helpful and makes a huge impact on my work.

That the language feature is not super ideal, SEO optimisation cannot be done through symbols, characters from other languages. Also I would like if the themed could be included with things like wording etc

Usability - I think once you get a hang of the features, it is quite easy to use

Believe it or not, also the usability. If you don't do initial training and then just jump straight in, you will struggle.

It allows us to build custom website specific to our clients needs but does have some limitations.

-Very straightforward design in widgets and placement -Sections/saved templates are a great feature to speed up the process -Easy to give client access to edit their site

-widgets can be buggy -Duda flex seems to have too many limitations/seems finnicky -preview site that gets sent to customer is not great, doesn't accurately show dimensions -social media in business information is not right, there is an uneditable portion of the link yet it is missing a www. cannot use this as it creates broken links so cannot use connected data feature. -seems there could be room for UX team to look through the product and implement more consistency in the features or have clear rules pop up when using a certain widget

Time efficient way to deliver web designs to customers

Duda is easy and intuitive to use for building simple websites. Can essentially build a functional, modern website in just a few hours. Much more user friendly than Wordpress

It can be difficult to implement custom features. It is not possible to create a sub-domain. It would also be nice if uploading JS or CSS files was possible. Sometimes Duda's dev mode can be difficult to work with.

Domains and hosting is usually complex, but it is simple with Duda. Everything is dealt with in one place. So many more websites can be built since it takes very little time to build them.

I'm very impressed with Duda's flexibility in building custom tablet and mobile versions of each website. While responsive is great, it doesn't always work out as well as it is supposed to, and being able to create a stand-alone mobile version is critical in today's age. I'm also impressed with how easy to use the builder is for my clients. I don't have to worry about clients creating drama for me by moving important items on the page as I can lock them so clients can't edit anything they shouldn't be able to. Their support is also great and they have been nothing short of superb when I've needed them. It is also very important for me that my client websites are on a secure platform and Duda does that very well. Its also very affordable for me as a web supplier.

I feel the blog could do with some work. Not being able to set your RSS feed to summary only has caused challenges for some of my clients with regard to traffic. I don't feel it's super important myself, but it has meant that I've lost a few jobs because clients have affiliate levels they must reach and having their full blog post able to be read on feed readers (and therefore missing the click through) is critical to maintaining their traffic levels. In my opinion, the blog layout is very limited and small things such as not being able to create or post blogs from the mobile version of Duda are quite a challenge for me. They do seem to be working on the blog however so I will wait and see what comes next.

I have all my client sites together which is excellent and the agency pricing makes it easier for me to make money on my monthly hosting.

I like the option to have a site for life. You pay one fee and then you don't pay an annual fee again.

While it works well for basic sites and mobile sites, it soes have limitations for password protected pages/sites.

We first used DudaMobile to create inexpensive mobile optimized sites until we could build our sites to be compatible across devices. Now, we use the sites to host content for non-branded content.

Was very straight forward and easy to manage.

If I wanted to edit several pages with one action, I had a difficult time doing so.

I like Duda's opportunities to agencies. It's really easy to use and White Label features are great. Their panel is mostly user-friendly. If we need to talk about compatibility with SEO and Core Web Vital, no one can beat Duda.

All the panels and widgets feels-like not been updated since mid of 20'. Every part of the system looks too old when I comparing to other White Label editors. All the websites made with Duda look basically the same. All the animations are bad, and the button builder still does not use CSS3's new features. Flex editor is not user-friendly and not detailed like Webflow or EditorX. All the widgets just help users with basic things, non of them is detailed or not updated. There are big issues about vertically aligning elements, you can't align elements without custom CSS. Duda is great, but it needs to be updated with CSS3 and HTML5 features. In this situation, it feels like too old a service. And the last thing, the multi-language feature does not work well. You can't use the personalization feature with multi-language websites. This means you can't add a pop-up to secondary language with the Duda pop-up builder.

As I mentioned earlier, it's best of the best if we talk about SEO, Core Web Vitals, and Local Business features. None of the existed services can beat Duda. Also it helps to agencies with client management features.

When it comes to any other types of websites they are not equipped E-commerce is not there at all for a high price as well Real estate websites cannot build them The job board website cannot make them The marketplace website cannot make them Booking websites cannot make them Nothing with logic either Duda has a remarkable ability to show off but falls short of all the promises they have. Most of their product is half built with a lot of marketing and nothing stable or completely polished.

The simplicity of building showcase website and security on the website knowing that I don't have to worry about hackers

Very easy to use and fairly intuitive, especially when it comes to creating the mobile website redirect (simple html pasted into website code). The most endearing feature of this program is the ability for it to pull all information from the desktop site and auto-populate into a potential mobile site.

The redirect can get difficult depending on the website server and often times glitchy. This does not fix any type of SEO issues with current search engine algorithms. Software is a bit outdated and there are some nuiances that make it tricky to use. Overall, would have been great 5+ years ago, but pretty irrelevent now.

We implemented DudaMobile (mobile friendly websites) about five years ago as a value added service for some of our customers. At this time, there was a new emphasis on mobile websites. Many of our clients (optometry offices) had responsive desktop websites, but no type of mobile presence. This was an easy fix with DudaMobile. All we had to do was pull their desktop site info into the program and edit it as necessary, then a simple redirect link was generated and if a customer visited their site from a mobile device it redirected them to the 'mobilewebsiteserver.com.' I would assume this had negative effects with their SEO when further Google updates were rolled out and there was an emphasis on mobile first with their domains. This was a temporary fix, but it doesn't seem as relevant now.

My company's main website is not mobile-friendly. We began using Duda as an affordable alternative to redoing our entire site. Duda was very easy to set up as an auto-redirect and much more affordable than hiring someone to update our website to be compatible with mobile.

It is a relatively easy to use editor, similar to Squarespace and Webflow. It is also relatively hard to completely break because of a lack of flexibility.

It lacks the flexibility required for truly great websites or complex scenarios. Great for launching a website about a local bakery or hairdresser but not a B2B solution.

We build and work with lots of different CMS, Duda is just one that we stumble across from time to time.

At first, I loved that I could drag/drop to create decent-looking pages. After a year of using it, however, I have found many kinks with it. It constantly freezes, so if you're doing big changes, the system just can't handle it and the only way to revert back will be the refresh and risk losing everything. It's incredibly slow, frustrating, and overall just not as user-friendly as I initially thought.

Responsive design? Who are you kidding. You basically have to just deal with some parts looking bad because if you adjust one thing on desktop, mobile gets completely messed up. Makes it really frustrating when you have just as many users on desktop as you do on mobile. It's also really frustrating that simple things like popups are made to be so difficult. I'd already created a pop-up, but found it impossible to create a rule for that design because the site kept freezing and refusing to show it, instead showing a 404 error in its place.

I wish I'd realized the issues with Duda sooner. It's a little late now to get my client to switch to a different platform. Luckily, his web design needs aren't super extensive, so I can generally get by figuring stuff out as I go. For business owners who want a super responsive, well-designed site though, this is not the platform for you.

White Label capabilities and ease of use for myself, my team, or my clients.

They stopped caring about small agencies and only started caring about those agencies spending thousands a month with them. Seems like their investors are calling the shots now, and the Duda we signed up for has taken a back seat.

ROI for web design is much higher now because we can charge less and build sites faster which lets us build more websites than we would be able to using WordPress.
