Their customer experience leaves a lot to be desired when compared to services such as Siteground. Using Siteground as a benchmark, GoDaddy seems so impersonal. I feel as though I am interacting with mainframes whereas with Siteground (my other hosting service) I interact with actual people. Now Godaddy phone service is ok and it's bilingual (maybe more than bilingual) but I much prefer to live chat and that's where they really fail. The bot is not too smart and the queue to get through to a human is ridiculously long The user interface is minimal which is great but the workflow of getting things done can be improved. If you're a basic user this service will be suited to you

I just want quality hosting and the ability to buy a domain name . I signed up for a private domain some years ago and that lead to yet another problem when I tried to transfer it to a preferred hosting platform. There is a third party which handles private domains and it was impossile to get it deregistered

Support, ease of use and price are the best things about GoDaddy.
