There are so many options you get. Whether your business is big or small you have every tool imaginable to help you generate profit. I have been using this product for many years.

I don't know that I've found any downside to using this program. Once in a while you might have a custom request but they are usually able to fulfill that.

This program fits nicely into my online platform. I have some customers with large amounts of product, I can easily add them, sort them and fully integrate them to my site.

So easy to make my website and the Mobil apps makes it easy to keep up with new orders, discount and coupon codes shipping etc... The app also shows you your lifetime sales and customer's information.

I actually don't have any downsides about the app. If there were things that I didn't like about Ecwid I would use another service. The software is really easy to use.

No problems the software has never crashed or made mistakes while I have been using it. One thing I do like is the fast customer service response if I ask questions

An easy to use back office to manage your products at your ecommerce store. Once you start using it, you would never go back to Shopify. Creating categories, subcategories, and adding attributes is a breeze.

There is no option to add blog within a site or create stand-alone pages without products that will not show in the menu.

Within the last 3 years we see many improvements to the interface that make it easier to customize user experience.

We've been with Ecwid for almost five years, and it has been a great tool to expand the e-commerce section of our business. The customer support team has always been quick to answer our questions or resolve any issues. One of the main things that make Ecwid stand out over other e-commerce platforms is its ability to conform to the customization we need for our business, it's also a great deal!

Some things may need to be implemented, like adding bulk pricing upload options to the CSV import method. Another option I'd like to see is a design tool feature. But these are highly complex integrations, and Ecwid is still an excellent deal for what is available.

The main issue Ecwid has solved recently is uploading pricing variations. It was pretty hectic not being able to upload a spreadsheet with SKU's and pricing, but a relief now that that feature is available.

There are so many excellent features to Ecwid's platform. I love the powerful customizing capabilities that make my website work for my specific business. I can chat directly with someone from the company at all times of the day and night and get excellent customer service with immediate follow-up, if necessary.

I honestly haven't found a downside to using Ecwid. ChosingEcwid has turned out to be the best decision I've made for my new business.

Ecwid is constantly making changes and improvements to the site. They have even gone as far as to add a feature allowing me to sort my pre-ordered items from my standard orders, so they are all in one place.

The platform is easy to use and customer support is excellent. We have been using Ecwid as our ecommerce for a few years and meets our needs as well as our customers.

Ecwid has great functionality and the support is great usually have an issue or question resolved in minutes. It also has a lot of integration with other software which saves a lot of time.

I'd like more of the premium features to be available to all paid plans. I sometimes get frustrated with the ApplePay integration as it won't display all of our shipping options to the customer. I don't like having to figure out code to alter the automatic and notification emails.

It allows us to operate our online shopping facilities and provides an easy to use platform with lots of features that our customers enjoy.

Easy to manage, able to integrate with my main website, Facebook and also has a stand-alone site I can use if there's a problem with my hosting. Support is responsive and helpful. When I asked for a feature to make my order processing easier, they added it in a reasonable time.

When I want something fancy I have to pay for a plugin, like notify customers when something is restocked. Also reporting is also either an add-on or is very limited.

Easy to list products and sell online. I also can run two different sites with the same store items with Ecwid. I find this to be valuable and easily set up. Integration with facebook is as good as facebook can be.

I love how quick the support is, the amount of options available, their app store, and ease of use to name a few.

I'm a very busy person running an online automotive tuning business. I required a platform that was flexible to my needs and easy to change on the fly, so I didn't need to depend on a web developer to make the changes. I used a developer to help set the site up, but he didn't understand my business and made many mistakes that I had to address to ensure my business ran smoothly.

While I understand businesses have issues from time to time, I rely on email notifications and over the years, Ecwid's transaction notifications were not going out through email which caused delays in order processing. While this issue has been resolved, it was an issue, and I now spend time every day making sure it doesn't happen again, which ultimately costs me time.

The format for a webpage is restrictive in characters and placements. I had to be creative but not my best final product due to these limitations

I love how uncomplicated it is to set up your ECWID store. I love how easy it is to update your products, set up the shipping and buy shipping labels, set up promotions, and how quickly I can get answers to my questions.

Since joining Ecwid in 2020, I haven't had an issue that wasn't resolved in minutes. So there isn't anything that I dislike about Ecwid.

Is helping me out with selling my products and benifet by selling from home

The most helpful aspect of Ecwid is the logical and easy to setup approach to creating your website including the online chat. I have worked with other companies and the process to learn, time to set up the site, and the ability to edit was cumbersome and time consuming.

Ecwid could enhance functionality such as bulk edits with the ability to add options for all products or multiple products with an apply all or apply to the following products such as an option function for donating $$ or an item to a company charity. Currently, you must add that option function to each product page individually. Even allowing a "would you like to add" statement at checkout could ensure the customer has a overall opportunity to add more to their chart or give to charity for certain items (Upsell).

I distribute for a major publicly traded company and Ecwid allows me to opportunity to customize these products on an e-platform that enables me to compete at a higher professional level than most social media marketing small businesses.

Super fast refresh rate when changes are done.

It's a huge struggle being able to allow Free Shipping on certain products. After all the time wasted creating the SKU system and then being limited to not assign a specific SKU for free shipping. This is very frustrating. It's quite simple to do.

One price each month to use their E-commerce platform verses a percentage from each transaction.

Creating an online shop with Ecwid is easy. The platform is well organised, and this is priceless with time being the essence. They have excellent tutorials and a 24/7 chat with very helpful people who guided me through linking my shop to Facebook and Instagram and shopify.

I wish that Ecwid had a marketplace like Etsy. I am a creator and with Ecwid I feel that is a minus.

They solved the linking to Facebook puzzle. I got some sales through Facebook because of that.

With ecwid by lightspeed i am able to display my products on the site and i make sales. Also i get accurate weekly report on the number of sales and number of visits to my virtual store.

Ecwid has been good so far. I don't have any challenge using ecwid by lightspeed.

Ecwid solved the problem of going around to advertise and make sales. With this e-commerce platform i am able to list my goods. Customers select product of their choice. Also i get a mail whenever anyone purchase my goods and i get paid as well. All thanks to Ecwid by lightspeed.

We find managing our products very easy with the interface provided. Also, we like how easy it is to market our products on other platforms. Though, it would be even greater if there were more integrated POD services available.

There are some multi-edit catalog glitches, though I am told they are working on it.

Having a central place to manage products and feeds to other marketplaces is tremendously helpful. It also saves a ton of precious time.
