Of minor issue is maybe better templates. This really hasn't impacted me.
I wouldn't have an eComm store if not for Ecwid. Shopify is not cost-effective. AND the Lightspeed payment processing is an added bonus.
In a short period of time, I went from being a skeptic to a raging fan because of the innovative synthesis Ecwid has achieved between the website builder and e-commerce functions merging them into one intuitive, easy-to-use UI and platform. The added integrations with social media are icing on an already delicious cake.
Thus far I have nothing negative to offer. My experience comparing Ecwid to other e-commerce platforms has convinced me that there is no relative comparison to be made. Ecwid has differentiated itself to the extent that its competitors have little to offer.
Ecwid has been instrumental in bringing online an essential function for a nonprofit engaged in the distribution of literature. We went from zero to 60 with Ecwid in a matter of only days, and we are still only utilizing a small fraction of the functionality of the platform.

No doubt Ecwid is the best platform for beginners also to creata a professional website and start earning a lot. But after renewal the price becomes little expensive to renew domain and hosting. But at the same this helps to grow your business also

Recently, GoDaddy discontinued the QickShopping Cart we had used for over nearly 18 years. They tried to push us into using a combined website/store - which cost $$ and we were not interested in doing. After quite a bit of research I discovered Ecwid by Lightspeed. It is awesome. You can start with a Free Plan, but there are options of several other plans as well. I have found Ecwid a dream to use and set up our store - making changes and updates is really easy. The look of our store is contemporary and very slick. In the instances where I have needed Support it was very responsive. And they check back multiple times to make sure that everything is good. Very happy to have switched to Ecwid.

Setup is straight-forward, quick & easy. You can get your store up, and running in no time, but there is also a ton of customization, options, features, to get lost in to make your site/store completely your own.
Product variations only available on higher tiers, which can make organization a bit of a puzzle, at first, if you have different stock levels for different versions of the same product.
